The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Brussels old town district, which is practically on its doorstep. The room was very clean, facilities were excellent and there was a separate shower cubicle and bath.
The only downside of our 4 night stay was the lack of any soundproofing in the windows of the apartment resulting in poor nights sleep. This was with all the windows fully closed. Our apartment was on level 3 above Rue de l'Ecuyer which is a narrow two lane, one way street which goes up hill and is a bus route. The buses and other large vehicles unfortunately have to go down a gear as they pass the hotel and their engine noise really ramps up. There is also the noise from the underground which emanates from a large air vent just uphill, outside Scotts Bar. We would suggest getting a room on the other elevation or take ear plugs just in case you are not used to night time noise.

I loved how central the apartment was however still quiet at night time no disruption to sleep. The bed was super comfortable and huge! Coffee machine and free supplies but only limited but coffee shop just over the road fixed this issue!! 5 minute walk to grand place and next door to Galleries Royal st Hubert. Near to market place, lots of things to eat even till night. The restaurant Chez Leon is just on the left. On the right is a convenient shop. Near Brussels station too. Room is clean and big too, not to mention there is also a small kitchen, 2 TVs and a balcony (ground level room) suitable for barbecue ! ( Just kidding)?
Sound proof not that good. At night can hear flushing sound from top level.

The location of the hotel was perfect - central to the city centre and a short walk to the train station.
The hotel staff were incredibly rude over the phone, I I was rang up 3 time by three different members of staff demanding that I provide a credit card to pay a โฌ250 euro deposit after paying for the hotel in full. All provided different information for this process and one shouted at me over the phone constantly talking over me and coming across quite aggressive. When arriving at the hotel, the room was pretty standard, worn and outdated. The heating didnโt work the first night and then was on full blast the second two nights making it either unbearably cold or hot for the entire stay as the thermostat didnโt work. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and the room had not been cleaned well as there were stains along the walls, in the bath and all over the kitchen living area. There was never anyone in the reception to address these complaints to either, I didnโt see one member of staff in the hotel for the entire stay.

The hotel is in a great location, but calling it a โhotelโ feels like a stretchโit doesnโt quite live up to the standard. I wouldnโt rate it as a 4-star property. That said, the rooms are spacious, and at least in our case, the bed was large and comfortable. It was also relatively quiet, which was a plus. Overall, decent but not as good as expected.
The experience at this โhotelโ was absolutely outrageous, especially considering the priceโover 200 EUR per night for the weekend. The bathroom had concertina doors, which is completely unacceptable. This isnโt a hostel or a public bathroom, yet it felt like one. Adding to the frustration, there was no reception or staff to address complaints over the weekend since itโs all self-check-in, which I can understand to a degree, but itโs no excuse for such poor standards.
I even double-checked for photos of the bathroom setup before booking, and there were none, which feels misleading.
If youโre thinking of staying here for a workation, forget it. The internet is terribleโweak connection, constantly cutting out, and completely unreliable.
On top of that, the AC/heating was too weak for such a large room. It was winter, and it felt cold inside, but honestly, that was the least of the issues.
Overall, this place doesnโt come close to meeting expectations for the price or the description provided. A very disappointing experience.

The property is dated and has a lot of street noise. I knew that this property is on the main street but the noise levels are unbelievable.There is absolutely no sound proofing and its like you are on the road. Even at night you can clearly hear loud street noise of vehicles and metro.

The apartment was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable really everything needed but wished I read the reviews on the excessive noise as I hardly slept 2 hours at a time.
The Noise. It's absolutely too much. Trains running constantly, pedestrians, motorbikes, cars, drunken people at all hours of the night and early morning. Unfortunately, I would never recommend this place to anyone, albeit its good location.

I liked that they provided water dispensers. The apartment was very good value for the money paid.
I stayed there for two weeks. I really did not like that there is no segregation / recycling of the garbage. I even went to basement to look for containers but there was just one container. I produced more mixed garbage in two weeks then I create in one year at home.

The ease of checkin/out and the location are the main reason for staying here and the main reason I will return in two weeks!
The apartments are a little tired looking and my shower did not run away quick enough meaning the bathroom flooded when I used it and I had to use all the towels to mop the water up!
My room was on the 3rd floor facing the main road and the windows are not fitted very well so it is VERY noisy at night, as if the windows are open, so take a pair of earplugs if you want to get some sleep!

