Elegant Lux is a 4-star holiday complex located in the picturesque all-season resort of Bansko. It offers rooms with spectacular views of the surrounding mountain ranges – Pirin, Rila and Rhodopi, and free access to the spa area with relax zone. The hotel’s spa area includes an indoor mineral swimming pool, a hot tub, a steam bath and various saunas.

A fitness center is also available. Guests can enjoy relaxing beauty treatments and take advantage of the wide range of massages. The property offers 2 restaurants and a summer and winter garden with free barbecue facilities.

The hotel has a great location and the staff were helpful and smiling.The breakfast was solid, but could be more varied.

The hotel does not meet the requirements for 4 stars. The rooms are old and with old and uncomfortable furniture. The beds and sofa are disastrous. The mattresses are old and smelly, and the sofa is full of stains. The refrigerator did not work, so we kept juices and water on the terrace. In the beginning we didn't have hot water in the toilet, so we had to react. There was hardly any cutlery in the kitchen.We didn't have a TV remote, the lock on the front door of the apartment didn't work well. The toilet had a disgusting stench. The elevator was too noisy and slow. We had a private parking , but it was unpaved. Luckily, we only stayed two nights, so we didn't spend much time in the hotel.I love Bansko, I will definitely come back, but never again in the same hotel.

The room was clean and spacious. Also the hotel provides a shuttle bus to get you to the gondola, so you will not have to walk in your ski gear! Inside the rooms and generally around the hotel it was very warm from the heating.

The rooms were kinda noisy, the walls were relatively thin. The bed was not super comfortable but adequate. Overall the hotel's aesthetic is a little bit outdated.

Cleaning ladies do their job perfectly, room was spotlessly clean, staff really friendly.

Absolutely no maintenance, lots and lots of broken things in the room and all over the hotel. 2 out of 3 saunas were out of order in the spa, elevator out of order several times during our stay. In the room, doors to the shower was missing, beds very, very hard, probably a mattress missing. -The hotel owner probably gives the staff zero budget for maintenance and the hotel gets run down.

The spa was generally well-equipped, but treated by guests and hotel like a children’s fun park. The noise level there made it impossible to relax, staff didn’t care about people screaming like crazy, jumping in the pool. Guests were generally very loud in the hotel, there was music everywhere, also to loud for being considered as background music. When we left, we were held back at first until someone checked our room… I think this says everything about the kind of guests they usually serve…

Hotel was in a great location with a 5 minute walk for collection of ski rental gear, getting to the gondola, and was still based one street up from the main strip. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, breakfast was good, rooms were clean and warm to dry ski clothes out after use, and made full use of the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi facilities. Would stay in this hotel again.

All staff were excellent , friendly but not intrusive making for a very relaxed time. Although some furniture maybe slightly tired it was absolutely acceptable. It would appear that everywhere was freshly decorated, room was warm. Breakfast was to a good standard with plenty of choice and staff on hand for assistance if needed.

The room booked promised a Microwave which was absent and no cooking pans which was annoying.

Good location, excellent breakfast, vary clean place. Apartments were cleaning daily, hotel is located in quite area, but just 100 metets away from main street and gondola lift. What blew me away and impressed me was the pleasant staff who was working the second shift. Salute to the senior and experienced team, especially Niko. You guys are the reason why I will return to this hotel. Exeletnt place for families with children. Prices in the restaurant and lobby bar are more than OK.

The furniture in apartment is a little bit older. The heating was on all night and the apartment was too warm. Maybe the reason is the location of my apartment (just by side of the spa center), but it's definitely to warm for my taste.

I really enjoyed the week we spent in Bansko. The hotel is nice, close to anything that might interest you. Our room was large and comfortable, breakfast was ok, good coffee and warm croissants. The staff are really friendly, especially Radi, who is also very kind and efficient. I would definitely come back again.

The hotel has a good location, and the staff was friendly. I also appreciated the shuttle bus service to the Gondola lift. There is a large free parking.

The hotel is quite old, and the furniture in the room is outdated (about 20 years old). Some pieces were broken, especially in the kitchen and living room, and the sofa in the living room was unpleasant. The bed was also uncomfortable. Regarding the food, we had breakfast and dinner included. The breakfast options were very basic and repetitive, with little variety—mostly eggs, sausages, spaghetti, cheese, and vegetables. Hot drinks and a few nectar juices were available. Dinner was more interesting, offering 4-6 different main dishes, but surprisingly, no drinks were included in the evening. You had to buy them from the bar for an extra fee, which felt like a way for the hotel to make additional money. As for the spa area, it was of mediocre quality. It wasn’t very clean, and parts of the swimming pool and jacuzzi were broken. Additionally, the swimming pool was quite small.

A very large apartment, a nice breakfast buffet. Plenty of space - living area, dining area, kitchen and bed / bathrooms for a family of 5. A tad worn around the edges but not bad. There is also a ski locker area on first floor to keep equipment.

A little worn, but not bad. Linens were a bit lacking.

I rate this hotel very well. reception was professional. The whole stay was great. The apartment is really great with a view of the mountains. There is a lot of entertainment in the city. However, it was also fun at the hotel. I liked the reception work the most. Everywhere helped with everything. The biggest compliments to the bar staff. Extremely friendly and helpful. Very friendly staff, good value for money at the bar and the restaurant. You can’t rent skis directly at the hotel and there is a shuttle driving you to and from the gondola which was amazing. We never had to wait more than 5 min for the shuttle! The spa area was also nice

You can’t throw toilet paper in the toilets because the drains could not take it. The jacuzzi seemed a bit old. We were given dirty glasses one day at the restaurant. But it was a one-off

The hotel, the staff were great. Other people in the hotel were not so civilized. For instance some groups enter in jacuzzi and stay there til the end of program, every day. In the sauna only a Turk used the towel, the rest of european people entered without the towel. And so on.

Location of hotel is great....only 5mins walk to gondola or taxis up the mountain. 3mins walk to the main street and the best restaurant. All the staff were attentive and friendly all the time, and went out of their way to offer assistance. On the first day we had to change rooms due to a smell in bathroom but staff were very understanding about this and the subsequent room had a much better view too. ?. No problems with WiFi. We had to ask for additional cooking utensils eg sharp knife and bigger saucepan and these were provided without any problem. The sauna and steamroom were sometimes not hot enough but the staff were happy to turn it up when asked. There was a vast array of food at breakfast, something for everyones taste. We didn't experience the restaurant outside of this time. The decor is luxurious and the grand piano was amazing? ? They store your own/rental ski equipment. Or you can hire it out from hotel, and there is a free mini bus to the gondola. Overall we had a fabulous 7days here.thankyou very much.

The hotel was comfortable, good size rooms. Gondola only short walk away. The staff were wonderful- very helpful and friendly.
