The staff was very kind and friendly.
The food was not good - sorry but the quality was not fine. I didn't like the fact that the pools were looking very old - I wouldn't use them if this wasn't the main reason for our stay (my daughter wanted water slides). The animation was friendly but the fact that some animations were paid was very surprising, wasn't this an all inclusive hotel with the animation being part of it?

Apparats for drinks were dirty, they had black molds inside. I was there 4 days, housekeeping didnt change my bedcloth no one time, they took carpet for bathroom in the second day any never bring it back, never clean dirty glasses same as floor. Swimming pools looked nice, but very old, they covered some plastics in the childrens part and colored in other sides, water inside not clen also blue colour on the sides inside the water gone away, looked terrible.

Very nice hotel, not too big, cca. 500 guests. Nicely renovated 5 years ago, some minor errors by now, not disturbing. Super comfortable beds, foam matrasses, may be too softs for some poeple. All inclusive was excellent, large variety of fresh vegetables, fruits, cheese, cold starters and sweets. Two soups and several fish and meat courses every day, always different, not boring. Food's tastes are mediterranien/middle eastern. Sodas, juices, very good caffees and ice cream all day, many sunbeds around the pool.
Entertainment and music even in September. We will definitely come back!
Just one thing: curtains are not blackout, we prefer to sleep in dark, but the lights of the garden shine through the curtain which disturbed our sleep.

Staff very polite and pleasant. Rooms nicely equipped and modern. Entire complex very clean. Excellent Animation team, not too in your face. Lucky and Ilyas deserve a special mention. Lounge Bar staff excellent all week making lovely coffees and serving superb cocktails and drinks. Non alcoholic cocktails also very good. 3 or 4 live acts in the week and quiz,& cash bingo broke up the very relaxed evenings. Very nice indoor heated pool and rather cold outdoor pool.I expect this would warm up later in the season. I would advise booking your holiday no earlier than the last week in May as the rest of of the resort was technically closed. We took the opportunity to just relax and this Hotel allows you to do this. Table- tennis , darts, pool etc. and other games and competitions were run around the outdoor pool if you needed 'activities' and a snack bar served food all day until 6pm. Meals in the Restaurant were wide and varied with grilled meat choices, heated serving pans held a reasonable selection of casserole, vegetable and themed dishes which changed throughout the week. Lovely breads and salads served each day. A big plus was the availability of tea/coffee after lunch and dinner in the restaurant as well as the lounge. Felt really relaxed and comfortable in this Hotel and thoroughly recommend it.
The Shower design is inadequate. No sealant along the shower tray edge means the bathroom floods as the water drains so slowly. Reported this to the manager however nothing was done about it. My only other issue was there wasn't always warm plates for your food. They have warmers but they're only intermittently turned on. Sweet choices were varied and beautifully presented however by the end of the week a little 'samey' . Some hot desserts would be welcomed. Good choice of ice-cream however.

The location is very beautiful, well thought out for families with children. The two slides at the pool were fully worth choosing this hotel. The animation team is wonderful, they entertained us with games for both adults and children. We also used the indoor pool and sauna, because it rained once, and the the outdoor pool was not an option on that day.
The rooms are clean and pleasant. The inner courtyard is wonderful in the evening, perfect for relaxing. The food is ok, not extraordinary, but we always found something to like. The distance to the beach is a 3-minute walk, the hotel does not have its own beach, but there are sunbeds for rent. We chose not to use sunbeds.
As our first experience in Sunny Beach, we declare ourselves satisfied.
Maybe a bit more improvement on the restaurant food, but I can't say we disliked it. We always found something that satisfied our tastes.

It is a very nice all inclusive hotel, smaller, but charming in a quiet area only 3 min walk from the beach...the family room was big enough for 4 of us (2 adults + 2 children).. the balcony is tiny, but we only used it for drying the towels. We liked the main restaurant and the food very much, the pool area is not big but it offers everything you need - kids liked the water slides and animation program. We will deffinitely come back :)

The employees are very nice and ready to help you or entertain you. They helping us with necessary information and at reception can find persons who know English pretty well.
In addition, the food was extraordinary. They really have a very good meat as well.
Unfortunately, everything outside of food and drinks is extra cost.
From my perspective, for an All Inclusive hotel, I didn't like to have to ask for explanations why I have to pay stuff, as:
1. If you want to play something in hotel, biliard, play station, you have to pay.
2. And, don't expect to have good cocktails without to pay them. I had to pay even the wine from Al a Carte restaurant.
3. The parking was pretty expensive. The good part here was that we know from booking the price and assume it. But, still expensive...

