Efficient, secure and in one of the quietest whilst remaining central locations in Vienna, this hotel is absolutely perfect for anyone wanting to visiting the city centre. The hotel rooms were beautiful, with comfortable beds and thoroughly modern bathrooms. The rooms came with wonderful amenities, and the coffee machines, televisions, and water carafes were welcome. The hotel also has a dedicated team that checked us in in mere seconds, whilst being highly attentive. The hotel is brilliant, quiet, and welcoming.
Corridors can be a little noisy early evening, and I do wish that they would close the doors on them so as to provide a quieter stay. The doors should be closed, but this is only a small detraction from an otherwise perfect stay.

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The staff was extremely kind and attentive, and they surprised my daughter with a birthday cake during breakfast for her birthday, which was a truly thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special.
The only downside was the view from our room, which overlooked an internal courtyard rather than something more open. We also would have appreciated having a slightly larger bathroom. However, these were only minor points compared to an otherwise very enjoyable experience.

A very modern hotel in a quiet area, yet only 15 to 20 mins walk from the major attractions and shopping area. There are also trams, buses and the underground a few mins away. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable and, as I am a coffee and tea drinker, I really liked that there was a kettle and a coffee capsule machine in the room.

- Location (central)
- Room size (large)
- Windows (roof mounted, electrical controlled)
- Breakfast: good selection of food, but not cheap
- Responsive stuff in the reception
- Almost permanent smell of sewerage in the bathroom, unless you keep air-conditioner on all the time
- Out of date list of visitors who have already paid for the breakfast in the restaurant
- Small bar with very limited choice of beverages, but priced
- Cleaning service out of sync: we choose an option not to bother the hotel with daily room cleaning activities (as per hotel initiative to contribute to saving environment), but were visited couple times with some of the stuff quite early morning attempting to enter the room without waiting a reasonable time for the response. They tried to get in even in the morning of check out but much earlier than needed.

The location of the hotel was good.
The person who responsible to manage our accomodation in the hotel (except Michelle) was not sincere to explain why the last minute changes of our room. I had booked our accommodation three months ago, and the reception gave us the small, dark and unsuitable room on 6th floor to stay with my wife. After a long discussion with the reception, l think his name was Mina, Michelle helped us to arrange a room on 4th floor. Thank you, Michelle.
