Everyone in the hotel is so nice and accommodating. When it was raining I n Shanghai the hotel let their guests borrow umbrellas. They offered to hold my luggage when I was checking out (in case I needed it).
I had no problem with this hotel. I will stay here again.

This hotel is an excellent hotel. It is located 5mins from the heart of nanjing road and 10 walk to the famous bund. They have tons of shops and food near by. The hotel staff speaks great English and is very help in giving out information.

1. Location- 10 minutes walk from the Shanghai Bund Area. Metro station close by - 5 minutes walk.
2. We had taken the 3-bed apartment which had ample space. However,the bathroom was tiny - common across all the properties we stayed in China
3. The reception staff was very helpful
1. Cleanliness can be improved. In two of the rooms, the bed sheets were not fresh. The bed sheets were changed after we informed the staff.
2. The 3-bed apartment didnt have any view. The windows open to the courtyard ( basically a narrow space) of another residential building.

Great location, fantastic staff. They were able to keep our bags for a few hours the day we left so we could explore unburdened!
Couldnt get the heater to work but there were extra blankets! Equally we could have asked but we gave up and just went to bed.

The girls in Reception were very helpful with everything we needed and spoke good English. The hotel is very central in walking distance to main attractions. The room.was cleaned and water provided daily.

Nice, clean, cozy and the location is perfect! Kind staff. Room was bigger than we expected. There is a fridge in a Queen room, they are bringing water, changing bed sheets, towels every day. We had all necessary amenities there. Recommended!

Thank you Fish Inn for they hospitality. They allow foreigners which is gives more ratings to them. We booked three times and always satisfied. Another hotels should change their minds. Foreigners ARE NOT DANGEROUS!

The location was the best part of it. This property is just five minutes away from exit 6 of East Nanjing Road metro station. In less than ten minutes it's possible to get to the Bunds. The hotel met my expectations. Recommended.

They were kind enough to upgrade my room when I checked-in, at no additional charge.
Could keep my luggage safe after check-out, so I could explore the city before my evening flight.
Great location for getting around & easy to get food delivered to. Fridge in the room big enough to keep extras.
Only 1 elevator available. Wasn't an issue when I stayed there because it wasn't too booked. Might be if Inn fills up.

Surprisingly nice, cosy, intimate, little hotel. Excellent location just 5 minutes walk to subway line 2 Nanjing East which brings you to both airports Pudong and Hongqiao. Plenty of restaurants, fruit markets, convenient stores nearby. Good shower. Good bed. Large room. Internet and heating worked well. Clean and tidy. To me personal standards, excellent price-performance ratio. Liked it instantly.

The building next to the hotel is under construction and the reforms started at 7:00am with really BIG noise and I couldnt sleep well... I was upset because the staff didnt told us anything, maybe they need to avoid some rooms...

The location is pretty much perfect -- 2-3 blocks from East Nanjing subway station, which is the Bund, shopping streets, etc. Anything you could realistically want within easy walking distance. The staff spoke wonderful English, were super helpful, and actually gave me a free room upgrade because they had the room and I was only staying one night.
No breakfast option.

The location of the Fish in is in the centre of the city , which makes it easier to go sightseeing and finding good restaurants.
My window was overlooking on the residential area, people there are locals they woke up early and takes so loudly .

It was a nice surprise, we went early and the rooms were ready, didn't have to wait till check in time. The staff upgraded us to a bigger room, although the room was a little uncomfortable with stairs. Altogether all was nice, the location was terrific. Would stay there again

Fish Inn Bund, is the absolute perfect location when staying in Shang hai. A 5 minute walk along the river adjacent to the hotel and you are in the midst of it all. My room was large and spacious with two air conditioners, the bed was comfortable. It is such an affordable stay, the staff are friendly and helpful and organised a taxi transfer to the airport on my behalf. My tip is to always travel with ear plugs and purchase a SIM card/ data from the phone shop as I felt Shanghai was a little difficult to get around with out it due to lack of english spoken. I would definitely stay here again and cannot recommend it enough! 10/10 in every way.

The room is very nice and really clean, better than we thought.
The guy at the reception is so nice and kind, he can speak a very good Italian, his Italian name is Stefano, he really make you feel like home.
The cleaning ladies hasn't clean my room the first day, so I complained, and a woman at the reception told me they have no time to clean, so I was very upset. She said they can just clean at 3am, the same time I needed to get ready for my show.
Then they cleaned mine, but they haven't cleaned my colleague's room.

The hotel is tucked into the corner of a block next to the Huangpu river. It is extremely well-located for its price, 5 minutes from East Nanjing Road, a subway station, the Bund, and 2 minutes from a nice street full of restaurants. The room was comfortable, and the A/C worked well. The staff at the front desk was sweet and helpful. The area felt very safe.

Check-in was easy, the location is about 8 min from East Nanjing Road subway station. Theres lots of restaurants and convenient stores on nearby streets for solo eaters. Easy to walk to Nanjing Road and easy to walk to the Bund. Also on same subway line as line 2 so you can get there directly from Pudong Airport. The location is the best part

The inn is old, the room I stayed in is humid and a lot of their stuff has stains, like the couch, the pillow cover, the towel. The pictures dont match reality. I had a window that faced another persons window so I couldnt keep the blinds open.
The shower water temperature was finicky trying to get warm water. It was either super hot or cold. Was finally able to get the sweet spot on the second night
You can hear everything. Noises from the street, noises from the hall, noises from the next door guest ( the walls are super thin and I couldnt sleep the first night cause the person next door was snoring )
If youre from the US, its like a Highway motel 6. Its good enough for a place to store your stuff and clean up

The location is terrific and the staff are extremely helpful and kind. The room and facilities were not new, but it was perfectly suitable for the purpose of a base to explore Shanghai. I would definitely go there again.
The shower recess needs to be cleaned properly. There is some build up of mould around the edges and corners.

This hotel is such good value for money given its location in central Shanghai. It is so close to the Bund and East Nanjing Street metro station and shopping area. The staff are very friendly - loved the cat! The room was larger than expected, with a mezzanine level for the bedroom. The bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom and toiletries were great.
Everything was good, although the Wi-Fi is a little weak. There's not much natural light, but I imagine that's normal for old buildings in central Shanghai.

Location, plenty of food places around, close to the underground. Staff friendly, and when I said I prefer to speak Chinese to practice, they spoke Chinese to me from then on.
wifi was too slow for me, but I need quite fast speeds for work, but is ok for general stuff.
