Such a central location. So close to shopping areas, grand place, and Ancienne Belgique which was the purpose of my trip. Amazing room with exceptional service. And the lobby is very spacious and has lots of seating where we could wait for our room to be ready (it was ready slightly earlier than advertised at 2pm which is a bonus). We got to stay in a high floor city view room (which was possibly a free upgrade although Im not sure but definitely appreciative of) which had an amazing view. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable.
Some dust here and there. Two of the towels had a stain and long hair in them so we just got fresh ones. Nothing major and this didnt impact our stay.
