I like the idea of giving customer as much freedom as possible in booking, getting to the property and finally getting to the room. Unfortunately I didn't get this concept at the beginning, so I was thinking about meeting a concierge or somebody like this. If I would informed of the "no face-to-face" interaction, I would get my info from email and I would avoid all small inconveniences. People of Quebec are extremely helpful and caring, random people help us to contact to the office and they were staid with us until we'd get to the building. It was so great that it defined our mood to the end of our vocation. These small thing open up Quebec for us as a city of wonderful people who are caring, kind and very special. Thank you very much. Merci beaucoup :)

Easy to access codes to enter into the building and the apartment. Very spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom, washer + dryer in the unit and a beautiful kitchen.
The air conditioning was broken, the bathroom fan was broken and there's a bit of noise outside the windows at night. The loft is secure and so is the lobby but the surrounding area does have a number of homeless people. There's also no parking at the loft, so you will have to find street parking or a safe lot nearby.

Difficult getting door codes. Got the door code only a couple of hours before I got there. When we arrived there was another tenant in the suite who entered with the same entry code. The existing tenant had entered the wrong building but was able to access our suite with the same security code. Truly upsettling. We were apprehensive each time we left the suite and returned. Microwave didn't work.

The place was very spacious, well-located, clean, and we got lucky to find parking right outside all weekend. It was a great stay!
There is not much I would recommend for improvement. A small welcome basket with coffee/tea would be nice, to have these for the first morning without having to leave the loft.

This was most disappointing and stressful. My sister and I left the cruise ship and took a uber to the address provided. We could not get in since the reception was some distance away in a different building in a different street. We had to uber again to get there to drop off our luggage and then return that night to retrieve and drive to the address given on our receipt. In addition, this was all in the rain. We returned yesterday and I find out this morning, Monday, Oct. 23 that the hotel did not warn us before our departure of the high-tech arrival quagmire. Since we did not have access to e-mail prior to our arrival, we will not recommend the hotel.

There is a concentrated homeless population around the apartment. With the parking behind the building and down an alley I would not feel comfortable with my wife, mother or sister walking alone at night.

The apartment was the perfect size, beds and couch were comfy. The decor was simple, sophisticated modern style. Very clean. The bath tub was great for a soak. The kitchen was well equipped.
The coffee pot needs to be replaced and the parking lot costs $20 a day and becomes very muddy but other than that it was perfect for our stay in Quebec City!

Easy check in and clear instructions provided. Parking can be tricky but we were there on easter weekend and still got lucky with street parking during the day and overnight. Unit is very large with a nice island, second bedroom, and big bathroom and living area. Convenient proximity to old Quebec and the waterfront trail. Great cafes and restaurants nearby also!
No facilities in the building (i.e. pool, hot tub, fitness centre). Also staples like coffe in the cabinets would be a nice touch.

Great apartment! Super spacious and well decorated! Central and a walking distance from restaurants, supermarkets and even downtown. The only item that was unexpected was that there were no doors in the bedrooms (even though they are separated from each other and in a very private area of the house) - Curtains were used instead. It was a curios fact that didn't made us any confusion though!

We booked two lofts (301 and 303) Both were super and clean. the location is great, there are two coffee shops on the same street (walking 2-3 mins), and a big supermarket is around too (walking 4-5 mins), and you can reserve parking in advance, so overall is great, we will definitely come back here if we come to Quebec again in the future. (we were worried due to some comments here, but we had good time, and no complains here)
one of our door was out of battery the night before we checked out, we are glad that one of us was inside the loft and one was outside, so we were not locked out side of the door.

First of all, the location is very good, safe and comfortable. The space of the house is even larger than we imagined. All the furniture used, such as sofas and stools, are very comfortable to use. The refrigerator/washing machine/microwave oven/hot water can all be used normally.
1. No one came to repair the broken parts in time
2. There were five of us, but only four sets of quilts were provided. When we requested for extra quilts, they only gave us a few sheets.

Apartment was spacious.Kitchen had no salt,pepper,sugar,or coffee. No laundry detergent was available for doing laundry. We purchased a container and left what we didnt use. No noise from the other apartments.The sofa was most comfortable. We asked for extra blankets which were eventually delivered. Thank you.
Bed in big room tended to sag towards the middle of the bed, a firmer mattress would be better.

Great central location, minutes walk from Via Rail station. Very spacious unit, high ceilings and large windows! beautiful exposed brick walls and everything seems newly renovated.
The property does not have a reception and youre on your own when it comes to check in. The apartment was tidy but floors were dirty and ironing board was broken. Plates and cutlery were few and heavily used (chipped, scratched). AC wasnt easy to figure out and it didnt seems to be do a lot. The room is tucked in the back and was lacking some ventilation on a hot night.

Huge, immaculate, good air conditioning, full kitchen, walking distance to groceries, many local restaurants to choose from nearby.
We didnt have a car. We put in a LOT of uphill steps to reach the attractions inside the city walls. Our neighborhood was not touristy. We liked that aspect of it, but there were some sketchy street people in evidence. There was a coffee maker in our loft,but it was missing the carafe. We reported it, but it was never replaced. There was no mirror that was lit from both sides. We made do with looking at one side of our faces in the bathroom, and the other side in the decorative window mirror near the door. The digital door lock didnt light up to show the keypad until you had already guessed where the first number of the code was. There should be a grab bar in the tub/shower since the tub is very deep to step in and out of. None of these things were deal breakers. Just observations. We would definitely stay at Les Lofts St. Joseph again!

The loft, apart from the parking, is exactly same as the pictures available in the app. The location was ok because was a bit far form the old town with the stores and famous places to visit. However, there were in front of the Loft several restaurants and also a grocery shop in a 2 minutes walking distance.
The loft's floor was not clean as expected. My daughter's feet were dirty all the time and me and my parents could not stay in the place without using shoes. I didn't like also the parking spot that didn't give us security to keep our car as didn't have a gate or any wall restricting people's access. I remember seeing a picture in the app of a gate entrance for the parking.
