Everything is modern and looks great, but the bed is just horrible, even for one night. They should really change them.
The worst bed I've slept on. It's too soft, sinks in deep and it squeaks with every movement. I also think there is no sound insulation, because I could hear every step from the people above me.

The room is very well furnished and clean
There was so much noise in my room - from the other rooms, from cleaning service at 8 a.m. Also the bed was not comfortable at all, the mattrass was old and pillows too stuffed.

New hotel, very clean, with spacious room and bathroom. Really good water pressure. Will return for sure, perfect location in quiet area, very close to the metro.
The matress was very soft and moved during sleep. This could be improved by fixing the bed frame to the headboard. The pillows were perfect for me. Cleaning under the bed could be improved as well.

I really enjoyed my stay overall. Everything met my expectations - the place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The atmosphere was pleasant, and I appreciated how smooth and hassle-free the entire experience was.
The only downside was that the room was quite hot, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep. Better temperature control or improved air conditioning would make the stay even more enjoyable.

Great location and very clean. Stuff nice.
No professional interrior design.
Curtains far too small and don't cover the windows, shower screen too short and leads to flooding of bathroom, wc & paper.
Most important of all was that the new beds have all been creaking and the mattresses are far too soft.
It's a real pity as the property and the stuff are nice, the location is great but the hotel does not show professional hotel quality.
If I may also suggest to turn the reception area a bit more welcoming. Can be easily achieved with soft music and some flowers...

Great cozy hotel in a great location. City center is easy to reach via public transport or a walk. The famous Naschmarkt close by. Rooms are clean and modern. Overall good price for value.
The rooms are not that well soundproof, you hear the street as well as the floor and flushing of toilets. The bed is very soft and you sink in quite a bit (personal preference). The staff at the reception could be a bit more engaged and motivated.

Excellent location. Rooms are tastefully decorated. I did get compensation for 1 night because of the AC issues.
AC didn't work for 3 of my 4 nights, with room temperature never going below 24°C. Beds are far too soft. Breakfast was very limited and poor quality (no tea, no fruits on some days, the toaster is ancient). Several members of the staff were rather unpleasant. Little security to access the building and room floors. Soundproofing is not great.

Large room, nice area, well connected with city centre.
Furnitures in the room are very basic, no desk, no chair. Bed too soft. Big windows on a balcony with nice view, however curtains do not shut light in the morning, and let too much light in during the day, making temperature in the room not comfortable. Breakfast for 16€ should be improved, or made cheaper.

Location was good.
The hotel's air-conditioning wasn't working which the receptionist omitted to tell us upon check in. We were told there's a technical issue but when we read the reviews from several days prior it's been like that for at least a week. We suspect the air-conditioning was simply turned off as a cost/fuel saving measure. The room was at 27°C upon check in. The issue could have been handled better from check in but it wasn't. In my opinion that's pood customer service and a missed opportunity to respect a paying guest. The beds are very soft thus not providing any support. Didn't stay long enough to check out breakfast but it's in a very small area just off the front door and only starts at 7:30. Bathroom floods due to poor shower design. Nicely renovated building but not a proper hotel with staff that actually cares for the guests.

The rooms were lovely. I particularly liked the anti-fog mirror in the bathroom.
Personally, there were too many pillows for me, as I don’t use pillows at all, and I would have liked to have not only tea but also coffee in the room.

Location was good
The room was super cold, and despite that we set the temperature high, the aircon/heater did not work. After 22:00, noone at reception to ask for an electric heater, so we spent the night in cold. The shower door was not sealed, and while taking shower, completely flooded the bathroom. Seemed like a hotel that's not finished yet.

A great and spacious room, very comfortable for a family. The triple room had a large bed for the parents and a separate single bed for the child. The bathroom was also spacious and clean.
We also liked that the room had a small kitchenette, although it was missing some cutlery and a few dishes. Overall, we managed perfectly fine. For one night, it was an excellent price-to-quality ratio.
Kitchenette was missing some cutlery and a few dishes.

The interior of the hotel was nice, modern, and clean. There was no noise during the night. The breakfast was ok too.
Wifi was bad. The bed was horrible, making all sorts of noises. They say the parking is in five minutes walk but it is not, and to get the discount for the parking fee you need to first go to the hotel.

Location near to metro and small supermarket/ attraction (Naschmarkt and local area)
A particular staff member was rude when checking to drop off luggage early, appeared annoyed and tapping foot when waiting for us to sort our bags out and generally with any queries was very cold.
Breakfast very basic and some days had re-heated vegetables for what felt like 3 days.
