When we arrived we saw that our room was too small for 2 of us and 2 big luggages, so we requested for an upgrade, which the staff obliged and gave us an apartment with a small kitchenette. It was very nice. We loved it. If you are travelling with big luggages it would be better to get a bigger room. The room was not clean at all. One day we requested for it to be cleaned (which is a provided service) and when we came back literally nothing had been cleaned ,they didn't even change the dirty towels or clean the floor which was also dirty. The only thing they did was take out the trash and make our beds (without changing the sheet). In general it's one of the cheapest options you can find in a great location but you need to have in mind that it's not the cleanest..

The breakfast was good. It had all the foods that I like in the morning. The bread was of high quality. The cold meats and cheeses were just fine. The breakfast room was nice with a good view. The bedroom was fine. The staff were helpful and polite when asked questions. Choice to two close by metro stations. Good well lit paths but Oresund was the more convenient one. Good stores, cafes and restaurants near by.
The bedroom was a bit on the small side for me. As my stay was for a week there was inadequate clothes hanging space. It would be fine for a shorter stay. The breakfast room layout serving area needs to be improved. At times people just got in each others way. it was tricky balancing your tray and getting your breakfast items assembled. The coffee machine was a particular choke point.

The location is excellent โ conveniently close to two metro stations, with charming cafรฉs and two supermarkets just around the corner. Itโs also not far from the beach, perfect for a relaxing walk. The city center is within walking distance (a longer walk), easily reachable by bike, and just a short ride on the metro.
The room was clean and the staff were nice. Lockers are available for rent to store luggage after check-out, which was very convenient.
We were given a ground floor room facing the street and very close to the entrance. As mentioned in other reviews, there appears to be no ventilationโthe room was extremely hot. We had to keep the window open, which meant we were constantly disturbed by people smoking cigarettes and marijuana near the entrance, as well as by street noise. The room is practically just two meters from the sidewalk.
I don't know if it's feasible, but establishing a non-smoking area around the hotel entrance would greatly benefit guests staying on the lower floors.
The room itself is very small. I wouldn't recommend placing a table and a large chair in it, as currently doneโthereโs barely no space to fit a suitcase.

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, with a supermarket just a few steps away. You can walk to the beach in a few minutes, and the city centre is easily accessible. The airport is also nearby, which makes travel very convenient.
The breakfast was delicious, and the view from the top floor is absolutely stunning. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared.
The room was spacious enough for us, but I did miss having a small wardrobe or some shelves to store our clothes. There was a coat rack with hangers and a luggage rack, which were helpful, but a bit of extra storage would have made things even more comfortable. It's just a small detail and didnโt take away from the overall positive experience.

Closing the window would dull the sound - unfortunately, the window had to stay open because there is no AC and it can get very warm. Also, the window is close enough to the ground that somebody could climb in, yet there is no way to restrict how much the window opens.

Liked the bar area and terrace, continental breakfast was very nice.
It was a good choice. Staff were all very helpful.
Breakfast staff were a little eager to clear the breakfast away be it 10am or 11am finish if I pay for my breakfast at ten to the hour and reception takes my money i expect to have the same choice as someone who is there an hour earlier.
Room was great but the windows which we opened for fresh air ( very lucky with the weather) could do with the little retaining clips to stop the wind catching the window and almost breaking the hinges, very minor faults improvements but thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Room was absolutely spotless, lovely and modern and the bathroom was very nice too. The room was very small but as it was just me and my boyfriend staying we didn't care. Just be prepared to live out of your suitcase. The location was amazing. DO NOT BOOK A TAXI!!! It is literally a 5 min journey on the metro and a 5 min walk to the hotel so travelling was incredibly cheap. For the price you pay for this hotel I have no complaints.
In all honesty, there is nothing I didn't like. The rooms could have been bigger but as we were staying for only 4 nights we really didn't mind.

We like the location (and the free parking in the neighborhood). Close to the beach, close to the metro, and the city centre is also reachable on food if fancy a 35-45 minutes walk.
The hotel is fine, with a large terrace, and enough facilities, including washing and ironing possibilities.
Breakfast restaurant at a reasonable price, though we never use it thanks to the many good breakfasts/coffee places in the neighborhood.
Nice bathroom, though it gets a bit wet when showering.
Rooms are nice but small. Fine for bringing two carry-ons, but not more.
As usual on these kind of hotels there are little space to unpack, store and hang your clothes.
Biggest complain are the beds though, which have seen better days it appears, resulting in that even with my weight (60 kg) I sink deep in and had hard time sleeping

Room was good, basic, compact. Nothing to complain. Clean. Easy to reach from the airport. Value for money was good compared to other hotels during my stay around Christmas. Morning staff was a :) :)
I was expecting the hotel to be IN city center as the name suggests. Unfortunately it was more of a suburb and not much anything around the hotel. Quiet but a bit depressing/boring area. In short walking distance there was only one expensive ramen shop and basic grocery store open. Not far from metro station but it was a bit shady one. Night staff was a -_-

Location! close to Metro lines it was easy to commute. Airport and major stations are a couple of metro stations away. 24 hour reception and very friendly staff.
The lay out of the room. There isn't enough space to even open your trolley bag. The only space available for that is right in front of the door. If you are happy to open it and close it immediately, then manageable. but I would like to keep my bag open and that means the bag will be blocking my way to the door and bathroom. now if you are a couple, and traveling with to trolley bag, probably you'd end up breaking up with your partner eventually just because of this !!! :D

Reasonable price
Breakfast was good with rooms for small improvements.
1. Some staff not very accommodating / service minded
2. Eggs from yesterdays serving was served ice cold for breakfast the following day
3. To large quantity of food served for breakfast which results in re-heated food the following days.
