The yard and the pool were very nice, the apartment was big, we had a little terrace and garden. We had AC in the apartment and the location is near beach (15 min of walk or max. 5 min by car). Also they have a little bar where you can buy something to drink.
From the picture I expected to have a big apartment nice and clean. In reality, the living room was big, but the rooms were pretty small. It wasn't that clean as I expected - the curtains were dirty, they have some stains on them, also the bedsheets were not that clean, they had a strange smell, as well as the towels. The bathroom had some problems, the doors of the shower were not closing properly, the shower had some leaks, so every time was water in the bathroom. The cabinets in the kitchen had a strange smell, we need to take out the plates and glasses, clean them and keep them outside. The Wi-Fi was terrible, it worked for about 5 min in 5 days. After 3 days when they changed the towels they had a really strange smell, I barely could use them. I expected to have a clean room with lot of light, with nice big bed and nice big rooms, in reality it wasn't like that.

It has a pool, ac, and quite spacious.
They asked deposit despite not mentioning it in the property rules, flat wasn't ready for moving in as there was no garbage bags, too little toilet paper, no shower gel or shampoo, the WiFi was shared for all the apartments(which made it very slow), the bar doesn't serve food and the coffees are not available in the apartment(bar coffee is not really good)

Quiet location, very kind host, clean rooms, decent price. The swimming pool was great and clean. Towels and soap provided were also very nice. The beach was not too far away either.
WiFi only outside the rooms, no washing machines, no room service, bad road leading to the hotel, very far away from the city centre, the pillows were bad and the bathroom was clogged from sand from the previous guests upon our arrival.

The kitchen might be endowed with some small necessary things like sault, piper, oil, etc and dishwasher.

Well managed property, the host is friendly and helpful. Many safety measures are taken. I liked the coffee they offer very much and the pool area is a nice place to spend time there! Quiet and clean private apartments and beautifully arranged garden.
The beds are not very comfortable and the bed sheets are short and not fitting the mattress, but it's not a big deal for a short stay. Overall we liked our stay there.

Very calm and relaxing atmosphere. The area around the pool was clean and quiet. Cozy and big balcony with a beautiful sea view. Free parking.
Location was ok- nearest beach 5 - 7 min on foot. We were visiting beaches in St Vlas (2 km from the apartments). Fresh fruits and vegetables available 5 min from the apartments. Trip to Nessebar took us around 10 minutes by car.
Overall the best thing about the apartments is quiet place, no parties, no loud music, just chill - right place for taking break after working weeks
My family is happy, so am I.
I recommend this place!

The property is very clean and well kept, the garden is beautiful, the pool is great. Staff is friendly and always ready to help, their effort to maintain the property clean and safe is noticeable.
Prices are more than decent and even at the property bar you get drinks at very fair prices.
Overall it is a very peaceful place, in contrast with the Sunny Beach beachfront bustle, and this a very big plus.
The apartment we stayed in needs an update, especially regarding the mattresses, having spine problems makes me appreciate a good mattress and these weren’t of that kind, but this is a subjective matter and it wouldn’t make me avoid this property in the future.

the pool and the fact that was quiet.
upon arrival was informed that they had messed up our booking and didn’t had the room that we booked. instead we where offered something similar. We accepted it as being with a kid you don’t want to go around and search for new hotel last minute. Getting in the room and the bathroom light wasn’t working, the shower tray was broken, a strong dump smell under the kitchen cabinet.

I recommend this apartment stay as it lived up to its description. The rooms were very good and comfortable, providing a pleasant and cozy environment during my 8-day stay. The highlight of the place was undoubtedly the great pool, which was clean and well-maintained. It was perfect for relaxing and cooling off.
However, there were a couple of aspects that I didn't quite appreciate. Firstly, the pool's early closing hour at 8:00 PM was a bit disappointing. It would have been more enjoyable if it remained open a bit later, allowing guests to enjoy a refreshing swim in the evening.
Secondly, despite the presence of three air conditioning units in the apartment, the one in the living room and kitchen area didn't work efficiently. As a result, the living room didn't receive sufficient cooling, and it became uncomfortably warm during the day and night.

