Extremely poor management and bad corporate practices! I made a reservation for 2 rooms for October back in May, including parking lot for one car. The parking reservation was expressly confirmed by the hotel. Despite the fact that this hotel collected my money for the entire reservation 3 days before I received the service, the girl at the front desk told me that I still haven't paid. After a long check, she agreed that I had paid, but said that there were no space for my car in the parking lot. She advised me to use the underground parking of the nearby mall(!?) I was told by other hotel guests that if I paid extra for early check-in, I would surely get a parking space. When I showed her the correspondence through Booking.com with the parking confirmation, she said: - this is not a correspondence of the hotel, but of Booking.com!
15 minutes later some manager came who didn't even introduce himself. He started accusing me of not being nice and friendly, stating rudely and several times that if I didn't like it, I could find another hotel, he would give me my money back. I kindly asked him to note that I am eligible based on the written booking message. He looked over the message, but continued to humiliate me, telling me how I should be friendly, meaning - if I wanted my right, I should be lower than grass.
I finally got the promised parking space. I asked to pay by card but the girl couldn't handle the computer so this manager had to explain to her how to do it. When I did enter the tight parking lot - only 20 spaces I noted that 7 of them were free!
I am an old man and have been traveling frequently around Europe for many years. I have never felt so humiliated.

An ideal accomodation if one goes to the Wiener Stadhalle, only 50 meters away from it. Staff is very kind. Check-in was smooth. Clean and nice furniture in the room. We did not take breakfast, so no experience in this regard. Dogs are welcome, which is a big plus for the hotel.
Garage is tricky to use, one has to be careful as the entrance is quite narrow and requires strong driving experience. The charge is 15 EUR per night. This is not any negative but good to know.

The pillows were awful. So lumpy and uncomfortable. We asked for new pillows, extra pillows but were told there was nobody to get them. Very sore neck in the morning.

It was really close to center like 2 minutes, also metro was close so very good location, it was clean and calm , if you travel alone for work and just for one night it’s good option
The room wasn’t worth the money , we paid 150+parking for 2 nights , and in your room you just have bed ,tv , mirror , and towels , it’s also really small for 2 people also we had trouble to check in because when we did the door didn’t open and we needed to wait for another guest to come and open it , there were no staff to help

Very poor breakfast. The receptionist asked us for the accommodation money again while it was paid, and when we asked to add breakfast for 4 adults and one child, she only charged 2 adults. As a result, the next day in the morning, the person responsible for breakfast said in front of other hotel customers that we have not paid for breakfast. She should have been more discreet, regardless of whether it was their fault.

I liked the location, if you go to a concert you have the Stadthalle right across the street.
If you want to check in to the room before 3 p.m. (even if you arrive at 2 p.m.), you have to pay an extra 15 euros, which is absurd, considering that the room is already clean and ready. Breakfast is absolutely overpriced considering the very meager offer. There are almost no vegetables, fruit,... two types of cheese and salami, plain buns, etc... for 12 euros per person, this kind of food on offer is absolutely not enough. There is almost nothing for vegetarians, vegans, people with allergies, etc...
And also the staff on arrival at the hotel was not generous with words and hospitality. ..Bad offer for parking.

The staff were amazing. From the guy who greeted us and helped us with all our questions and recommendations. And the lady who helped us with the coffee and other million questions we had. They both deserve a pay rise! :)
It's really hard to say what I didn't like because the staff really won my heart :) And more than what I didn't like is what you have to be aware of and is really not a big deal. For example, if you book several rooms and you want them to be next to each other, it really depends on the style of the rooms you book. So you might want to find out first if that is a must. And the second thing was the garage. Next time I come with the van, I will just park outside. There is nothing wrong with the garage, but getting in and out with a large vehicle can be a challenge. But they inform every guest in advance. Believe them! :) They are trustworthy.

If you request an early check-in, an additional fee is charged. However, you can leave your luggage for free, just as we did. When we first arrived at the hotel at 12:00, the female staff member who assisted us was quite indifferent. Without even looking at our suitcases or backpacks, she simply told us that we could place them in the back room. Naturally, in such a reputable hotel, the possibility of our backpacks being mistakenly taken by another group is an unacceptable level of carelessness. If a luggage storage service is provided, there should be a proper system in place to ensure that stored bags do not get mixed up or taken by someone else. The reception staff on duty during the day should also be more attentive to this matter. No one should have to spend their vacation worrying about their luggage being lost.

