It was good, location is great.
Carpet in the room is dirty and stained. Should be replaced.
No tissues in the bathroom. No assistance with luggage upon arrival or departure.
This property could be so much better if they made some small changes. In my view this is not a 5 Star.

• The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and helpful.
• The location was absolutely perfect.
• I loved the building’s exterior and the industrial-style concrete interior with elegant lighting.
• The room was small but very functional and well-designed.
• The bathroom was bright and beautiful.
• The hotel has a true premium boutique feeling.
• Even the hair dryer was Dyson — a nice surprise!
• The bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was excellent.
Honestly, there wasn’t anything I really disliked. Everything was great.
If I had to mention something for feedback purposes, I’d say that the elevator is only on one side of the building and the rooms are a bit small — but these are very minor details compared to the overall experience.

The hotel has an exceptional location — truly a 10 out of 10. Everything was within comfortable walking distance, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The interior design of the hotel was stylish and welcoming, and our room had spacious layout and overall comfort. It felt thoughtfully put together, both visually and practically, and really added to the enjoyment of our stay.
What could be improved, however, was the breakfast experience. During our three-night stay, the selection remained the same each morning, offering little variety or opportunity to try something new. Additionally, the service at breakfast was noticeably slow — on two mornings, I received my coffee only about two minutes before I had finished eating, which was disappointing. With a more dynamic breakfast menu and more attentive morning service, the overall experience would be significantly elevated.

Dennis. He deserves a raise. Made the best coffee I've had so far on my trip and organised a lovely breakfast for us on our last morning. Massive thank you to the cook staff as well who prepared such a delicious meal.
Amazing staff you have, absolutely show your appreciation for them at any chance you get. People who give off that sense of hospitality aren't taught that.
The location was also really great. Central to everything and close to the main M lines. Really quite a good find. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who wants to visit Copenhagen
Not much I didn't like. Maybe a bit more instruction on how to work the heater for foreigners as we couldn't figure it out, but we weren't too bothered as it was a good temperature already.

Super comfortable beds, genuinely friendly and helpful staff, and a fantastic Danish-style continental breakfast with far more choice than expected. The shower was excellent and the toiletries felt high quality. The location is ideal – just a short walk to the metro, shops, and the main square, so everything felt very accessible.
Nothing of note – it was a really easy, comfortable stay.

Great location
I was only there overnight and had an early flight
The shower in my room did not work and I had no time to look at alternatives
I expect compensation for such a key feature to be not working and for the effect it had on my day

We spent a long weekend in Copenhagen at the Hotel Herman K. The hotel is in a perfect location, very modern with exceptional design, an excellent breakfast, and, above all, polite and attentive staff—the likes of which I’ve rarely encountered. Dinner—we had a 5-course meal—was also exceptional. I highly recommend everyone stop by here at least once.