Rooms were clean. Staff took care to put our rooms near each other before we even asked. WiFi was only free/unsecured so just used for kids Netflix but it worked way beyond expectations.
It only offers unguarded parking that costs EUR 10 per day. For a 6 night stay, this is very unfair.
Also, the pool closes at 6 PM. While there is still sun on it and it's warm and all the kids would still enjoy it for at least 1/2 hour. We didn't use it most days because of this, we preferred to go to the beach.

All staff including animation team and cleaning lady are very friendly and trustworthy. They are all hardworking and provided the guest superb experience. Super helpful and will solve your problem right away. The facilities met our expectations, the food selection is wide range so you can find something you like and good quality food too. The hotel gave us a surprise for our honeymoon (a bottle of wine cake and a basket of fruit) . Definitely would visit again!
WIFI connection is very bad and unstable throughout the compound. Indoor pool want heated as mentioned. The taxi service is a little expensive.

Guys at the bar quickly prepare a large number of cocktails, which are included in all inclusive.
If you have more than 7+ nights, you can visit a separate restaurant, which is not included in the all inclusive. But I can't recommend this restaurant. The only difference is that the waiter will bring you the food. The food itself is no different from a general restaurant. From my point of view you may skip this option and visit just regular restaurant.

It's the first time I found everything perfect! I hope the quality of the services remains the same! I didn't find anything negative to object to except the parking lot. Everything from A to Z was perfect, far beyond expectations! (and I've been everywhere in Europe, Turkey or Greece)
I'm sorry that I have to complain about the discussion about parking and the price. We were happy to talk about the hotel, rooms, food... but in no case, first of all, about parking and the very high price for it. You have to find a solution to offer parking (included in the price) or at least an option to inform customers by email in advance or otherwise, but not at the reception when people arrive tired from the road but happy to have arrived!

Lovely clean modern hotel, with polite, friendly hardworking staff. Rooms were spacious, beds so comfortable and I loved the layout of the room.
Food was fresh with lots of vegetables, salad and fruit. As well as pizza chips and ice cream! They have a lower buffet area so children can help themselves. The all inclusive food by the pool was also tasty. The hotel is great for families with the entertainment team working really hard throughout the day. There were plenty of sun beds and lots with shade under the trees. The area the hotel is in is very busy and very central right near the beach, lots of shops and bars and water sports. Great for people wanting lively full on vibe. We did find it a bit full on being an older couple but we were able to find quieter beaches in the day a short walk along the seafront.
Opposite the hotel is a fairground, in the evening this was loud and made it hard to hear the hotels entertainment, which was a shame. I think the hotel could put ho higher fence or bushes or move the entertainment area to the back of hotel. The noise of the fairground was not loud in the rooms and stopped by 11pm so doesn’t effect sleep.
The other thing that was a shame was the position of the air conditioning units on the balcony which blew out warm air, so it wasn’t comfortable sitting on the balcony.

Not a luxury hotel and sunny beach has a Benidorm vibe with lots of casinos if (like me) you don’t know what to expect!

It was excellent. The hotel suprised us and we got a deluxe Family room instead of a double room. It made the holiday more comfortable to us. We got a crib for the baby for free. The room was very clean. There is a fun park in front of the hotel, but we didn’t hear anything from that noise. The food was fantastic, everybody can choose from them. There is a nice playground in the hotel, so the kids can also enjoy the stay here. Staff is very friendly and helps in everything.

They were very helpful and couldn't do enough for you if you just ask.
Beds were comfy and the cleaners were great.
The food was sometimes cold, especially the kid's selection.
Location is a bit far from the centre, obviously you know this when booking but worth noting that a 15/20 min walk with Bulgaria's dodgy paths is a pain if you have a pram/ or mobility issues.

Only pleasant experiences at this hotel. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Food for every taste. The sea is 7 minutes walk away. I am especially grateful to the staff at the reception, who printed out the necessary documents for me without objection. Thank you very much for that.
My only wish is to repair the cardio equipment in the gym.

Massage service was really nice, but it was separate and not part of the package we paid for.
The all inclusive food options were limited and none of it was delicious, except for some of the desserts. In addition, the overall hygiene is reaaally questionable as upon arrival we had A USED TOWEL hanging in the bathroom. Must have been left from the previous guests.... Also, the staff in the reception was super unhelpful.
However, everyone from the Spa center staff was really kind, likable, and hard working.

