The location is perfect. Everything is near and well connected. 2 mins to Mariahilferstraße; across the street is the Westbahnhof with stores. The longer walk to the city center is totally worth it. The bathroom in the room is interesting. The water and the fruits at the entrance are a kind gesture.
The ladies in the afternoon shift couldn´t find our reservation, so we had to wait for quite some time. Also, their knowledge of German could be improved (we stopped asking question at some point). The staff from the morning shift was, on the other hand, helpful. The pillows need to be harder (we didn´t ask for them).

Very nice stay. Excellent receptionist - got a quiet room in the back - comfortable bed, good-sized room, good shower. Room very quiet at night if window is kept shut. Fantastic, varied breakfast: all foods of the highest quality, including vegan items. Breakfast staff and all other staff I encountered was very kind. Location was good, too, with easy proximity to trams, which I used almost exclusively, but also to metro and buses.

Every thing, graet location, Great service , there are endless number of resturant and coffee houses in walking distance, and public transpotation. The best deal ever. I will return to this Hotel as my first chiose in Vienna
Moreover, the bathroom design in the rooms is unconventional, positioned in the middle of the room and enclosed with transparent glass. While this may not pose an issue for couples, it could be considered awkward or inconvenient for others sharing the room. This unique design choice is something to consider based on your privacy preferences."

I am the customer of Flemings Wien Stadthalle hotel for more than 15 years. I used to stay there more than 15 times. I use to stay in that hotel due to its location, near the train station Westbahnhoff, underground metro, Maria Holferstrasse shopping area. One more reason - comfort and cleanliness, all the time the hotel keeps it at the high level. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are big enough. The price of 79 Euro for one night is really comfortable for me, it is also, the important factor, that attracts my choice.

Close to the underground and tram station. 30 minutes walk to the centre of Vienna. Hotel was specious and so was the room.
I didn’t like the shower with clear glass in front of a window, had to keep the roller blind down most of the time. Room only had a set of pillows extremely soft, ask for two more to the housekeeper in the morning but unfortunately we had to go to reception in the evening to ask for it as the housekeeper didn’t do it. The same happened with the milk as only one was supplied when it was two of us.
