The location is great. On a walking distance from all restaurants, bars and main beaches of Sozopol.

The room was poorly furnished. It was located on the last floor and the windows couldn’t remain open. So you can rely only to the conditioner. It is okay for 1-2 nights but for a longer stay it’s not really comfortable.

It is close to the beach and the room in the pictures is looking nice but it is a SCAM!

- The pictures are made 20 years ago, the room didn t look like in the pictures, the furniture is not as in the pictures. - if you want a Sea view room, it is very noisy, vis a vis is a shaorma shop and in the night there are a lot of people, 2 am, 4 am, all night - the bathroom is very old, smell bad

The location. You can easily access all the hot points of Sozopol on foot.

While the owners were great, the place is extremely outdated and needs renovation. Strange smell in the kitchen. For the money, one could find a more comfortable and modern stay.
