The overall experience we had there was great! We really liked the variety of food at breakfast, the friendly staff and the facilities, but the best part about it all was that it was a very children and family friendly hotel. The kids had a separate corner with special meals which our nephew enjoyed really much! Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for couples with children and larger families!

I liked the food, before arriving I was worrying about food, but I was nicely surprised that food was tasty, diversity for all the tastes, quantity is not limited, all sort of drinks with non limit, snack all the day, ice-cream bar, all this was part of the package ( the all inculsive) We didn't miss anything or get hungry, I even didn't have to spend more money for the food when I walk-around outside the hotel. Great package, and good value for the money. Great job from all the staff and especially animation team, very kind helpful. It's very animated hotel, having music, dances,fitness, games all the time, me and my daughter of 6 years didn't get bored at all. The animation team doesn't miss creativity and ideas to make everyone happy and having activity all the day-long. My daughter doesn't miss kids discotheque for nothing in the world.

The towels are not changed on daily basis or even every 2 days

Good food although it is all inclusive - I don't think all inclusive is the best food ever so that's why I called if good, it was fine, tasty but it is all inclusive. But food here was quite fresh comparing it to other hotels we've had all inclusive. Also fine were pools just with quite cold water. The location - near shops, shopping passage, abiut 150 m away from beach

Room ladies changed towels every day - not like they mentioned in the bathroom that they are nature friendly. It was useless, we know whether it is dirty and need to change.

The animation program was great. Deni, Mila, Neli and the rest of the team were always ready to drive some fun for adults and children as well. My 4y.o. especially enjoyed the kids discos every evening. Also the rest of the stuff was very helpful, when my son was sick, they all tried to assist us. The food in the restaurant was tasty, but I would appreciate wider variety - after 9 days, it was always way too similar. The pool and the garden were great place to rest - neat and clean.

The location of the hotel - in no way would I expect it to be so noisy at night. I asked for a quieter room, however it was fully booked, so it could not be upgraded. However the noise was a tax for such a short distance to the beach (cca 150 m through market and luna park).

very noisy due to the discos around. Very busy inside as exceeds rooms capacity, but also outside due to the social events, bars and discos. Limited food at the restaurant, only 2 areas with food and very long waiting line. The close the restaurant right after the closing time and in a way they force you to leave even if you have not finished. Limited variety of food. The pools are right near the restaurant and lot of kids are throwing food and drinks or other substances directly into the pool. Ice-cream was served right during lunch, when kids are going for a nap. The back door was closing at 18, right when you return from the beach. Was not able to leave kinds toys near the chair or towel as other kids came and took them and never returned them. Limited area for playground, kids pool and almost no green areas to play so definitely not a location for families with small kids. To go to the beach you have to cross the shops street (bazar) which is very busy and noise

I didn’t like anything.

The hotel is located near nightclubs and bars, the music is very loud until 8 am. We asked for a quiet room and they gave us a room on same side of the building. The staff is unpleasant and the food is not diversified. You will eat every day almost same dishes. The pool is closed after 6 pm. We paid 6 days for the parking even if we booked the room for 5 nights.

Overall, the hotel is nice and well located. We got sick, and were allowed to check out an hour later.

What is written is ambiguous. For example, we emailed them and they said, that there was baby cot available, but there was no baby cot, only extra bed. Not every part of the hotel is clean, but the cleaners are very kind. The staff was not always helpful. The rooms overlooking the pedestrian street, are terribly noisy. There is a club opposite the hotel. The wifi and HotelTV service is not very good.

ANIMATION TEAM!!!!

The value for money does not correspond at all, the images on the site do not correspond to reality, the hotel is old, it needs a good renovation in absolutely all areas! The bathroom is defective, the sink is leaking, the toilet does not work, on the balcony there is no dryer at least elementary for towels. From the beginning I asked if they offer a kettle because I was with a baby, they told me that they would give it to me, but until the last day I didn't receive one. The elevator is old and small, the trolley barely enters it. Cleanliness at medium level. The old restaurant, the same food every day, pasta and potatoes, apart from pork, beef and chicken breast is nothing. I expected to eat seafood, something more special, exotic, but unfortunately the food is like in a regular canteen. I'm not even talking about drinks, low quality, juices for children, water with dyes, dissolved cocktails for adults. The only joy is the ANIMATION TEAM!! Very good team and they deal with children, in the evenings they do shows!! 10+!! The pools are also equipped with slides for children. Otherwise I was disappointed with this stay, I paid a lot of money for the poor quality of the hotel!! I DON'T RECOMMEND!!

Rooms have to lock automatically when closing the door, also I prefer a room card and not key. The safe box have to be included in price. Vasile is the best chef, the pasta he cooked was Heavenly,please don't lose him!