Visited in the winter, didn’t have noisy neighbours, it was quiet, which was great. Easy to get to the city centre. Metro very close, some 5min away. Few minutes away from shopping mall and grocery store. 1 min away from Stadthalle, perfect location if going to the concert.

The location is superb and staff is exceptional. The rooms are clean and even with stadhalle nearby there was no issue as the rooms have great outside noise insulation. Just personal prefrence however: beds are on more harder side and pillows too soft.

This is the perfect place to stay if you are coming to an event in Wiener Stadthalle, the distance between the 2 entrances is ~20m. Westbahnhoff is a ~15min walk but there are a few bus stops nearby so also ideal for sight seeing. The rooms are good though a bit small.
The rooms were a bit too small and the parking was pretty expensive but other than that i would say the hotel is a great choice.

Very clean and spacious for b&b room, with three separate beds. Great clean toilet, TV, comfortable beds. Everything you'd expect from a b&b. INCREDIBLE LOCATION if you're going to Stadthalle for a concert ( shout out to twenty one pilots!). It's literally five steps from the entrance line. Contact less check in check out, possibility to store your bags while you wait to enter. Late checkout and five minutes away from the subway.
The rooms are rather sparse, but they got everything you need. A kettle would be very nice. Vending machine refused to work which really sucked when we all got back parched from the concert. Still recommend very much, clean and comfortable!!

Nice location, I went to a concert at the Wiener Stadthalle and it was so close, literally right across the road. Clean, big rooms. Bathroom was big too, which is rare for a hotel. Comfortable beds and duvets, good airing (air condition and windows) and feels very safe. There is a coffee shop that opens 7am very close at the Lugner Mall, so we got coffee here each morning :)

The hotel was clean and the room was large, the staff were very helpful and the check in process was really easy. The secure code system for the doors was brilliant and the hotel had a nice lounge area with plenty of plugs for laptop access along with free internet. The hotel is directly opposite the stadium but the windows were sound proof and we couldn’t hear anything. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the Museum quartier and Vienna is a walkable city.
The bed was a little hard for my liking and the pillows weren’t the best but it wouldn’t stop me staying here again.

There is no staff that can take care of you at all. We made the check-in by ourselves but I came by car there and our another friend arrived earlier. They made her pay the parking fee which is 18 EUR. I never even seen this before. Non sense. They didn't even ask for anything about the car or something else. I am the car owner but they asked for the money from someone. Besides that, we got stuck in the garage on Sunday after our check out because there was no one in the reception. We had to call the police to help us. The cleaning ladies tried to help but for we were there for like 40 mins trying to get out. The vending machine downstairs is not working without coins, not even cash or a credit card. This is stupid. This hotel is just running itself somehow.

I had to check in late with no staff, they didn't give me the access code for a smoother check in which i learned that i need a code at arrival, the terminal device didn't work at the entrance so i had to contact the emergency number until they helped which took a while,
There are no snacks, coffee, and water they just give a small empty cup and if it was my first time in Vienna i wouldn't know that i can drink tab water,
The water pressure in the shower is low

New and clean facilities. No noises were heard. Location is perfect if you are attending to an event at the Wiener Stadthalle (which is literally in front of the hotel), but also well communicated with the subway, tram and bus stations.
There are some hours that reception desk doesn’t work (specially on weekends or holiday days) and you find out this once you arrive at the hotel. Although you can do self check in using the machines located at the entrance so get your code to access the room at 3pm, they don’t let you know this information in advance (or even at the time you do the self check in) so it was chaotic and stressful to figure out all this information. It would be really helpful that customers know this info and schedule and how to process in advance.

Very convenient location if you are going to a concert! Literally is next to the Arena! Train, tram, bus, and subway stations are nearby.
On our second day, unexpectedly electricity went off in our room,we thought it was a power outage, but it wasn't as hall and elevators were working, Reception staff was truly helpful, they immediately offer us another room as they were understaffed in order to check what was going on with the power outage in our room.
