Friendly staff
Our room darkening blind did not work, when told about it we were told to press buttons. Still didn’t work so then they said it needed to be charged. Did not want repairman in our room as we had just returned and it could have been repaired while we were away for the day. Didn’t enjoy the dark room.

Great, spacious room. Exceptionally clean. Helpful, and accommodating staff. Lily was a joy and went out of her way to need our requirements. A short taxi ride from West Edmonton Mall and Fort Edmonton Park. (Fabulous tourist attraction) Great value for money at this hotel. Breakfast could have been better.. not enough variety, only white bread available, no soy or oat milk, coffee was cold and few extras but given the value for money price, we took this in our stride.

Appreciated the staff and their efforts to be accomodating .
Wouldn't stay again because of all the outside noise and because someone threw a drink at our vehicle and scratched it.

Clean, quiet, and convenient for what we were doing.
We stayed for 4 nights. The breakfast included was more than adequate however the “pork sausage” served on one of the days needs to go. It was inedible.

The pool and location were great. The staff were very nice, and we enjoyed our stay!
Unable to set up a Nintendo Switch on the TV, due to a non-functioning power-outlet and lack of available HDMI port (TV adversities a spare HDMI port that we couldn’t locate). The wifi had more to be desired and it only offered us to upgrade to premium the first time connecting (weren’t able to upgrade afterwards). The wifi also didn’t work for one of our cell-phones.

The breakfast was nice, though not what was picture when booking. The room was large. The staff were polite.
6 nights i need more then 2 tiny garbages especially when staff only cleared one time during our stay. We're were lugging multiple trips to the lobby garbage. Pails so small 1 med Wendy's cups fills it. No garbage In with the toilet, then no bin liners/bags, so what to do with feminie supplies? Had to ask the conditioner be filled the first night, then the shampoo ran out day 2, really should have been checked with conditioner, or ideally before guests arrive. I asked they fill it but came back at night to it not done/garages still full. Did call again and got tiny bottles.
Approached several times while smoking by homeless. No security gaurds/gates.
Stepped into the pool area and almost slipped. Luke slipped and caught myself before going down. You can't see it till you in the pool but a sign says the soap (which was also out a few times) makes it slick, but in reality the deck just had so much water from so many kids that it was dangerous. They need someone with a floor squeegie at any peak times. I already had a leg injury so the twist not to go down aggravated it.
I burnt myself on the face with the curling iron, I called & asked if they had burn cream. They said no, I Said not even in The first aid? They hummed and hated and said idk. I said I'll come down. They asked again what I needed, went to the back, came back and said no. A place with a kitchen has burn cream.
The meat served with scrambled eggs day is not good. And large potato wedges are not a breakfast food.

The pool was alright
I was charged 3 times for the same reservation and still haven't received that money back in my account . The bathrooms are a horrible design, and my kids could look in the bathroom, and that gave my partner and I absolutely no privacy either together or solo just trying to take a number 2. The door doesn't lock, and the massive gap between the bathroom and the door.

Very clean hotel! I'm REALLY fussy and could not find a speck of dust or dirt anywhere from lobby to room. Even the track the sliding window sits in was clean, unusual surfaces no one ever looks at were clean, the breakfast tables were cleaned before I could blink, no sloppy mess around the waffle station, spotless floors, no scuff marks and grime on walls or along floor edges, no grime on the elevator floor or walls, no nasty dirt and finger prints around door handles and area... I felt safe to relax in this hotel. The front desk was also wonderful and easy to talk to. I prefer in-person check-in and check-out and it was so easy and quick.
Absolutely nothing. This was a lovely experience and I simply wish I had more time to go enjoy the pool, etc.

It’s clean and great location as well staff are welcoming and friendly.
The room was small for a family of 3 we had our stroller with us and it was taking a bit of space. They gave us a room without a tub so i wasn’t able to give my baby a bath :( and there was no fan in the bathroom.

The cozy atmosphere & very kind, and attentive staff. My room was decorated for my birthday( 60) and I was surprised
A small but funny thing. The lotion bottle on the wall the same as the ones in the shower. My husband used it as soap instead of the very small bar hidden. Label turned around. Maybe the soap in same dispenser as others.