One of the worst hotels I have every been to. This hotel is not 4* barely even 3*. I go on 4 holidays a year with two small children and trust me you do not want to stay here! The pictures and reviews onljne are a lie. Do not come here its filthy, food is disgusting, all inclusive is awful no water in the rooms and they wont provide bottled water. Ask you to take plastic cups and fill them downstairs at the lobby where you are only allowed 3 drinks. I cant do this as I have a baby who gets up in the middle of the night for drinks. The pools are dirty the food hall is dirty we barely eat here. The pizzas are like mush absolutely vile. The drinks are all fake bad cokes bad pepsi none real even ice tea is a crap brand. Bad brands of alcohol awful coctails. Awful staff noone helps, rude especially bar staff by the restaurant bald guy horrible! Watched him try and chat kids up. The rooms are horrible the beds pillows bathroom bedding just wanted to go home and cry as I said DO NOT COME HERE.gave 4 of us two small towels. Bathroom is full of damp horrible smell. The pictures online do not look like what it is really like. Evrything was excelent!

The fact that we left the car after the street of the hotel just for 3-4 minutes to go inside to tell at the reception that we arrived and TO ASK WHERE WE CAN PARK THE CAR,because there was full, and our car in these minutes was going to be taken by the police. I said to the receptioner but she didn' t do anything. So, we have just paid the fee. Incredible...for 80 leva, they asked us 300 lei, telling us that they take not only leva, they receive lei and euro too! Do you think that 80 leva means 300 lei??‍♂️?‍♀️?

Food was good, good variates of food everyday.

I was under the impression that the beach is closer to the hotel, as on booking.com it says beachfront but the distance is not a big one, 5min tops walking time.

Nothing, it was a waste of money and time

The food was bad, the hotel had no rules in place at the restaurant, people were allowed to come in their swimsuit during lunch. They had no rules at the pool People were taking the food into their rooms and nobody checked them There was chaos everywere

Very good location, close to the beach and to the boat which goes to Nesebar.

Very loud! Party goes from 9 pm to 6 am on the streets right next to the hotel. You can not sleep

Food was just OK. It was monotonous and at average standard. Definitely not for 4 star hotel. There is a beautiful beach nearby and many little stores. That was the only attraction there...

It was incredibly noisy every night due to a amusement park next to our balcony! The hotell is from early 90s and probably never remodeled.... old and not clean... stinky carpets... Hardly anyone spoke English there... THE TWO POOLS WERE CLOSED AT 6PM every day. At 9.30-10.00 pm there were silly performances if you can call them this way!

I liked the localisation. The food generally speaking was good, a lot of choise.

I didnt like the using of so much plastic. In the bathroom it wasnt clean. The space for eating ..too crowded

The pool was ok for non swimmers but was very cold would need to be heated also no indoor option which u would expect in that size of hotel.

Staff were extremely rude and made out they had no English when we needed to ask something. Threats of fines all up in English though. Food was terrible and dining hall was filthy at times all food on floor. Booked room with shower as I have problem with my leg got no shower bath and when I asked at reception starting laughing at me they defo don't like the Irish and kept saying cost if everything in pounds we have euros they were very rude and so unhelpful.cleaners blowing in doors prior to 9am every morn just coming into rooms. Terrible noise in hotel people constantly slamming doors and shouting at 2 to 3 am in morn. No kettle in room asked no hope.. staff on mobiles or groping one another completely unprofessional sour faces constantly. No management

Despite the fact that we were guests at the end of the season, everything was exceptional. The room was spacious and very clean. The service at the reception and in the restaurant was excellent all the staff was helpful and polite. We will definitely visit Hotel Alba again on our next trip to Sunny beach. Thank you all for making our stay incredible!

Clean, modern rooms, lovely housekeeping staff, central location

- room with old central A/C wasn’t cold enough on warmer days (we stayed at end of season when it wasn’t even that warm, we were sweating in the room and I raised the issue 3 times at reception and only then they agreed to change rooms but at that stage we got a fan and weather was a lot cooler so we decided to stay in the room). Rooms with “comfort” standard had new fully working A/C so avoid “standard” and go for “comfort”. - food was very very bad and poor quality, very repetitive, leftover food repurposed in other meals the next few days. All 4 of us got either food positing or we were sick from the central a/c as we all vomitted for half of our stay). We ended up eating out the last few days as it was so bad. - drinks in the bar very poor quality, lots of things not available and told to go to a different bar (there were few bars), we stayed until the hotel was closing for winter and everyday the selection was smaller and bars were closing down. - staff generally unpleasant, except for housekeeping ladies they were fabulous. Maybe it was end of the season attitude waiting to be finished but just not the nicest.

The hotel is very cosy, it has a small territory, but everything is comfortable and convenient. Tasty food, clean restaurant with its welcoming staff made our stay enjoyable. Kids loved the pools and animation, the hotel is 3 minutes from the beach, there are lots of restaurants, bars and the central entertainment park around.

The friendly staff made it feel like a how away from home. It was easy to check-in and the staff was very helpful with guding me around the area. When I travel back to Bulgaria, I will definitely be looking for availablity with this establishment.

Food was not great, we mostly ate fries with vegetables except for the pizza at the pool It's a bit noisy on the bars side, but you can sleep. Bed a bit uncomfortable

I liked the animation team, they are great. Also great location of the hotel. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis.

The main pool is falling apart. Pieces of the mozaic are missing. Warm water in the bathroom is running for not more than 5 min. The food was not so delicious. The bartender curses you if you order a drink 5 min before the end of his shift. In general not nice experience. Prevoius years the hotel had a laundry company taking care of guests laundry. This year there wasn't any which would not be a big deal if there were hangers to dry out your clothes, unfortunatelly there aren't
