Quite location and breakfast was alright. Staff was very professional and special thanks to Guest Relations manager for addressing some of our concerns in a timely manner. The in room dining although being limited, but the food was truly delicious.
Not many dining options and markets around. The atrium room layout is terrible as the TV is placed on a side wall and not facing the beds. Only 1 complementary bottle of water is given per day per guest and they dont offer refills. The in room dining options are very very limited. housekeeping seemed poor but probably our luck.

I had a great stay there, and had even a fair price when I decided to have a late check out. Location was great, very close to the Christianshavn Station, which easily take us to the airport in just a few minutes. Many restaurants, shops and the city centre is only 15min walk from the hotel.
I only had one problem related to my room's cleanliness. The coffee /tea corner was very dirty - including the floor - and I had to request someone to go to the room and clean it again.

The beds and pillows are among the most comfortable I have ever slept on. And the response and actions of the hotel following my complaints have been very good. The room cleaning was ok, I was expecting almost perfection judging from the reviews of other guests, but my room was generally clean but not fully clean, there was for example dirt and hair at the back of the bedside tables, and my sheets did have some very fainted stains. The rooms are spacious enough.
The housekeeping is sloppy and terrible, but even more the people at reception, that promise you a sparkling clean room in no time, only to come back in the room after hours and finding out that nobody cleaned it. The breakfast is very geared towards salty food, there are not enough sweet options and above all there is little attention for people with lactose intolerance, so if you want a cappuccino you have to chase a waiter (and they were not that much around) and ask for it, which is annoying and not at all what you expect from a 5 star hotel. The bathroom could improve with a heated tower rail as it can get cold. Last but not least (and actually the most important point perhaps): I absolutely recommend to avoid the restaurant, as they served completely raw chicken to my child, and I had to spend the entire holiday monitoring him and worrying about a possible serious infection. The restaurant needs to be absolutely avoided.

Then my shower drain didn’t work and I found myself having to clean out the traps and get to work fixing it. Toweling robes were old and warm.
Asked for water and ice and was told that was a surcharge of nearly £13 to deliver it. Although getting through to room service was impossible and took them 10 mins to ring back.
All in all it was like a busy and completely uncaring commercial hotel. Hugely disappointed and would not return

We decided to go with the eco-friendly option of not having our room serviced during our stay and were to receive a drink at the bar for this. Unfortunately the drinks included were very limited and not really worth the sacrifice. Bar staff weren't so friendly or helpful with this. A little disappointing.

I paid for one night before I arrived. I emailed the hotel and booking .com and did not hear back. I wanted to cancel the one night, well before the 48 hour cutoff time and no one responded. If you allow a website to book your hotel rooms you should ensure they follow theirs and your rules.
I am disappointed in the way this was handled.

Great location, very handy for Metro train from airport , and easy walk into city centre across bridge to join tourist buses and tourist boat. Lovely clean, modern hotel, with good buffet breakfast . Rooftop bar had also just opened for the season and had great views across town. Comfy bed and great views from our 7th floor room
