So many things needs maintenance, both spas on rooftop were out of order during our 3 days stay, they didnt get fixed and maintenance was never called it was very disappointing.
Dryer in apartment wasnt working and staff couldnt call maintenance or offer us free dry cleaning, we left with a load of wet laundry and had to spend $200 on extra clothing because we couldnt wash our clothes.
Toilet seat in the main bedroom was broken, housekeeping didnt replace empty shampoo and shower gel bottles, they only replaced towels. Overall experience was ok but we wont stay there again if these problems are not addressed.

We have stayed previously and the on-site parking was free but unfortunately this time it cost $57 for the 3 nights. Whilst not overly expensive it was just a surprise on arrival that I did not expect. I paid on Check in and then on our way home received a phone call to ask for the payment for parking. This has now been rectified

A few maintenance issues that should have been fixed. I shouldnt have to ask. Toilets dont flush properly. They have set the cisterns to only half fill so it never gives a proper flush. This seriously needs fixing. Unit is expensive so annoyed at having to pay for parking as well.

We booked it for the kitchen so we didnt have to spend money eating out. There was nothing to cook with, no serving bowls, no oven trays
No hand towels. One sachet for the dishwasher and washing machine.

Apartment had everything you could need and was enormous. The rooftop pool was great for a night swim.
The place was a little noisy from people using the halways coming and going, including later at night noise from neighbours within the building. There appeared to be a diverse and younger crowd genreally. Perhaps pack your ear plugs. There is double glazing, so there no issues with traffic noise.

The sofa fabric was torn. Door of clothes dryer all cracked. When I pulled the blinds of the bedroom down, a dead and dry gecko fell, it had been dead for a while. No soap dish or shelving inside the shower to put your soap ba or shower gel which need to stay on the shower floor. Proximity of freeway and hospital make it very noisy (traffic noise, helicopter ans ambulances in and out of hostpital). For this price per night I am definitely expecting much better quality

The absence of a bedroom TV was surprising in an Oaks property. Our circumstances meant we did a 6 night booking in two separate parts. We stayed in the same room. 5 nights was no housekeeping, and a good price. The single night was top dollar but still did not attract any housekeeping.

The spa was revolting, needed a good clean and smelt like old sweaty men. We found lot's of hair floating in the water and the wire from a champagne bottle as well. Other lap pool was freezing cold. Very disappointed as we normally love the pool area with a great view.

Sunroom would prefer a balcony however this is not a reflection of the hotel as it stipulated balcony or sunroom and I should have stipulated. Felt sunroom is a weird addition and an unusable space for us (thats just our opinion and preference)
