They didn't change the towels not even once... The floor towel sat on the floor soaking wet the entire stay...
Food... HORRIBLE!!!! Nothing decent to eat... not enough cutlery and other basic restaurant items.
Food was drowning in oil and tasted funny. The meat was raw or it smelled weird.
The staff is just so rude!!! They barely interact with you even when you try to ask them for something and they are always super rude.
The reception.... Jesus take the wheel! I haven't been treated so badly ever in my life. Also they barely speak any language. The manager literally ran away when I asked to talk to her... Why??? LOL
This hotel is a joke. They refused to issue an invoice for what I paid... and still refuse to send it... How is this even possible and mainly, why???
As for false advertising: They said I would pay 15 BGN / day per parking however it was 20 BGN / day and it wasn't the hotel's parking but another parking far away.
Everything was a disappointment! I spoke with some other guests and they were all very unpleased with the hotel and services.

The hotel is in the best location, a few minutes from the center and the beach. The all-inclusive board has a fantastic variety of food and all of it is delicious.
Due to the off-season in September (perhaps), the staff was bored and a bit grumpy. There was no more animation, and the promised services are not available (minigolf, ping-pong are all unusable).

the harsh security . I was spoken to like a naughty child. when I wanted to have a friend over for a wine of which I paid for in my room . The policy on booking .com says nothing about visitors being forbidden . additionally the clientele are mostly very Iโll mannered and treat the staff like slaves .

The hotel has an excellent location. Close to the beach, there are numerous shops and bars nearby. We also liked the food, wide variety of fruits every day.
There was an awful smell when we entered the reception area. We arrived in the morning but we couldnโt have our all inclusive bracelet until 14.00. The lunch is until 14.30, so we could eat but we didnโt really understand why we werenโt allowed to have our bracelets earlier as we went to have lunch anyway.

I can't be annoyed because the photos reflect pretty accurately the rooms and there are a lot of accurate reviews - but definitely wouldn't stay again - nor would I go back to Sunny Beach. Staff were friendly but took a while to check us in as they couldn't work our Booking.com reference numbers. Rooms in desperate need of renovations. Didn't feel they were particularly clean (stains everywhere). Common areas smelled like urine at times and weren't clean. Not a lot of food options and much of what we did eat was of bad quality (had to eat outside of hotel defeating purpose of all inclusive). It was like a herd of animals at the buffet with big queues. It says they organise airport transfers which they do not. Pool area and entertainment looked nice but the clientele the hotel attracts would make you feel uncomfortable and not brave enough to venture down. For the money we paid we were extremely let down and were thankful we only stayed 2 days!

Wine and beer is ok. Food is ok, but it is not seasoned, so it has no taste. Animation is ok. Bartenders are nice.
The booking lied that the check in was at 2pm, when we came here, the reception staff lied to us that the system is broken, then they lied that the wifi is not working, so they can not check us in. At 2.30 the system and wifi started working as nothing has happened. It led us not getting lunch. The wifi is not working anywhere so keep that in mind. Sodas and cocktails are undrinkable, we bought our drinks nearby at Aldo supermarket. Our room was cleaned once in 5 days. No toilletries were supplied. It was impossible to swim in the swimming pool since the pool is extremely dirty and cold. One day they attempted to clean the pool, but it was as dirty as before. Because of that we could not go to swimming pool area till 10.30am. Dinner is served only till 9pm, drinks are served only till 23pm. Loud music in the morning is bothering sleeping.

