The staff was very polite and friendly, it was clear they wanted to help the guests. The location was relatively close to two subway stations and a bus stop, only 5-10 minutes away walking. The breakfast was okay, the only complaint about it is how early it ends during weekdays, it finishes at 9AM.
The downside of this venue is the lack of cleanliness, we were aware it was a modest place, but definitely didnโt expect to find blood in the mirror, hair in the towels and in the bathroom floor and bath, insects (including spiders) walking around the room, dust and even a pantie left by other guest that wasnโt spotted by the cleaning staff. The room was so dirty we were not comfortable at all to stay there, and my wife had allergies as soon as walking into the room due to the dust. It was 100% not worth the value spent, we wouldnโt pay more than $90/night to stay there if we knew the poor conditions.

I like comfort Inn, it's always a safe bet. Accept for the manager at this one location.
They gave me a room next to a patio with chairs and tables where construction workers who were staying there smoked marijuana and cigarettes and also talked loudly most of the day and into the evening hours. It was hard to relax and sleep and when I asked to change rooms the manager said there are no more rooms and that he cannot do anything to help me. I asked to check out with one more day left in my 3 day stay and he refused to give me a refund for the final day. I would have stayed anywhere I can sleep and not smell smoke from the several people outside my patio door. The manager was especially rude simply because he wasnt concerned with my issues. I've never in all my years left a review, or have had a bad comment to hand out like this. I'll be avoiding this location as long as that manager is still in charge.

F the two breakfast attendants we encountered, one was great but the other one (on duty mornings of October 20 and 25) was terrible. Tables were left dirty, food bins empty, waffle station messy all while attendant was endlessly shooting the breeze with one of the guests.
Room was great and good value. Convenient location to the clinic I was attending.

Every Lyft we took from the property was inexpensive. Staff were kind and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
First floor rooms have large glass doors that lead directly into the parking lot. This wouldโve been nice if weโd driven our own car, but we also definitely didnโt feel unsafe surrounded by girlsโ hockey teams + their moms and dads.

The hotel was located in close proximity to the train station.
When I got to my room and brushed my teeth, the water accumulated nearly to the top of the sink. I tried pressing the stopper, turning it. Nothing. So I called the front desk to let them know. It was 1am. The woman told me maintenance would be in first thing in the morning I told her I had an early train to catch. She said no problem, she would notate my file. I went to the front desk and told the gentleman there what happened and showed him pictures. He said thank you for letting me know. I told him I had to rush to leave in a few minutes. I get back to my room and he knocks a few minutes later as I have my jacket on and am about to leave the room. He asks to see the sink for himself. He then tells there is a level at the back (not visible at all) that has to be pushed to release the sink clogger. I told him it was the responsibility of the woman I spoke to at 1am to tell me that. I told her the stopper was stuck and the sink was not clogged. He said he would make a note of it. As I was leaving he said heโll see if his manager can do anything and took my email address.
I stayed in that room for less than 12 hours and left with a horrible feeling. They were unprofessional, dismissive and lacked hospitality. Who โpreparesโ a room for a guest with the sink blocked? And worst yet, fails to do anything when called, and shown pictures.
