The hostel has many services and that makes it very pleasant The hotel is clean, it has different living areas, one advantage is that it has desktop computers for common use.

I arrived at night for my check-in and the person at the reception charged me twice, he showed no interest in solving anything, he made sure that he would come out and smoke his cigarettes as soon as possible. I read in past comments this is not the first time this has happened.

Great location and friendly staff, very accommodating of any requests made upon booking, and good value for money - would recommend for solo travellers who need somewhere well located and comfortable. There was also really good safe storage for belongings and it was nice and quiet at night time - no complaints at all, a good budget-friendly option!

Fun, happening hostel with a plentiful common spaces and amenities.

Rooms were crammed and some beds were pretty claustrophobic.

The property is located in the heart of Quebec City. The street is full of amazing restaurants, patios, likes a party street. The hostel have great facilities; Gym, Theatre, Library, Kitchen, Dining Area, Bar, Game Zone. The best part is hygene, perfectly clean.

To be honest, there’s nothing I didnt like about the property.

A lot of cool facilities here including a hammock room, a small gym, small cinema room, various games and a reading room with a net you can climb up on. Location is really good only 10 minutes walk into Old Quebec and less than 5 minutes from great views of the river. I stayed in a 6-bed dorm and it was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. Large storage drawers under the beds that can be padlocked. Curtains on the side of the bed for an extra bit of privacy. Extra a blankets are available too.

Kitchen can get quite busy at peak times.

You’re not going to find a better place at a better value for money I’m sure. Privacy curtains and reasonable rooms size, with selves for glasses and other bits. Was perfect as a stop over for a new nights. The little shop for essentials at the reception is also fantastic and affordable

The location and Amnesties are above the expectations. They have comfort beds, Cinema/TV Room, Library. entertainments rooms. with Bar (bar was closed when I was staying) and kitchens and lots of free dining area and free places to sit and enjoy.

Some tourists are not maintaining the basic decorum, while staying in dormitory. they keep disturbing others by talking late night. Please make sure your tourists are following the rules.

Doest not apply. Loved everything there. everyday was somehow better than the previous day. would always come back here. Maybe Will try the full room next time.

The game arena, bar and gym within was really nice.

The bunk heights were too low. Could not even sit up on the bed.

Location and the old style (architecture) of the building.

Very noisy at night with the party going on in the bar until the early hours of the morning. The absence of any breakfast, coffee or even drinking water. The outrageous price of over $12.00 for a glass of beer in the hostel bar when better beer is offered down the street in the distillery for $7.00.

The location & the cleanness.

Avoid this place if you need to sleep before 3 am. Too much noise coming from the hostel's bar. They play loud music (with horrible "bass" that makes you shake in your bed) till very late by night. I asked the staff to do something about it, as I wasn't able to sleep at all. Despite being nice and understanding, they couldn't stop the noise. It seems that the management care more about bar's clients than hostel's guests !
