Hotel very close to the airport which is a good idea for anybody travelling by plane from this location. Staff is very professional what I appreciate a lot. Room clean and tidy. We were travelling in the moment when temperature was dropping down and room was very warm. Breakfast service offers full range of various meals so no one will leave while being hungry. Baby beds are available on request (incl. bed linen, duvet and pillows).

The location was ideal
The beds were a little hard, but that's a preference. Breakfast was so busy on one of the mornings that we walked to the local MacDonalds instead. The restaurant seating area isn't very big, and people just sat around chatting over a coffee instead of moving so others could eat. We wanted to have a nightcap, but the barman was on his own and would only serve beer as he was busy serving a load of German football fans. Overall, the location was great if you just want somewhere to sleep.

It’s a great location, very nice staff, will come again
The location could try to serve a little dinner earlier then 18:00 …. even 17:00 for some snakes to hold you over… not a lot of opportunities around the Airport in Bremen

The bed was extremely comfortable. The prices in the hotel bar a very reasonable. Breakfast was good and the staff were happy to supply gluten free food
For some bizarre reason, despite not having a kettle in the room (and being told they were being phased out) the two cups in the room were regularly filled with tea bags, coffee, sugar and dried milk. Do they expect us to suck the t-bags??? Why have stuff in the room that you cannot use???

There was a small kitchen in the room with tea and coffee. Breakfast was various
Stay in this hotel, was the worst experience during my traveling life.
1. They are writing that there is a parking on the territory. I don’t know is it the same situation on weekdays, but on Saturday evening it was full! Any it take me around 2 hours to find the parking 10 min walk the hotel. Employees were incompetent- they could not help to find the parking. When I asked were I could fint the parking spot (could they show it on the map), they told me “look over there - in that direction”.
2. There was garbage in trash can when we came
3. When I came on breakfast at 6:00, it was ok and there almost were nobody. And at 9:00 when my kids with wife went there it was huge que. so they have not enough space for all the people- to have breakfast

I think the room needs a better mattress, a bigger bed and when you ask for the invoice, the reception will actually send it. I asked for it personally at check-in and check-out, and sent an email to reception and so far I haven't received an invoice.

It was surprising to see that breakfast was open from 4:00AM. Definitely a plus for early travels.
In the room, the kettle was missing. When I complained, reception offerred me a thermos flask of hot water, saying that some of the rooms have missing kettles. But I was not informed of it during check in. I had problems with the TV, which was switching off by itself every 2-3 minutes. I had requested a double-bed, but got twin. The key-cards do not work properly. In the end I went back to reception, and at last I was offerred another room.
