The person in-charge doesn't respond quickly if the timing is not around 3PM. The wifi only works at the door of the apartment. He was only reachable by whatsup message. He doesn't reply on phone nor whatsup call.

There was no fan in the room there was a AC unit but there was no remote it was a nightmare to get into the property. The room was in bad shape the host had mentioned there is a kitchenette but there were no cups no glasses and electric kettle was missing the only was to communicate with the host was through Whatsapp. The host never replied to the messages. This is a bad reputation for booking.com These type of hosts are not even accepted by Airbnb. Very poor communication from the host. When I was checking in there was a Russian lady who was struggling to check in because she never knew English and she never understood the procedure of check-in

Good location close to the main station and near subway station
The appartment was a smelly wet hole with a wet wall just next to the bed. It was located in the ground floor. We had to keep the windows open all time because of the smell so we also “enjoyed” noise from the street and drunk people claping on the window. Bathroom smelled after cigarette smoke and mould. The price was fine but not worth this very low quaolity accomodation. No wifi password was provided

1. We were charged an extra $100. USD more than agreed upon. No a/c. No tv. Noisy as hell. No one in person. Only a computer a block away from the room. I don't usually rate rooms but I had to warn everyone. STAY AWAY from this one.

If there was a rating below 0 for customer service, I would use it. If an issue arise, nobody will answer your calls, you meet a dirty screen upon arrival where you are obliged to type your data while someone types on it to give you instructions (totally dystopian experience). Once done you need to go at other street number where you have to type in codes that were given to you... on the screen (take a pic unless you have a very good memory).
The "studio" (rather the room) is not very clean, no electricity in the bathroom, no amenity, there is a sort of kitchen with a few plates, glasses and and cutlery (forget cooking anything in there). Also, they take a deposit which is not clearly indicated in the ad (which they refund later). I am not a really demanding person when it comes to accommodation but this really does not pass the standard.

The room is sufficiently large, has 4 chairs and a table. There is a microwave and a fridge. Many power outlets, that is convenient. WiFi was good. Adequate heating.
There was water leaking on the bathroom floor. They sent a maintenance guy to fix it, but he could not do that, the leak stays. We decided just to leave with that. Worst of all, aftrer we left they charged us 200 euro for "smoking in the room", which is total nonsense. Neither I nor my wife never smoked in the whole life. I am still trying to get that wrongful charge reversed.

It took us an hour to check in! They waste your time since it is through a screen, they tell you what to do but the instructions are not clear, they should send all the information that needs to be filled out to avoid so much waste of time!! the place HAD NOTHING! There were no glasses, plates or cutlery, literally nothing!!!

The location was good which was the most important for us. You could sleep from 9pm till 7am.
This is no accommodation for tourists, but for short-term and long-term workers from eastern Europe. The kitchen has no utensils, or pots, or anything. The building is under reconstruction, so you get waken up at 7AM with loud drilling noises and everything shakes (every day). The doors have huge gap under it, so you hear and see everybody walking around.

There was nothing good about the property, the made a fake advert with things not available in the apartment.
They defrauded me by making a fake advertisement of things they don’t have in the apartment, on booking it claim there was a kitchen but in reality no kitchen in the so called apartment, apartment extremely dirty, I was there for 4 days and they put only half toilet paper not even a full one, lastly the staffs are supper rude. And I advice against staying in the apartment.

Location is not very clear and the check in is not explained way in advance. We had luggages so we were walking up and down the street as we had to check in from another building then go to our rooms in the other building. There are no kitchen stuff at all. Not even a kettle. Room was really tiny and very very dusty. The hot water was not working aswell. Its cheap so i guess you get what you pay for

I have never had such a bad experience in renting a room, the cleanliness was at the lowest level, hair on the bed, the bed linen was questionable, whether it was washed and when the building was in a non-functional state, it is being adapted and there was no one in the building except us, I was with with small children and we arrived late, otherwise we wouldn't have spent the night there, we slept in chairs, so in a word, I have terrible pictures and videos of everything I wrote to you, this was unacceptable and at the worst level, they should be first of all, it's a shame that they release something so unsafe, not quite a disaster

The pictures don’t show at all what the place in reality is, the place don’t have windows to open, all what you need you need to paid : toilet paper, towels, cuttery, even the air conditioner is broken but you paid before you know that with that is even worst because the air conditioner have a bad smell and it feels humid inside …. you feel like you are in a prison because is a building with small rooms and very thin walls and even the fridge even never get cold I had to buy a bag of ice ! Unbelievable!! …. WiFi bad signal also is a very horrible and dirty place the bed is very uncomfortable and dirty broken and dirty chairs and bad quality pillows and blankets I even saw blood spots in the bed. Very disappointing. The place looked nothing like the photos. The kitchen was completely empty — almost none of the appliances shown in the pictures were actually there. I’d say 90% of the items in the photos were missing. We were charged a 50 Euro deposit upon arrival, yet the doorknob was loose and two of the lights in the room were not working. We asked for someone to fix these issues, and although they said they would send someone, we had to wait a long time, wasting precious hours of our trip. Even basic necessities like toilet paper came with an extra charge. This kind of misleading presentation and lack of basic service is unacceptable. Definitely not a place we would stay at again. The cooker is blocked as you see in the photo

They took a €50 deposit if something was broken during our stay. But There were no basic cutleries, no kettle, no shower towel, only 1 and half toilet rolls. When we asked about these they charged us. No TV. No Hairdryer,
I ordered some room amenities paid Extra 32 Euro they they said will send you in the morning 10am.
At the morning the next day I asked them through WhatsApp messages they they said we will do it during the day. When I said I will complain to booking.com they brought the order immediately.
When they brought one bathrobe was missing then I asked them about the missing item they said it is 10 euro per bathrobe to rent. I sent a picture of their site it showed only 5 euros then they accepted and brought another during the midday
I hope they deal better today with customers in future because customers are important for their business.

The only positive thing was that the apartment was always warm, which I appreciated given the cold weather