Generally the hotel is nice and big, ground floor area was kept clean and well maintained, but unfortunately that was only the area in such as a condition.
Staff was really lovely, especially the guys on the bar and the entertaining team- my kid absolutely loved them! Every evening there was a kids disco and some other entertainment after that ( different every night- bulgarian night, karaoke, Michael Jackson night etc.)
Reception team was also great and very helpful.
The location of the hotel is great- just few minutes walk from the city centre and the beach!
The quality of the food was very, very cheap... for all inclusive I was constantly hungry ( and I realy do not eat a lot and usually not fussy). Nothing had taste. No any spices or herbs,the things which bulgarian food is famous with. The meat dishes were made just to be there, no any taste, everything was just flat and had to chew it with effort before able to swallow ( that is why I avoided them and mainly ate salads).
The swimming pool was very, very dirty...the colour of the water was like it wasn't chanced or cleaned since the beginning of the season. I did not allowed my kids to go there after the second day someone vomited inside and no one was even bothered ( the guests kept informing the lifeguard and the maintenance guy but no one cleaned it- absolutely disgusting!)
The houskeeping team cleaned our room exactly once for 6 nights. All they did was just to empty our bins every day- no beds were fixed, not even mention cleaning the bathroom or hoovering.
The lifts are another big issue in the hotel... 2 lifts for so many rooms, for 6 nights we probably managed to get the lift about 5 times ( our room was on the 5th floor), the rest of the time we used the stairs because there was no chance to get the lift.
The was some kind of aircon in the rooms ( realy light so itbwas very warm as outside was over 30ยฐ)but no were in the hotel was any aircon, it was extremely hot - this is a bit strange for a 4 star hotel!
Generally we were very disappointed with our stay, I do not thingnwe get the quality for the money we have paid and I will definitely will never go back again to this place and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Has a good size pool and the kids animators are great. Very close to the center of the resort.
The food was not really good ,as a Bulgarian born person I can tell they used only the cheapest ingredients on the market. The room was not clean daily as expected from a 4 star hotel , it was cleaned every 3 days. You will have to pay for everything extra that you want to do like billiards, fusball, even to use the scales in the lobby cost 1 lev.
Plastics, plastics , plastics everywhere :(. I donโt rellay understand. Eg during breakfast/dinner/ lunch if my cup wea empty the staff took it, asap. I had to held my hand on it. Similar the plastic spoon for ice cream etc. This was my biggest pain.

The bedrooms were not cleaned or beds made in the 5 nights we stayed there. The cleaners came in each day to leave water and toilet roll but nothing else. Had to ask for clean towels on the last night as they hadnโt been changed - the beds werenโt changed or made once either. Very disappointed. We drank out of small plastic cups the whole time not once were we given a real glass to drink from even when sitting in the hotel lobby. Evening entertainment was poor - we ventured out in the end.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner were really good in terms of cold food. The products had flavor and there were enough of them. Main dishes were also available appropriately. The location was great but quiet. The staff served the customers well and the wishes were taken into account.
In other similar places, beers, wines and juices can be taken from the machines yourself. Here they had to queue at the counter, Fortunately, there is no rush on vacation

No clima in hotel. We make complaint ant they bring us additional ventilator but at 29 degree in the room moving air faster do not help to much. We have 2 small children and was very hard to sleep with them in the middle of the day. Even during the meals you could not enjoy the good food due to humidity and heat. Internet is not working to even they describe high speed internet, I did not faund any place in the hotel where internet was working.
For us was the worst vacation til now and I strongly recommend you to chose other hotel.

The hotel was in a descent location, pool was spacious and food was accessible via restaurant and bistro.

The list is very long. I will start with the big 4 and continue with the smaller things I observed but where not that huge of a deal
1. No air conditioning. There was something in the room that resembles air conditioning but it was doing nothing. I complained day 3/5 at reception and the repair guys took the filter out, washed it and put it back in. Did nothing.
My mom spoke to a lady in the elevator and she and her friends had the same problem. Complained at the staff and received 2 fans in the room
We where leaving the balcony door open all night, otherwise we would wake up sweaty in the night( that's what happened with the air conditioning on and door closed). This was no a good solution because moskitos swarmed the room and bit us every night
during the day time we would stay on the benches around the pool on the shade side, because that was cooler than siting in the room, which felt like an oven(air conditioning on max)

2.Rude, unprofessional and incompetent reception. Our experience on the first dy of arrival was horrific, after hours of driving.
I was handling the checking as I bought the tickets and I speak English. The staff proccesed my application, took all our ids, asked us if we want parking, told me to bring luggage in, give the keys to the parking guy and they will park.
Hwile waiting they ask me to follow with my dad( the driver). Turns out they want us to follow, so I asked can I pay by card or only cash for the parking(62 euro for 5 days).
They say card is OK. I asked to pay at reception and they say later.
I jump in the car with my dad, mom was abandoned in the lobby. Told her we'll be back in 5
This "park person" jumps in his car, makes us follow him. He took is 2 km away from the hotel in some parking lot managed by some illegal parking business( as most of the are there).
The guy from hotel talks to the guy from parking and told us to pay him and left.

