Overall it was okay, not bad.

Only one soap and a shower gel, shampoo and conditioner one of each in total for 4 nights. Refill was received only after the ask. We also had to ask for the hair dryer. No soap holder received ever. We were surprised when we were told that the maintenance will change the bedsheets and clean the room at an additional cost.

I like everything. It was a perfect experience. Due to owning a cat, we're struggling to find a hotel apartment that is both pet-friendly and conveniently close to the central area, while also offering a reasonable rate. It was a perfect match and weve enjoyed our stay. Thanks Unlocked! Were happy we get to bring our fur baby on our trip! Well definitely come back!

The rooms are spacious, and the apartment has 3 bathrooms. Nice balcony. Property allows on touch on whatsapp for any support or requests.

They charge extra fees for cleaning the apartment, and there are no cleaning tools to use yourself. Request to take luggage never shows up and waited half an hour for it but no show. Request for supplies takes long time and usually they need specific details such as I asked for soaps and I only got 1 evern though I'm staying for a week and they have 3 bathrooms, so I had to request again to recive more soaps which was odd and unexpected.

Very friendly, helpful and fast-response staff in the hotel (reception and cleaners, etc), in top 3 that I have experienced in my life, and I have traveled a lot. Spacious apartment. Grocery store right at the doorstep. City center. Free and convinient parking.

Booking department squeezes every dollar from you with insane persistence, issuing prices literally few times higher than on booking.com and almost two times higher than on their own website... I had to go through 3 stage bargain to make it closer to their own prices and still failed. it is tolerable on the marketplace to buy fish, but this is 4* hotel in a business district... The walls are thin and not sound-proof, so if you have a young couple as neighbors, your sleep at night will be disturbed a lot, double tough when you're with a child. Our room had damaged sofa and chairs - burns from cigarette butts, but this is more to renters that act like animals.

Location was good. Apartment was clean. Gym and Pool were good. We loved walking by the Creek each day in the evening. It had fantastic views and a relaxed ambience to walk. Staff was responding to request well. When you want to work from home, I would suggest rending the Single Bedroom apartment in the same property that would perfectly suite a work from home option.

The location was awesome! The house is spacious and beautiful, well decorated. The staff are very nice!

They have NO cleaning supplies. If you're a traveller, how can you be expected to buy everything for cleaning? They offer some supplies that you can 'borrow' but they're hard to get (shared so often busy) and also bad condition (such as the vaccum). Cleaning services are expensive. We actually had to buy everything from scratch including wipers and toilet cleaning budgets. It's ridiculous!
