The location was value for money. Public transport was just a few metres away. The staff was friendly. It was great that there was an option to book in very late in the afternoon. One of the mattresses was great
One mattress was very soft. It was not very clean but I have definitely experienced a lot worse. The facilities are very dated, not at all the 4 star place that was advertised but I will stay there again

I really appreciated the bus stop right in front of the hotel, with buses to city center, manly beach, bondi beach, etc...
people on the reception desk were not able to answer simple questions, such as if the swimming pool was heated, or why the public collective kitchen was closed at 8am if it says it opens at 7:30am. Also, the public collective kitchen does not have kitchen equipment like pans, pots, cuttlery, dishes, really nothing except fridge and stove.

The price and familt room size is why i booked as i was needing 3 nights stay
room wasnt vaccumed at all upon arrival
I spent money on groceries to find the fridge not working . the man offered me the shared fridge as an option for my food =(
lots of yelling and fighting felt like i was in an episode of housos sems to be mixed with permanent residents the pool area was filled with these residents and their wasted friends and extended members even animals ....
random young children walking around
upon checkout as we had an extended time the room next door became a brothel i had to turn the tv show up to 75 to drown the moaning i was staying with my children like honestly i protect my kids from society and to turn up and pay for this nugget show was outragous
i wish this was a joke review it is dont stay here or bring your children

Room was clean - was only there for a night. Ate and slept, then early to the hospital. No major issues.
Breakfast was pretty ordinary. The place needs updating was quite old. I didn't realise how old as the photos made it look better than it was.

Beds were more comfortable than I expected. It quite clean enough. Car parking included is great.
The adjourning door to the room next to us really let in a lot of noise. The window felt very flimsy and unsafe for a room that was set very high up off the ground - be wary with kids.

Location! Free shuttle to hospitals. Comfortable, clean, big rooms. Quiet even though it is on the Pacific Hwy. Lots of parking spaces. Kitchen which is not often found in motels/hotels. Foxtel. Helpful and friendly staff. Bus stop just outside the hotel.

It was close to the hospital where we needed to go & budget friendly for a young family.
I’m currently very pregnant, one of the staff saw me using the stairs to get to my room & immediately switched us to a lower room! Very kind.
A bit noisy with other guests, but thats not the properties fault. I was surprised we couldnt hear the highway. Bathrooms need a bit of work - shower door leaks & makes the floor very slippery. Few simple updates would make it great.
