When I checked in, the street in front was torn up with construction. I asked the receptionist if the noise would start early. She said it was possible and offered to switch me to a larger courtyard room for 10 extra a day. This was half of the normal price. The next day a different receptionist booked me a voucher for the hop on hop off bus because he knew there was a sale. Saved me some money. The staff were so helpful with maps and directions. Great location between two U-bahn stops. There are a number of good moderately priced restaurants in the same block. They provided me with ice to ice my bad knee after walking all day, and stored my luggage when I took a side trip to Salzburg. They were all so nice. Breakfast had all you could want. Would stay there again.
All the English speaking TV channels were news channels. CNN, Bloomberg, BBC, Al Jazeera, an English speaking French channel.The 24/7 news was about the war in Israel and Gaza. Some Entertainment Chanel in English would have been nice. They did have an amazing amount of channels in many different languages.

The room we stayed is standard 3 person room and it has enough space for walk and sit and move freely. Room cleaned daily and very through.
All the stuff was very helpful. Reception is fast and organized.
Breakfast is decent, maybe they didn't have many choices but everything is fresh and good quality.
Ambience of the hotel very charming, I think it's an old but renovated building but it has a certain cozy feeling.
Location of the hotel very good 20 min walk away from old town and 5 min away from train station.
If I visit Vienna again I'll definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were always so friendly and welcoming. The room was immaculately clean and stayed that way throughout our stay - really can't praise the cleaning staff enough. Breakfast was great with a large choice of hot and cold dishes and again, very friendly staff always there cleaning tables and replenishing the food. The hotel is in a great location with lots of nice restaurants within walking distance and only a few stops on the train to get into the city centre.

Amazing breakfast, one of the best if I have to be honest.
The beds were extremely comfortable and the room had amazing ambiance. Let's don't forget about the location, 3 min walk to S-Bahn and 3 min walk to the metro makes everything easy to reach, you can buy Wien pass cards in the lobby provided by the great staff!

The hotel is in a good location. We liked the fact we had to walk from there to the river and it is ideally situated for the underground.
Although the property was being refurbished and the street was also undergoing works this did not in any way distract from the beauty of this old building.

My stay at this hotel was wondrous! The staff is amiable, polite and always willing to help. The rooms are clean, quite and comfortable, the interior is pleasant. The breakfast is various enough and delicious. The hotel is located literally in a 2-minute walk to the metro station. Additionally, I have not encountered any problems with water and Wi-Fi.
The only and not that significant drawback for me was the location — a little far away in relation to the main attractions and sights. Thus, it is inconvenient to be always on foot, you need to use public transport.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs with a direct from airport train station 3 min walk and a 2 min walk to the Nestroy Underground station. This made it great of easy access to the city and its environs. The staff we incredibly polite and help and Laura (on reception) went the extra mile helping us to book a river cruise and printing agenda's etc. There is a wide range of restaurants in the local vicinity if you don't want to hop into the city. For those who like funfairs the fair (including the Giant Ferris Wheel) is only 5 minutes walk away in Prater Park.
Breakfast was very continental and included scrambled eggs, sausage etc but not my favourite 'full English'! A small price to pay and there was plenty of everything else.

The hotel isn’t in the main town but not too far to walk. We used the metro which was easy to use and great to get around especially to places further out. The staff are very informative and helpful. The hotel is very clean and the quadruple room was a very good size.
