The room was great! Beautiful, included toiletries, Large room with a couch and coffee maker in room, mini-bar, blowdryer, breakfast, staff was friendly, close to hop on and off bus stop. Gave us directions to laundromat.
We bought the vip hop on and off bus pass from the front desk but no one told us us we needed to trade in the receipt for the pass. Also we walked in circles trying to find where the shopping and sights were that were supposed to be only 1 mile from the hotel. It would have been nice if front desk people volunteered more information. They were friendly though.

Great welcome, with all the informations we need...from a map of Vienna to suggestions about public transports...
A very greedy breakfast with eggs, sausages, a lot of kinds of cheese, yogurt, brioche, juice, typical sweets and cakes, coffee, tea and milk...
From 3pm to 5pm the Staff offers a cup of tea and a piece of cake in the Hall...
The rooms are very comfortable and clean...
The Staff is very kind and helpful!!!

However, we cannot disregard the lovely and very polite waitress who was serving during breakfast. I don't remember her name but she was half Greek. She was almost the only positive note during our stay. Also the hotel seemed really clean and was very close to the tram station. I appreciate the fact that the hotel replied instantly in our feedback showing that they value all comments (even if they were negative). That’s professionalism.
Unfortunately It wasn't what we expected at any level. We are truly disappointed.
We really sorry about our negative feedback and we truly hoped we could find many positives, but we couldn't. For sure we don't consider this hotel as value for money.

Breakfast had a lot of options for everyone, location was convenient just right outside the city centre (Innere Stadt) and the room was spacious with extremely good beds. Our suite was very lovely and spacious, with a lovely view of Vienna city in the distance. We liked that it was a 1 minute walk to catch the tram and also just a 10 minute walk to hop on the train. It was also just 20/25 minutes from the centre if you walked - which we did plenty of times. The staff members are the check in desk were so friendly, incredibly helpful and super thoughtful. It was raining one day, I approached a male at reception who offered me an umbrella which was so kind. The lady who checked us in (I didn’t get her name but had red hair) went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. She was so kind. Property was spotless! The hotel also wrote a happy birthday card for my partner which I thought was super thoughtful!
Breakfast was extremely hit and miss in terms of service. The 1st and 2nd day, we were seated and told we would be served shortly (tea and coffee), we sat for around 15 minutes before realising we weren’t going to be served, so just carried on and helped ourselves to breakfast without our hot drinks / without the restaurant checking if we wanted to order fresh food off the breakfast menu. It was only on the 3rd day that a waitress called Xenia who we had not seen before took our order and brought us what we requested straight away, which we were so grateful about. The variety at breakfast was great, and the food was tasty, but until the day Xenia was the waitress we found the service extremely poor sadly.

The rooms were well organised, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom had everything needed, and the room was cleaned daily. The breakfast room was very charming, and the breakfast was excellent, I highly recommend paying for it! The hotel is in a nice, quiet area, but the tram stop is just around the corner, 5min walk, and you would be able to go to the centre easily! Nice walk to the Stephansplatz is 30min long, if you like walking. The staff is amazing, they did everything in their power to help us and accommodate us, and my family and I had wonderful time thanks to them!
Avoid going to the breakfast around 9AM, especially if you're a group of 4 or more, because it is likely that you would have to wait to get a table. This was not a big problem, because they have very nice lounge area with free coffee, but is just something to keep in mind!

The hotel was in an excellent location, very close to the tram stop, allowing you to get to all of the tourist attractions, quickly and easily. Public transport in Vienna is excellent, so if you stay centrally you will be fine. The welcome we recieved upon arrival was brilliant, with an indepth explanation of the locality, how to get to places, a few recommendations of markets, local restaurants etc...
Our whole stay was excellent and would highly recommend the hotel.
The only minor complaint from myself was the bed, it came with two seperate duvets, one for me and one for my partner, which for someone like myself didn't work very well. But this is a very minor gripe, overall our stay was excellent.

What a fantastic high quality hotel! Bed was comfy, pillows so soft and high quality bed linen. Bathroom was spacious, plenty hooks and shelves to lay your toiletries and well lit. Luxurious toiletries were supplied including body lotion which is often omitted in hotel rooms. The magnifying mirror was great for applying make up. Breakfast area was lovely with tables spaced out and bottles of water on each table. Great selection of foodstuffs to suit all tastes which was buffet style and tea and coffee waiter service. They also offered a free tea and cake every afternoon which I thought was a nice touch. All staff were very extremely friendly and accommodating, especially Stefan on reception who was amazing, advising us on attractions and public transport. He took an interest in what you were doing that day and really made you feel special and not just “another tourist”. Overall this is a beautiful, tastefully furnished hotel. Everything is of high quality and I cannot recommend it enough. I would definitely stay here again.
If I had to pick something, we found the shower screen on the bath rather small, but really I am nit picking.