There was no parking spot and also no wish from the hotel to offer us a solution, or a recommendation where to park. Parking is not for free anywhere. There were black bugs in the bathroom in the night and in the day were stinky bugs in the apartment in both rooms. The food was not as we expected, in each day was something left from the previous day which was transformed in a different food. For sure they can do good food from what they can offer instead of mixing everything from the day before. Too cheep meal, compared to the money we payed, 200€/ day for the apartment. We will not go there another time.

The hotel had plenty of amenities and lots of activities for the children to join in with. The restaurant was well stocked with plenty of variety in the menu. Every single member of staff said 'hello' as we passed them. The cleaner for our room was incredible, she kept the room very clean and tidy.

The hotel is a specimen of tidiness and cleanliness. The management, the staff are very professional and many hotels in Bulgaria and abroad should learn a lesson from them. It is suitable for families with kids of different ages: there are 5 well-thought swimming pools of different height (only one for adults plus spa and indoor pool), 3 slides (one for toddlers and one for adults), very good animation team ( mini-disco, competitions, tournaments, kids club) and fun program for grown-ups (dancing and singing performances, karaoke, water polo, archery competition, etc.) Once there was a musician playing blues and jazz program for those dining on a terrace.
Food is delicious, in abundance and a splendid variety, there is a snack bar with the junk food, ice-cream and drinks. the personnel is trying hard to comfort you. Sometimes even too hard)) All your problems are solved immediately. The hotel is in a close proximity to the beach. ( 5-7min on foot). Internet is not perfect but good enough and available in all amenities. There is either a good app to assist you in every way during your stay. For example you can use your mobile phone as a room key or provide a feedback about each daily activity.
You don't have to fight over the lounge chairs next to the pool, they are in abundance daily and beach towels are free of any charges.
We had a room facing the pool and an amusement-park. In the evening there was too loud music and the balcony door didn't protect us from noise outside. Luckily all the music is turned off by 23.00.
I also wish there had been a wardrobe with doors in the room, regarding there were shelves only and open space furniture for your belongings.

We really enjoyed our family stay at iHotel. Our room and the beds were super comfy and we got an extra pillows to make our sleep even more comfortable! The cleanliness is exceptional, cleaning staff working really hard around the clock to make the entire hotel spotless. We had small issues at the start of our stay, but as soon as we went to the reception, everything was resolved! The main Chef of the restaurant is a massive bonus to the hotel, a big shout out to him for the loveliest meals everyday! Also plenty of food and snacks at the pool bar daily, so no-one was ever hungry! Restaurant staff are very organised, I was fascinated watching them all working so smoothly! Animation team are amazing! Our child enjoyed the games at the pool and a foam party a lot! Sea was only a couple hundred metres away! Ballinese masage was 10/10! Overall it was very relaxing stay which we enjoyed so much!
Some of the pool bar and lobby bar staff were lacking simple manners and made us very uncomfortable in multiple occasions when ordering drinks or icecream, but that didn't spoil our stay! All inclusive drinks aren't the best. Suggestion for a hotel with a good name like that to have mini bar filled for the guests in their rooms, as the mini fridge is empty, the only thing you get is a large bottle of water everyday. Also dinner time could be longer than till 21:00, or there could be some snacks for late night in the lobby bar or snack bar along with the drinks.

There was a misunderstanding with my child registration in the accommodation. He tried to enter the hotel together with his brother after being together at the beach. The guards let one brother go inside and left the other one outside, terrorising him, chased after him and didn't even let him stay and wait for his mother in the garden outside the hotel... All this without checking who he is with, who his parents are etc... This was one major trauma for the kid who was terribly crying and terrified from the situation those terrible people caused him...

There is also a bad smell in the corridors and in the room spraying toilet spray all over the place...
The evening entertainment meant to be for the whole family was gambling, a loud bingo game which costs money buying the cards to participate...
The soda beverages are also bad, completely flat with no gas.

Clean and well equipped room, every day clean the room and change towels. Many different activities around outdoor pool ( water polo, darts, table tennis, archery ). Tasty and varied food and good choice of drinks.
I especially enjoyed an outdoor activities ( thank you Mimi, you are the best!).
The only thing I didn’t like was that the hotel allows smoking in too many areas. The bartenders at the pool bar could be more polite and smile sometimes.

Overall, our stay was wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and very responsive whenever we needed something, which made the experience even better. The food was varied, fresh, and tasty, with options to suit different preferences. The hotel also has a nice atmosphere and is located in a convenient area, close to the beach and local attractions.
The only issue we had was the weak internet signal, at least in our room, which sometimes made it difficult to stay connected.
