Fairly close to centre of Vienna and also to transport and shops. Very pleasant manager on reception who explained hotel was recvering slowly from the pandemic

No air conditioning and building work going on outside...also had to wait for room to be ready even though had told the hotel of my arrival time. This was explained due to covid and lack of staff.

The place was clean and located in a very good place. The room was comfortable and staff were great.

The power outlets are very awekwardly placed and not next to the bed. There was no internet password in the room and once the reception is closed it is very hard to get it (you can call the number on the main door). Would be nice to put a kettle in the room. There is parking close to the property but it is very expensie. A cheaper option is park and ride however be very careful to not get a fine.

Staff weren’t work on time..Did not accept early check in and also I had to wait more than an hour from usual check in time.

I could not find at least a fan or ventilation facility in the room.

Small and basic but comfortable room. Comfortable bed and good wi-fi connection.

Competitive price when I stayed in August but very high in the following months compared to the level of the structure. Very noisy corridors: other guests can be heard talking and moving. Really small bathroom. Good for a short one night stay but no more.

It’s near the city center. It’s clean

We didn’t have data, so it took a while to figure how to enter the hotel

We have stayed in room 27 we did early check in ,those were arranged very well .it was very easy for us to check in ,but in the room the towels were scattered over the table and the one blanket was not folded exactly looks like used by some one else.(that is the onlyest irritation I have faced).
