The sea side view was really nice, clean room, comfortable beds and AC with a big bathroom and spacious kitchen. The staff was nice. The beach is basically there with lots of markets and shops around.
The parking!! Pre booking needed which is absolutely fine, but the hotel is sharing the parking spaces with another hotel. Cars blocking each other was a bit annoying but the receptionist handled is nicely.

The apartments are clean, well equipped, good looking, located right by the beach. The beach is really great, wide with a calm, shallow water, good for small kids. You are back in your room from the beach in max. 5 minutes.
Park view apartments are quiet, good for sleeping, beach view apartments have to be more noisy - they are oriented to the street with bars open to the late night hours and a wheel.

Excellent location, just on the beach. Very tasty cafe downstairs, supermarket, exchange and pharmacy just downstairs on the 1st floor. Very clean, big room, view is spectacular and service is great.
Due to the close location to the main street with bars and ferry wheel just across, quite noisy at night time.

Best deal for the price. Really decent as cost, and the hotel is in a perfect spot. In the center of SunnyBeach just literally on the boardway, 10m from the beach.
Dont expect a luxurious hotel, but its clean and cozy.
The staff was really nice and polite. Specially the two ladies at the reception.
Rooms are kept clean with daily housekeeping services (dont forget to tip them, they are working hard for you).
It has a small but clean pool, and a nice restaurant at the ground floor. Really tastefull food at decent prices.
Next to it you have everything: Beach, supermarket, pharmacy, shops, restaurants... everything.
I really do recommend it!
Everything was really good but I personally would work on the following:
PARKING. Small parking space, always crowded , always a lottery if you choose to use the car and leave for couple of houres during your stay. 15leva per day.
Only one entrance key.
For us, was somehow a inconvenience because we have a small boy. So if my wife putt him to sleep and I had to go to the market or somewhere, I could not take the key cause that would shut the power off. And if I came back, I had to knock at the door, waking them up.
Electrical outlets in the room- Very few. Most of them behind the tv, and 2 more at the kitchenet.
The lack of a washing machine - This is more of a sugestion. Its a studio with kitchenet and oven .. but you could use a wasching machine also.
And the it comes the issue with the AC:
1. It would be nice to have the posibility of leaving the AC On when you are out. Because when you come back to the room, its boiling hot inside.
2. Clean and service the AC please. You come back and you turn the AC on cause its wam. But you get the nasty surprise of a unhealthy and unserviced and clean AC unite. A heavy moldy smell, of fungus. Plus..if you look inside the unit, you can see the black mold formed. And It was alot. Thats just pomping spores in to your lungs. We had a 1 year old boy with us, we chose not to use the AC often.
The same goes with the vent in the bathroom. Its full of dust and really disgusting.
And you can check room 413 for everything I said.

Location is cool, on beachfront. The beach is very good, gentle entrance to the sea.
A lot of restaurants and bars are near.
Safe in the apartments is free, also there is a safe on reception.
I took apartments with sea view, so windows were also in front of cafes and bars, in evening it was loud.
But I knew about that before, so it was not an issue for me, because I had earplugs.
If you don't like noise in the evening, there are apartments with view on backyard which are very quite.

Pool was a little small and crowded, didn’t use it, as the beach was great and right in front of the hotel! A little noisy but not an issue as we didn’t get back till after 2am each night, maybe if you are early to bed, it could be a little annoying, but not really an issue!

Amazing location. Everything is within 5 minutes walking time, beach in front of view, supermarket in the same building, two great restaurants near you. Rooms are cleaned every day and they correspond to the pictures.
We thought they are also changing the bed sheets, but unfortunately, they only fix the bed linen. For 1 week, staff didn’t change it.

Everything was just like it was described and even more (we benefit from free parking, even though, according to all reviews, parking it's a problem and also expensive). The place is very clean, well organized and just 30 steps away from the the beach. The staff was friendly and gave us all the information we needed. The restaurant has good food, the prices were convenient.
If you want a quiet evening, this is not the place. You can hear the music loud from at least 3 beach bars, late after midnight. The pool is small and shade comes around 5 pm.

The hotel is located beside pedestrian and on the Beach, Here we spend many hours watching people on the balcony. Very clean and friendly people who work on this hotel, even those woman who cleaned our room everyday.
We really like this apartment but there is one problem, the internet, no internet connection in our room not even good in the reception.

Great location across from the beach. Beach and boardwalk view from our balcony. Friendly and helpful staff. 1 bedroom apartment with separate bedroom was large enough for a family of four. The market and pharmacy in the same building as the hotel were very convenient. Hotel provided beach towels.
The balcony doors don’t have handles from outside. When someone goes out to the balcony, the doors stay open, which seemed odd.
Also, bring your own shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. - the ones provided by the hotel are tiny amounts.

The location gives excellent view, exchange, pharmacy, barber, supermarket, the wheel, the beach and hawaii - best restaurant in sunny beach just at the entrance.

Great location on first line, very clean, polite and helpful staff. The seaside views are stunning. Private parking provided by the hotel. The restaurant of the hotel is good value for the money as well.
The hotel is right on the busy pedestrian street (sea side rooms), which means there is a LOT of noise from the crowd/bars and even the Ferris wheel has music playing and is illuminating the room till 2:00 in the morning. Last year the bars were shutting down the music around 1:00, but this time some of the bars were playing music all night.

The people at the reception are amazing, always helpful, always super nice. We had an issue with the hairdryer in our room and they replaced it on the spot (thank you so much for that).
The location is great, right near the beach. The view from the balcony was fantastic - view to the sea 100%.
The restaurant has good food, always fresh. The people serving there are also very nice.
All in all, it was an amazing experience for us! Big thanks to the people working there, they made our stay extra pleasant ❤️
There was cigar smoke coming from the cooker hood from other room, but this is the fault of the clients, as the hotel has a policy of non-smoking rooms and it is clearly stated. But I guess some people simply do not care ?

Very clean and comfortable, everything you need for SC.
Maids were in almost everyday with fresh bed sheets and towels also gave the room a tidy empty bins etc.
The only complaint I could possibly make is the size of the balcony but the beach is steps away !

The apartment is well furnished, the property has everything you need. There’s a supermarket and pharmacy right in front of the hotel, the beach is 5 meters away, there’s a restaurant and a small pool. The parking is also very convenient.
There’s a constant noise from the street, you just have to know where you are going.

Perfect location literally on the beach, the apartment was spacious, well equipped with everything you need. There are many stores nearby, the Big wheel is just in front of the hotel, the area is quite nice.
- The hotel has a parking but you have to pay separately and the rates are higher than all the other parking lots around.
- The hotel has a restaurant but you don't have any discount as a hotel guest, which is usually the case.
