Amazing location, literally 1minute walk from the gondola. Close to other apres ski bars and restaurants also. Lovely staff, extremely accommodating and helpful - saw other reviews which disagreed with this which I think are wrong! Ski storage very easy. Rooms were HUGE. Restaurant within hotel also delicious food would recommend to all and would definitely return if we ever came back. Special thanks to Kostadin!

Location was good.
We initially booked one of the atic rooms, but since the height in certain areas of the bathroom is less than 1.6 meters, and you risk hitting your head, we upgraded our room at the reception (we payed at reception the price difference). Lady from reception was not very friendly during the change.
The hotel needs renovation, and mattresses should be changed. The parking lot is kinda dirty, and overall you have a feeling that the hotel is sticky. Breakfast is a disappointment, no healthy option for food.
Except for the location, this hotel is not a good value for money, and not a nice experience.

The location of the hotel is fantastic - close to the gondola and great bars and restaurants. The hotel is modern and clean and staff are extremely friendly and very accommodating. Reception staff are available 24 hours a day as well.

Very convenient location, close to the skilift starting point. Restaurant in the hotel is from a high quality, lot's of different foods possible and all were equally tasty, with good prices. Our room was pretty clean. The rooms under the room are very hot so we switched off the heating and slept with the windows open. The toilet location under the slanted roof was a bit inconvenient to bump your head (tall people). We also had to move the bed a bit but had plenty of space. We also got free underground parking. Oh, and the bed was excellent. The breakfast is small but enough to get your day going.
There was a bit of a smell in the bathroom, so we ventilated enough. The wallpaper could use a replacement, the rooms are quite old. The rooms under the roof are inconvenient for tall people, especially in the bathroom. There is a sauna and steam bath but quite small and you need to turn them on yourself.

I LOVE staying here, the hotel staff at reception and the cleaning staff are very polite, welcoming and lovely to interact with. Best value for money in Bansko. Location is fantastic. Rooms are quiet and comfortable! I always drive to Bansko and they have a secured under-ground parking so my car stays safe and clean. For a 3-star hotel, you get a great experience and value for money. Victoria restaurant is downstairs and you can order as room-service, orders usually get prioritized as if your in the restaurant. Parking and city tax is included as part of your booking. Mini-bar isn't extortionate either. I've stayed here many times in all seasons and it's my go-to stay when im in Bansko for a long weekend.
Some rooms can be a bit dark, and some bathrooms could use a better scrub once in a while but are generally fine and i have no complaints.

The staff is very friendly and gladly helped us whenever we needed assistance.
The hotel restaurant is very good and guests have 15% discount when ordering room service from the restaurant.
Breakfast is extremely basic. It works and most people can probably find something to grab, but there is really very little variety so take that in mind.
Other than that, one day i tried to shower at around 6p.m and they were out of warm water probably because its shower rush-hour or something... (when i showered at later hours it was ok).

The room and the bathroom are very spacious. The staff was nice. There was a parking spot in a garage with OK dimensions for SUV. We were there twice in a week for a night. On a first morning, we had buffet breakfast, but a week later, we had a la carte breakfast. It is very good location, walking distance to gondola and great for stroller, because there is a pavement all the way to the city center (pedestrian area).
We had a baby cot, but the matress was extremly soft, which is very unsafe for a small baby. But we found a safe way for a baby to sleep.
