The cost per day to stay with a lack of the pool facilities. The gym is not sufficient with equipment.
Room cleaning didn’t occur until late afternoon when you are returning to your room so most days didn’t get done.
Soaps were not refilled when room cleaning occurred.
Hair and dirt left on the floor in the bathroom on arrival.
To watch the tv was a charge of $35 per 24 hour period.

Everything, was absolutely perfect for our special occasion stay. Staff went above and beyond to look after us.
If I had to be picky, there was a music concert across the road that we could hear from our room, wasn’t really an issue as their music was ok. But if you didn’t like that style of music, it could have been a problem.

I've called multiple times to inform it was my wedding and booked the executive suite.
No one put a note to anything.

We liked the renovated rooms, the room was lovely. The location is also great.
Our beds mainly. For a 5 star hotel it was one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. It was like lying in cardboard. When you go away you look forward to the luxury of a nice fresh feeling bed and pillows and those two items just felt extremely worn. Definitely due to be replaced.
Also the overall cleanness of the building is very warn. Needs a whole freshen up. Windows need to be maintained, balcony could be cleaned when room is cleaned and building structure internally and externally need to be replaced.

The perfect location. Right on the beach and a great atmosphere around the area. We got a room with a sea view with was amazing for sunrise and sunset. The staff were really friendly too! The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve stayed in!
There was construction going on at the time so I’m not sure if that was the issue but the balcony was quite dirty and we cleaned it ourselves to sit out for sunset. Personally I love having a gym and the staff did tell me it was basic but when I saw it, it was probably less than basic!
