Good value for money and breakfast selection. Staff friendly and very accommodating.

There was no toilet paper top up until the 3rd day, we had to borrow from the next door. The pool was not big enough for all the guests, kids jumping and screaming no staff around to maintain order. The room smelled of mold.

1. Terrible beds, old and dirty mattresses. I requested a double bed and I was surprised that the sheet was improvised from two sheets for a single bed. 2. Old and stained carpet. 3. Slightly damaged furniture. 4. I stayed 6 nights and all the cleaning meant only changing the garbage bags. The dust was not even wiped off, on the last day in the light you could see how it was sitting on the furniture. 5. Skis and boots are stored outside the hotel at a rental center that opens at eight o'clock, provided that if you want to leave with the first ski shuttle to the gondola, it is also at eight o'clock. Maybe there should be better coordination between the ski shuttle and the rental center

It has a good variety of food, nice lobby for the evening with the fire place, the have a good indoor heated pool with sauna. The room are perfect with a mini fridge that you can store food or cold beverages

The only think that I didnโ€™t like that much was the shower. If you will have problem to get in will not be helpful

Decent rooms, decent breakfast, decent location, has parking spots (both paid zone and free), has EV charging stations (paid - Gigacharger), cozy loby with a nice home-like environment.

- Not so helpful and kinda rude staff, lack of staff who cleans the leftovers from clients' breakfast (plates, etc). - Rooms could be better for the price you pay for, for example our walls in the room had cracks which suggests they haven't been renovated in a while. - Staff refused to let us stay until 5pm for the price of 50 leva, despite being offered officially documented in each room. - Jakuzi water was very cold, colder even than the actual pool. Fitness was not well equipped. There was also no personal in the spa entrace to help us out with some concerns we had.

Hotel manager managed to sort a dog barking issue we had during the stay.

Hotel remained stuck in the 80โ€™s !!!!!! - Old hotel which would really need some refurbishment ! - Struggled many times to communicate with staff members who only speak Bulgarian. - Food in the restaurant / Buffet made from very cheap ingredients. Acceptable for breakfast, for dinner, many places nearby propose much nicer food for the same price. - Avoid the fitness room, so terrible! - Swimming pool with far too much chlore in it. - Kept finding bugs in the bedroom and around the hotelโ€ฆ - No one cleaning the room during our stay, only removing bins and adding roll paper. - Bathrobes and towels in the room would need to be replaced as they start to be very old and used. - Sauna room would need some updates. - Lift does not seem to be reliable anymore. Got stuck in it a couple of times ! Stopped working for few hours during the stay and hotel staff keep fixing it.

We enjoyed the lobby bar area where they have a cozy fireplace The saunas are really nice The bartender Radoslav and receptionist Dimitra (she changed my room promptly when i showed her the rotten wall and the mold on the carpet), i would like to thank them for making our vacation better (hope i got the names right) were verry professional and client orientated eventhought there was the language barrier.

The watter from the pool contains a huge quantity of chloramine, some of the rooms have plumbing issues (there is mold from the watter from the shower), the furniture is really old (you can't open some of the doors of the drawrs, the wood is cracked, the handles from the shower are loose, the shower itself is loose and you can't hang it properly) , some of the rooms, especially the ones on the side of the building ar not that isolated from the exterior and it gest really cold in the room, the waiters are shouting at the bartender in front of the customers. The menu for food is verry short The recipes for the cocktails/long drinks are way off Missleading informatin about the shuttle buss from the gondola back to the hotel (wrong place to wait for the shuttle bus,we were told to wait in front of the Happy End pub but the bus was waiting in a more far area, the schedule is not respected) We had to wait 1.5 hours for the shuttle bus to pick us up and it didn't show eventhow we even called the hotel. They send us a taxi witch WE PAYED AND IT WAS OVERPRICED (20leva from the gondola to the gardenia park hotel - 5,6 minutes drive) Breakfast and dinner not that diversified Some of the customers were wearing ski boots inside of the hotel but from the reception they told us to remove the ski boots outside of the hotel. I gave this ratting because Dimitra changed the molded one with a better room. THIS IS NOT A 4* HOTEL

The staff were lovely, the sauna and pool facilities great too. Would have been amazing if the jacuzzi was a hot one not attached to the pool though. Also the fact there was a ski hire attached to the hotel was great, and they were lovely guys running it.

We had my 16 year old daughter in our room, we paid extra obviously for it, however the additional bed was only fit for a small child. The โ€˜hotโ€™ breakfast was mainly cold. Deluxe room, is not a word I would use when referring to the room. It was adequate, but very small for 3 people. During busy periods they only have one mini bus that takes guests from this hotel and another hotel, however this hotel was the 2nd pick up, therefore longer waits were incurred which meant the queues to get up the mountain then became longer by the time you got there, regardless of whether you chose the Gondola, Bus or Taxi.

Location was great. Staff, bathroom and breakfast was ok. Water temp and pressure were fine too. AC was working properly. It looked kinda clean on the surface. Room size was ok.

Very old and used. Walls were covered in stains and were chipped. The carpet and drapes were also stained and worn out. The mattresses were sunk. My wife was severly bitten by bed bugs. Windows do not open properly. A heavy smell in the hallways and partially in the room too. TV is ridiculously small and not having a signal.

Hotel is old, it doesn't have its own parking, it's 200m away or you need to pay to park in front, furniture old and broken, half facilities in the spa don't work and the entire hotel is not clean. One can see that it was a good hotel years ago but nobody invested or kept it at the same level since then.

Well, it's not a 5* hotel, and not a brand new either, but it was an excellent value for money, at least off-season. Easy to park (paid parking right in front of the entrance, free parking just a short distance away), free spa access, breakfast included, comfortable, cosy rooms - everything was just fine. Also, they have a very nice terrace / garden restaurant for spring & summer season.

The bar could have been open a little longer (it closes at 23.00) ...