Perfect location, closed to the town center, close to the beach. The food was amazing, the stuff was kind. The receiptionist guy was very helpful, the girl named Karina was the supes nicest barista. Food, snacks, coctails, sweets, cakes, fruits all day avalaible. Cute programs for children, mini disco, zumba etc. Pool is cold but large and clean. We spent full 10 days there and were very satisfied.

Only location. Close to everything.
Everything! Begin with housekeeping, there is no! For almost a week , we never had room cleaned, towels never been changed. Staff is not helpful at all. They have no idea what is hospitality or customer service.Any problem or complaint you addressed is ignored.They dime and penny you at every corner, even scales in the lobby to check the weight of your luggage cost money.
Food. Same is every day, no big choices. Always huge lines, very often there is no enough plates and silverware, so you have to wait until itโs delivered.Bar - same thing, huge lines, cheapest local drinks with watery taste.
And the main issue is AC!!! Itโs a summer, 32C , AC does not cool at all.
There is no designated area for smoking, so everyone smokes everywhere.
Elevators are very old and slow, and not enough to accommodate amount of hotel guests, most of the time we took the stairs.
So, overall not recommended, overpriced, and definitely not 4 stars hotel!

The receptionist, Oleg, was very helpful. Nice, patient and professional. We had issues that he was really doing his best to help us solve them...
The AC in the room doesn't work properly. The air conditioning system is extremely old and it doesn't cool at all... It was very hot and unbearable...

Right in the centre of all attractions and the beach, but at the same time in kinda quiet spot. We had a nice big room with the view of the city. Food was decent.
Additional charge for parking and loads and loads and loads of plastic. Really, everything was just served in plastic. Of course end of August, lots of people at the hotel, which looks like more space for everyone is needed.

The facilities and the food
Had all inclusive and food didnโt disappoint, great variety of dishes and drinks and wasnโt repetitive (stayed a week).
The pool was big enough with a small one for kids, the entertainment was on point , hands down amazing, especially for kids
Location was amazing, close to the beach (5min walk), to the main road, Luna Park and all the shops and gift shops
The cleanliness in the rooms and hallways, the dining area could do with some improvement
Water in the pool was a bit too cold for small kids (preferred to go to the beach instead)

The pool was fine

The food was ok but repetitive
There were a lot of stuff that were not ok:
- the room was dirty when we checked in (spider webs, chips under the bed, not vaccuumed), the bathroom too
- the bathroom was not cleaned for the entire stay; considering that we had a baby with us, the sink, for example, got really dirtyโฆ
- the sheets were not changed for the entire stay
- the towels were awful
- you could hear everything through the walls
- the room we got was between two technic rooms, where they keep all the dirty laundry, garbage etc. and the kept the doors open almost all day so there was a horrible smell
- in the morning we were woken up by the loud employees and their cigar smoke (we could hear the talk loudly and smell the smoke in our room)
- the cleaning carts, garbage bins and cleaning supplies were left all day long in front of our room (donโt know what for, as they never cleaned)
- the entertainment shows were extra loud and were until 23:00. Impossible to sleep and to get baby to sleep
- there was no AC in the room
- Wi-Fi was as good as nothing. We couldnโt use it
- the shower head was broken
- the net from the window was broken
- small fridge (the freezer part was so small we couldnโt use it)
- cold water in the pool
- slippery floor near the pool
- a lot of tables near the pool could be used for a long time in the morning because of the direct sunlight
- not enough power outlets
- in the booking description and the QR code at the reception it states that they have massage services. When I asked about it, they looked weird at me at told me they donโt have it, but I could get that on the beach โฆ.

The food was very various and super tasteful, and the cleaning staff members where very nice and did an excelent job.
The internet connection in the room was very very bad. Also, there are no parking spots.

Food is perfect for All-Inclusive hotel - variaty for kids and adults
Drinks and alchohol also ok - local brands but good

We order 3 rooms - 2 for 2 p[eoples and one for 3 (3rd on sofa)
No double bed, only single mattreses are very not comfortable
