I love how friendly and helpful the employees are, the location is good, and the room is clean.
Friendly and welcoming employees bright up my mood when I’m traveling. I can reach to many places on my bucket lists with walking distance. Also i allergic when the bedsheet, pillow case, or blanket are not clean, but they are very clean and comfortable too.
There’s nothing I don’t like.

The Omni King Edward is a beautiful building that has been tastefully decorated.
The room was very large and comfortable .
We really liked that the toilet was separate from the shower.
We loved all of it!

The rooms were very clean and the staff was wonderful. The location was centrally located and we were able to walk to all the major destinations.
We were initially looking for a room with a view as we had guests coming from out of country and visiting Toronto for the firstr time. However, I understand that is not always possible. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

Great location in downtown Toronto on the edge of the financial district and “old town.” Walkable to many attractions including the hockey hall of fame, st. Lawrence market, the CN Tower and Scotiabank Arena.

Location of this hotel was great. The subway was a 2 minute walk. You could get to anywhere you wanted within minutes. Many attractions were within walking distance. Our room was very comfortable. The staff were also friendly and very helpful.

It was extremely clean, staff was amazing, they upgraded our room as well. Definitely bougie feeling.
Had a bit of a spooky vibe in the room, but in a fun not scary way, my wife felt something touch her the first night and we herd conversation as if the tv was on but no one else around (we checked the hall and stood outside the room to make sure), our room was quiet chilly as well even with the heat on but we like it cooler then normal so it didn’t bother us.
We also had the elevator open for us before pressing the button several times.
We were in room 1205.
Shower pressure was alright definitely could have been better but expected for a large hotel I guess.

Location is perfect, very spacious room, friendly staff.
We were three people in the room (me, my husband and my 11 year old daughter) and even though the room was really big, there was only one bed that we had to share. A bed sofa wouldn’t be bad.
The room was good but too dark, even though there were three windows, which btw couldn’t be opened.
Other than that, everything was fine.

A comfortable, clean, and, of course, very fancy hotel in a very central location.
The above said, it was also very, very expensive including additional charges that were not captured by the Booking.com price. On the whole not sure it was worth the money even relative to the expensive downtown Toronto hotel market.

Wasn’t there at check in and friends took a room not understanding it wasn’t what was booked. Also charged more than the reservation rate. Had to change rooms at 8:00 at night after a long few days. Having said that when it was brought to desks attention changed room and adjusted rate.

The concierge was really excellent, hands on approach, a lot of insight knowledge and helpful from the very fist second.
The room was spacious and it was quiet
The location is good as starting point to all major downtown tourist attractions.
Breakfast was not ok - the food was mediocre and the service was really not living up to the rest of the hotel. "Fresh" orange juice was served, which doesn't deserve the title fresh to be honest. Also the waiter were not paying attention - empty plates not taken, multiple times asking for add-on things like paper napkins, etc...
Room was spacious, but in some parts the carpet was not cleaned properly

The room was far more spacious than expected, with two beds plus couch and table. I liked having separate shower and toilet rooms with sinks in each. The hotel is beautiful. The street cars were easily accessible from this location.
A convenience shop on premise would have been nice, but at least there was a store about a block away.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown Toronto. The hotel is close to all the sightseeing hotspots. This hotel is exceptional in every way. It is comfortable, clean and an oasis of calm in a busy city. Our meals in the restaurant and the Consort bar were sublime, freshly made and with top quality ingredients. The standard of Customer Service is second to none! Every member of staff we encountered, from cleaners, waiters, reception and doormen were friendly, informative and extremely helpful.

Requested a room near Elevator as I have a slight mobility issue. I received a Confirmation E-mail from the hotel honoring my request but upon check in our room was located at the furthest point away from the elevators and the end of the hallway. Other than that the room was excellent.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to the Union Station with quick connection to the airport as well as to various attractions in walking diistance. Our room was spacious and beds very comfortable. Staff nice. Breakfast was not included in the price however it was worth the additional money we paid. I do recommend trying Burcher musli and shakchuka - excellent!
