The hotel garage was almost empty, so there was no problem with parking. The entrance to the parking garage is from Lindengasse 9, right at the main entrance with the reception. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of different options for all tastes. Family room was big and comfortable, beds were great (with the exception of the sofa bed). There's a bath tub in the bathroom, which was a nice surprise.
Stuff could be nicer, we would expect them to be more generous with the information or at least, a smile and a friendly tone would be great (ladies at the hotel's restaurant seemed to have especially bad days while we were there). There's an online app through which guests are expected to send their requests to the stuff (for example to order additional toilet paper, towels etc), but it seems they don't actually use this way of communication.

The hotel is very well located, within walking distance of the Hofburg and other attractions. The breakfast was good and the room was clean and had all that we needed.
The entrance to the hotel from the shopping street was not great, particularly in the evening, so would always recommend going around to the back. The hotel itself is a little soulless and frayed around the edges, though fine for our purposes.

For a sub 100 euro hotel it was truly excellent. Staff gery friendly, and knowledgeable. Room was very clean. They have a program where you put a card on your door to say you don't the room or checked in exchange for free drinks !. Location is fantastic, being 300m from the U3 underground stop. 10 minute walk to the Museumn area, and 15 to the Hofberg.
Only grip we had was the ridiculous non bedside tables. My advice to the management as always spend a couple of nights in your own hotel. It was incredibly mild temperature wise outside and the room was permanently too warm, however we left the windows open which solved the problem

Everything was really really good. The location, staff, room, comfortable and big bed, awesome breakfast (breakfast consists of typical stuff like sausages, eggs, hams and cheeses, huge variety of müsli and grains, vegetables and fruits, pancakes). It was quiet during the night, I did not hear other rooms or the street. Besides soap and shower gel, there was also body lotion. AC included. 20-25 minutes walking to the city center, a metro stop right under the hotel.

The hotel is very conveniently located right at a metro station, close to the historic city centre. It caters well for extended stays. The apartment was very spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. The wifi was good and I got a free drink for each day I did not require cleaning. Staff was helpful, and friendly in an authentically polite manner. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The rooms are suits. The living room and the bedroom is quite spacious. After spending 2 days in different cities we came back to the same hotel before our flight to spend one more night. There weren't any noice during nighttime in both rooms which were on different sides of the hotel. Cleanness and comfort was beyond our expectation, and there were treats as a welcome gift in our rooms. On the first booking they even upgraded our room and thank the hotel again for that. We had an invoice problem which was our fault at the beginning and everybody at the front desk was really nice and helpful.
The only thing we were unconfortable was one night we were coming from the metro station and the shopping arcade that connects the hotel entrance with the metro station was full of homeless people sleeping all around. We had to walk between them to get to the hotel which was quite an unsettling situation.

This hotel is very nice, with a great breakfast selection! I booked a double room and was upgraded to a suite! The staff are super helpful and the rooms are lovely.
The hotel is a bit difficult to find, if you exist the U3 station at Neubaugasse and exit via Stiftgasse you will come out near the hotel FYI!

The location is great, rooms are suitable in space, comfortable beds, friendly staff and good service.
I would suggest having more varieties for the breakfast buffet, and to have sound proof rooms or walls because the noise of the next room could be clearly heard.

Convenient location.
Our room was what we've imagined.
Breakfast was similar to what we had before, and at the same location.
Staff was friendly, helpful and promptly attending to patrons' requests.
Being an architect, I would revamp the interior deco, the current one is a bit outdated.

Excellent spot. But if your taking a taxi use Lindengasse as the street address, otherwise you arrive on the shopping mall. Close to everything, walking distance to museums.
Sound can travel up if you get a courtyard room, can hear cars and peoples conversations.

The staff deserves to be praised. Both on reception and during breakfast service. The breakfast was great. Good choice of salty and sweet items, everything fresh and regularly replenished by the staff. The room had really good curtains, we could sleep well. Finally a hotel that delivers on the ecological cleaning promise. We didn't get any towels or cleaning unless we wanted.
The room could use some maintenance, the towel hanger came off the wall and the toilet brush came apart. The lighting is very dim, if you choose to eat dinner in the room, you can barely see it. There is a kitchenette in the family room but there are no plates, bowls or cutlery. Only coffee cups and spoons.

Location and spacious room.
We booked this place beacuse of garage and there was no space in the garage so we had to park in the public garage and pay double price for parking. Key/card to enter the hotel building and the room did not work, I waited at the reception quite some time with two small kids and nobody showed also nobody answered the phone which is unacceptable.

I have to say this was one of our nicest and most pleasant hotel stays ever, and we do travel a lot. Firstly, I would like to commend the staff which was extremely friendly and always at our disposal to accomodate us in whatever way possible, which made our stay more than memorable! A personalized welcome note was also an extremely nice touch by the NH team, as well as a wide array of tea, coffee and water. The room itself exceeded our expectations, it was extremely spatious, clean and well-equipped with many toiletries and amenities. We will definitely be coming again in the future as it was a truly remarkable and memorable stay we would love to repeat!

Location, location, location. Certainly the best place do stay in Vienna. It's on Mariahilfer street, with restaurants and shopping area. You can walk to the Museums Quartier. Subway line U3 is in the building.
Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
There should be more fruit options for breakfast. Pillows are too soft, but that's a personal preference.

Location is great! Practically at the underground station, commerce street, close (10-15 mins walk) to Hofburg. Breakfast was good.

(1) Large space with wooden floors, suitable for babies to crawl on. (2) Comfortable bed. (3) Convenient location next to the Neubaugasse station on the U3 line and the shopping street Mariahilfer Strasse. Within walking distance, there are a Billa, a Billa-plus, a Biomarkt, several dm shops, and a bakery (open on Sunday), potentially avoiding overpriced items in the Innerstadt. (4) Helpful hotel staff (5) Quiet room facing Lindengasse
(1) The room heating did not seem to work very well, but the weather wasn't cold during my stay, so it was fine. (2) Although located next to the Neubaugasse station, there are a few staircases if one doesn't want to take a detour to enter from the main road entrance (Lindengasse). (3) Another nuisance is that the section of the U3 line between Neubaugasse and Stephansplatz is usually crowded, which can make it difficult to get a baby stroller in.