The staff was awesome! They don't usually provide breakfast, we asked them one morning and they said they don't prepare it, but they offered to prepare it for us the next day and it was really good and lots of options.
The pool was perfect. We took advantage of the good weather and the temperature was ok as well.
The location wasn't too crowded so it was perfect and quiant for us.
The furniture in the rooms could use an upgrade.

It really looks like a great stay for families with children, and it is close to the beach ( almost 10 min walking ), outside is very nice and the owner is very helpful. Drinks at the bar are affordable, pool is amazing(but only for swimming). The rooftop as well has great views of Sunny Beach seaside and you can take great photos there or just relax with a glass of wine.
The rooms are not the cleanest, you may find dirty sofas in the living room, yellow sheets(they looked a little bit oldish), air conditioner might work or not, and since its a very quiet place you cannot make any noise after 10 pm, thats why its not a place to stay for young people.

The rooms in the apartment were spacious and clean. The balcony was also large and stocked with chairs and a table. The parking is right outside of the complex and there were plenty of available parking spaces.
The location is perfect. The beach is a quick 10 minute walk from the apartments. The neighborhood is calm and there's plenty of supermarkets nearby.
The bus stop is 5 minutes away and from there you can get convenient busses to the aquaparks and various locations in Saint Vlas, Sunny Beach and Nesebar.
On entry, you have to turn on the power yourself, which is not very convenient if you want to take a shower right away (the apartment has an electric water heater or boiler), cool down the room or put something in the fridge. You also can't control the AC temperature.
The water pressure in the bathroom was very poor and it was hard to take a shower.
The room was not stocked with dish soap and brush to clean the dishes. You also don't get shampoo or other toiletries, just soap and toilet paper. Room service is also not available.

The other visitors were respectful and polite and the atmosphere was relaxed. The kitchenette offered an oven and 2 hobs which meant we could cook in the apartment which was nice.
We had specifically booked a twin room and they gave us a room with one double bed. We had done this because it was one of the only apartments in the area that offered this option. We requested to move but were told we cannot and that they had “upgraded” us to a partial sea view which we weren’t fussed about. We agreed to stay in the same room as we discovered a sofa bed. I asked for sheets in order to use the sofa bed but were told we had to talk to the manager in order to get these who wasn’t around. The kitchen also has very little cutlery (we were given 1 fork, 1 spoon and 2 knives).

I can't say one thing is was oke!
This place is so embarrassing! The pictures are on the booking well set it, fixed, full filter images! The the room is terribly dirty and smelly.
And a Staff: They do actually what the boss expecting! But! We arrived at the fully paid accommodation after a 14-hour drive with our baby. We get a deposit paper what we need it sing it and give cash 50€ or 100 lev! Key deposit!?!?! We hadn't cash, we want it pay with card. Is not expected. My hasband had to run to ATM. Until he arrived we need to stand at a reception! Very unfrendly welcome, even they don't offer one glass of water.
Until he arrived I wish drink something at bar, I ask for drink. Oke oke but the card limet 5 lev! Oke I ordered 2 glass drink, and she sarcastically laughed.
Next day we tried a pool, it was a most shamed part of all of this. They just watch us, where we sit, what we doing. 2 table all the time reserved, and actually for a boss. I take some fruits for my baby, the boss come to me and said we are can't eat it!
After all this a staff was very rude with us, and ruind our holiday stay! We left the apartmant 3 days before we paid, we was don't care. We feel our self so bad here!

1 lady come and ask for a rubbish, I give for her and 2 empty bottle, and she said very rude oke don't give more!
Rules, rules and rules. We wake everyday and disappear very fast how we can from the apartment!
And no internet at all ? (2024) If you have a bad weather, you have to sit and sing to yourself.