Amazing location, very clean and nice apartment. The kitchen is well equipped. The check-in instructions was excellent and itโs easy to follow them.
There is a bit of noise from the corridor, but itโs not too disturbing. However, the balcony doors are dangerous โ when opened, there is an empty space without any protective barrier, making it easy to fall, especially for the kids. (Iโve attached a photo)

Nice full apartment located in the centre of Brussels, right around the corner from the Galerie de la Reine. Check-in was easy. Everything you need is here, also for cooking. The bathroom is especially large and spacious. There was a small desk for working.
My apartment faced the street and sometimes noise could be heard but central Brussels is not a very quiet place ;)

Location in the heart of the city.
Check-in was fast and precise (if you read the instruction they send you).
The parking space comes in handy, if you travel by car.
Even though we haven't seen any staff, everything was smooth and easy.
The street facing apartment was loud during the evening/night and you could hear a lot of noise, but that didn't bother us much. If you have troubles sleeping, that might disturb you, but we were tired enough to sleep tight :).
The extendible couch would need a newer matrice.
Except these, we can't really give any negatives, as for us there weren't any.

The location was very close to the Grand Platz. It was a little noisy at night because we were on the street side. The size was very comfortable for 3 people and efficient. We could put 3 medium size suitcases on a coffee table and side table. There was a small kitchenette with a complete cooking set, dishes, silverware, microwave, mini fridge, and sink. The bathroom had lots of racks for towels, a full rack under the sink for holding cosmetic bags, a nice shower and a tub also. Breakfast was at a nice restaurant that was a very close walk.
This was the 1st time for me registering completely on line. So registration without a lobby receptionist was a bit of a learning curve for me. Also, an outdoor courtyard would have been nice.

The location canโt be beat. Very close to the central train station and great restaurants, bar, shopping, entertainment.
Although the apartment is Spacious, very clean and comfortable - there are two negatives. The WiFi is incredibly weak and you are only given one key card (which also controls the lights inside). If you have more than one adult, you canโt leave someone home and go out or it leaves them in the dark.

B-Aparthotel Grand Palace is in a great location. A short walk to many great sites and restaurants. Close to public transportation as well. It was nice to have filtered water offered on the 3rd and Ground floor and the ability to do laundry (buy your soap) was great for my longer stay. Despite my room facing a popular street, it was surprisingly quiet. Finally, I arrived during a terrible heat wave and I was so grateful for the air-conditioning!
Please understand what you are renting - it's not a traditional hotel. The very clean room is a bit dated and in need of maintenance. My shower had a leak, and the bedroom floor had numerous gaps due to poor installation. The kitchen is basic but very handy (though I did not cook). Do not expect coffee or tea to be supplied, unless you are willing to pay 1 euro per capsule (and there is no milk available).

We had a double room with air conditioning. This location is excellent. It makes walking to various must see sights accessible. The farthest travel was to the Atomium site but the Metro is not far. The instructions for entry using codes and lockboxes were clear and readily understandable. On our departure day we had a 18:17 train to Lyon so we were able to use the luggage storeroom for the day. We could have also used some of the six lockers located in the lobby if needed. They are large enough to accommodate a 26โ checkin suitcase. There are 2 washers and 2 dryers in the corner of the garage at no charge.

Seamless check-in process and good, responsive communication through the chat on the hotel app. We had a 1-bedroom apartment, and it was spacious and well-equipped. The location cannot be beat, and of course, at night you can hear some noise outside, but that is to be expected.
The only points I'd raise is that the furniture could use some TLC/updating and Cleanliness could have been slightly better, but for the price-value ratio and location, it was perfect for our 2-night stay.

The location was perfect
and the terrace studio was large, but itโs not a true one-bedroomโitโs more of a studio with partial divider walls.
The hotel and parking garage were extremely difficult to find. Google Maps kept directing us somewhere else (not the hotelโs fault), but when we called for help it took four calls to get an answer and the only advice we received was to โask someone on the street.โ We ended up parking elsewhere and walking around to find the hotel and garage.
The bathroom had not been properly cleaned before our arrivalโthere was broken bronzer from a previous guest everywhere. Staff offered to send someone the next day, but I had already cleaned it myself. While showering, my husband adjusted the rain shower head and a kitchen knife fell from the top of the fixture, which was very concerning. I reported it but never received a response.
I was also told I needed to pay โฌ180 to upgrade rooms, but when we arrived we were placed in the same โฌ15 upgrade I had already paid for. When I asked for clarification, I was ignored.
Lastly, the beds were extremely uncomfortableโsome of the worst weโve slept on, and we travel frequently across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
