The location is perfect for visiting Arena and very close to metro/train station.
The toilet flush is very very weak (need to hold the flush button for a longgg time), bed mattress too hard, and one of the pillowcases is not very clean. The room temperature setting shows 22.5 degree but feels like 18/19 degree.

- you can very easily hear the corridor and other rooms. When someone closes a door in the corridor the night stand table shakes. No toilet brush in the room. The breakfast very expensive but not so special. Room interior a little bit worned down

We booked this hotel because of its proximity to the Royal Arena and from that perspective it really delivered. We were back in our room within 10 minutes watching thousands of people heading to the Metro etc.
The hotel currently has a policy in place that if you don’t have your room cleaned you will be rewarded with 500 IHG points. However, we aren’t IHG members so assumed it wouldn’t apply to us. When we returned to the room expecting it to have been serviced, it hadn’t been. My husband went to the reception to ask for some more water, coffee sachets and to enquire about the room service to be told ‘it’s February. Rooms should be cleaned every day but they’re not always. There’s nothing I can do about it now’.
On the third day, when we returned to the room, again it hadn’t been serviced.
As we were checking out, we noticed a sign on the desk saying about the points in exchange for not having the room serviced, and that you would need to tell reception if you wanted your room servicing.
Why was this not explained to us properly when we checked in? And why was this not offered on the second day instead of the unhelpful ‘there’s nothing I can do about it now’?
Not having the room serviced wouldn’t bother us really but it’s part of what you pay for and if 500 IHG points is the ‘discount’ offered that’s not fair for people who aren’t members.
We felt very let down by this policy.

After coming back in the evening it was impossible to sleep till 2:00 a.m. due to some party in the hotel lobby/restaurant. For a light sleeper like me it was quite a problem.

Very comfortable hotel with grand entrance and bar. Well, obviously, for the price. Location is great for airport or travelling to Malmo. Not so much for visiting Copenhagen, but there is a metro nearby.
The bar closed at midnight on Saturday whilst Eurovision (emitting from Malmo!)was on! Without prior warning, otherwise we could have bought another drink before twelve if we knew! That was highly surprising.
Also why do they take a £60 deposit straight when you are checking in??? Over £200 per night not enough to trust your customers? Especially that we are IHG loyalty program members. Then deposit is returned 2 days after checking out! I checked and mine wasn’t, so I had to contact the reception, who required proof of payment?!? Obviously I did get my deposit back, but this created unnecessary angst, so not needed when you are on holiday!

Although we booked a double room, we got two twin beds put together. It was way too hot in the room, almost 25 degrees, and we couldn't open windows because they are shut down. The AC/heating system wouldn't work with lowered temperature, so it was way too hot inside. Check in was long.
