Nice and cosy hotel. Small pool but never crowded, there were always more than enough sunbeds for everyone ? Staff was pleasant and helpful. Food was nice. Huge free parking with video surveillance is a big plus in Sunny Beach! They really put a lot of effort to keep the place clean. The beach is far but because of that it's a very quiet location.
Very bad internet connection ? It's 2021. That is unacceptable!
There is about 900 meters to the nearest beach ?

I had not bought inclusive, so the breakfast I can only review from what I ordered, and the english breakfast was very good, and variated. Nice pool, and serviceminded personel. Spacious rooms, and very good cleaning. Very nice location, close to beach and center, with good communication to other areas. The personel was very serviceminded in general, and helped with whatever they could help with. :) Nice swimming pool, and restaurant.
It is not a very good idea to have all this fritated potatoes, or fritated food in general (very damaging for health), but I understood many tourists like this. The menu could have a little better options for more healthy food (although the waiter/chef was very open to change, but sometimes for added price). Also the chef could be more culinary in it`s making with spices. The curtains in the bedroom is not thick enough to cover from lights outside, this should be changed as It can be very disturbing for a nights sleep (I thankfully had a eye mask).
The fridge also made terrible sound, and some guests could be quite noisy at night, of course the fridge could be a exeption in my room (I no matter did not say anything, and could have shut it off, I used ear plugs for most of my stay). The toilet paper in the hotel is very economical, and falls to pieces very easily, so I bought my own, as not very hygienic in use.
Regarding in general Sunny Beach it is a very pricy area as just based on tourism, and seasonal. If you just like to party or laying at the beach, it`s a ideal area, as also alcohol is very cheap (too cheap from my point of view), but for me as a non party person/drinker, I could have probably found a better area to live in. I would not recommend the center for people with children.
The boat trips also was very simpel, and compared to other countries a bit expensive. For a V.I.P katamaran you paid about 99 leva, some may concider this cheap, but for a 4 hours journey, just one bathing stop (strong understreams, a lot of huge jellyfish that could sting, and a lot of alges coming inn), and some food, I would call it pricy.

Very clean and nice room with a smell of freshness, with great swimming pool and very comfortable large private parking, which is extremely important in Sunny beach.
Hotel is situated almost in the centre (7-10 min walk from Cuban centre, but in very quite place, where music of clubs doesnโt bother you. Place is surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants, though hotel has their own great restaurant.
If you go without car, it is also in very close distance to public transport.
I will definately return to this hotel during my next stay.

You get free parking in the front of the hotel. It's clean, beds are confortable and you get an overall good price-quality ratio.
Breakfast could be better. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach. Wi Fi is not very good, but works.

Car parking was good and it was an easy stroll into the resort centre.
We were not aware that the rooms were only cleaned/serviced every 3 days. Only found out when we returned from our first day out only to find all the wet towels still on the wet room floor and the bed had not been made up. Having said that, there WAS a sign on the back of our room door which we hadn't seen, explaining this!
The walls are not sound isolated and you can barely speak after 10 pm without getting complaints.

The most important for me was the attitude from the personal. They were super friendly and helpful.
The hotel has a large parking space and you don't need to worry about the car. The location is a 5-10 minutes walk to the center and at the same time is super quiet. We will visit it again!
The pool was small, but who needs a pool when you have a sea?

The hotel was within walking distance of the beach. Rooms clean and basic. Nice pool but a little on the small size. Very quiet location.
Food available was typically English tourist, however, the prices were fairly high in my opinion. For example, an English breakfast, omelette and chips and two cups of English tea was over 50 leva.

"There wasn't much to like: a basic room, poor facilities, a restaurant with bad food, and a very bad breakfast. A very basic place, not worth the cost."
