This is a good hotel for one or two nights in Graz. Good location, good beds, good breakfast. The staff was very helpful.
Parking in a garage is very bad. Very narrow driveway to the garage. We struggled to drive down. Absolutely not suitable for medium or large cars.

Staff was really nice and kind.
Room was big, good equipped and curtains dark.
At the breakfast was a good joice of the food.
I had a window right next to a big street and in the night there was some fire alarm and the whole night I could hear the street, so I had to close the window. Then it was better.
But it's not a fault of the hotel.

The room was simple, but there was everything we needed. The breakfast was very good and there were a lot of choices. The staff was very nice and helpful for our necessities.
The room was a bit small for two people. The room cleaning policy can be confusing, in particular for the towels that are always moved from their position (but are they changed every time? In the rules itโs written that you have to explicitly ask for them to be changed)

24h check-in. Staff clued up and very helpful and very friendly. Good breakfast. Located well in the center of the city. Parking availabe on site, albeit for a fee. But they even accomodated my large vehicle which wouldn't fit in the underground parking garage and I was able to park in the back yard of the hotel.
A little bit overpriced for what you get, as the rooms are a little dated, but not bad.

We are happy with the stay. Good breakfast, very helpful and nice staff and the location is also very good. A very nice gesture was that we could stay longer in the room and also the car was parked a few hours longer ... Thx ???
The only downside was the bed, which was constantly moving, the mattress and pillows were not comfortable - unfortunately.

Close to the city center, 2 tram lines are 2 minutes walk from the hotel. With those you can reach the main square in 10 minutes. The hotel room is really nice and clean, comfortable bed, modern facilities. The hotel is at the corner of two main roads, but it wasn't noisy.
Reserving a parking spot is not possible. The spots are limited. You can park your car a garage near to the hotel, the staff was helpful about it, but I think it would be great to be able ro reserve a parking space with the rooms.

Rooms are great, all new and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Room acoustic seemed to be really good. Rooms were warm. There were bathtubs in the bathrooms. Staff was nice. The hotel is in a nice location, a 20 minute walk from the old town in Graz and 10 minute tram ride. Breakfast was really good, though there could be more options of cakes, bread, fruits and juices considering the price per person (15 euros). The hotel has a huge lounge on the ground floor with tables and chairs which is very comfortable. Our dog was welcome to the hotel. We were welcomed with a bottle of mineral water and instant coffee and tea bags in the rooms. Parking is private, but it's next to the hotel, so it's very practical.
Everything was really good, but maybe there could be more options at breakfast, considering the price. Wifi connection was not good in the rooms. Also, the telephones in the rooms were not calling other rooms numbers.

The hotel is within walking distance of the city centre and the cost-quality ratio is competitive.
I had requested and paid for a double bed, but upon arrival, I found two single beds placed next to each other. To make matters worse, the hooks to secure them together were positioned on opposite sides. As a result, we had to turn one of the beds ourselves and hook them together manually.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout my visit, and the breakfast was excellent โ with a good variety and fresh options. The room and bathroom were both modern, clean, and comfortable.
The hotel has its small garage, and does not guarantee availability in advance. However, upon arrival, the garage was half empty. I believe it would have been helpful and reassuring if I had been informed earlier that there was space available โ especially since I had contacted the hotel the day before asking for the exact street entrance to the garage.

Location is close to the center even by foot, good breakfast, rooms are ok and clean, you can be lucky to get a Parking spot in the hotel back yard and if not, there are a lot of free spots outside or payed garages choice near the hotel. Reception is working 24h.
Not so much bad things about the hotel, exept the edge of the window curtain was dismounted in my room and it could be a bit more clean because the hole city of Graz is perfectly clean and nice looking.

The location in center of Graz is perfect for getting around, with tram and bus stops just across the road. Check in was nice and simple and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms are nice and clean, and the air con worked a treat (which was helpful since we stayed in the middle of a heatwave).
The only issue we had was the hot water went out for a few hours, but they had it fixed pretty swiftly. The car park is very small for the size of the hotel, so I image if you stayed during a very busy time it would be difficult to park, but it was not a problem for us.

There is cheap public parking just outside the Hotel.
The Hotel advertises that it has parking. However they don't indicate that they charge for it. Upon asking the person in reception why they don't indicate this, his answer was that they are not required by law to do so. I did tell him that this is dishonest and he said that if they are not required to be honest by law it is ok to be dishonest. Not a very polite receptionist and rather arrogant. What was more irritating is that we found paid parking outside the hotel at half the price offered by the Hotel.
Their breakfast quality is at the absolute minimum. The breakfast ends at 10:00 so we showed up at 9:00. Already the bread had run out and it was not replenished. The same thing happened to everything else that run out....so it seems that they offer a fixed quantity of food and whoever does not come very early will have to make do with what is left.
In conclusion, they do offer cheap prices (96 Euro for two persons) but they also offer cheap service....
So you get what you pay for...
