We like this hotel. It is nice to come here. Staff/reception is very polite always and I know they are very professional. We are not only treated as guests but wanted guests, so that is WOW-effect.
- We liked our room with Jacuzzi.
- Beds are good and there is a danger that laying down you start to sleep (of course this is positive problem).
- Breakfast is good and there is enough of what to eat.
- Only minus is that small place of Breakfast area. It is nowadays full with all guests coming to eat same time.

If we needed towels or anything else for the room, the staff accommodated us with no fuss. The hotel had a very nice atmosphere and all areas were very clean. I had a nice stay! from check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well-organized. The staff was very welcoming, special mention for the receptionist with glasses (apologies I did not note his name).
Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. The hotel's location was also perfect, close to key attractions. The spa facilities were immaculately maintained, with a wonderful sauna and steam room.
The only small improvement I’d suggest is ensuring the in-room tea and coffee supplies are replenished. Overall, it was a fantastic experience

A bit overpriced for Tallin. Double bed for two persons was quite small and with thin mattress. Room size a bit small too. During check in the receptionist asked to fill in a paper form what I refused to do since a fast check in process was offered already via a website (I got SMS for that) where relevant questions were already asked and answered by me. I wanted to get a room with bathtub but it was not available during check in. Shower area was not properly designed with a lot of water leaking from the shower to the bathroom floor.

The "handicap accessibility" was not very good, unfortunately. It was comprised of a portable ramp placed over steep stairs. Fortunately, I can hang on to railings (which it had)--but if I were dependent on a wheelchair--it would have been SCARY. The descent was too steep.

This hotel gets a ten for several categories: elevator, parking & breakfast. You do need to know that it is about a fifteen to twenty minute walk to Old Town. Another tip is that access to the ground floor elevator (restaurant & spa level) does involve taking your bags down a few steps. An added bonus for my daughter and I was the ability to watch the (limited) traffic, trams, busses and bicycles from the wall of windows in our room. No noise, due to the double paned glass.
The tub was quite deep and a little difficult to access.

Great location and easy to get everywhere. Breakfast was very good!
The ZEN rooms (at least the one we got) are smaller than in the pictures and the bath was smaller too, was a bit disappointing, considering we booked this hotel for the SPA bath.

The hotel is nice and has it's charm. Some stuff feels a bit outdated but nothing that bothered me.
The staff were not bad but nor was they good. I feel like the hospitality part was missing. Just as an example at breakfast staff just came right up to you and in a fed up with life way asked for the room number. I mean working in hospitality would not hurt to say good morning hope you slept well, could I have your room number. Or at check in say hello and welcome and not just directly ask for a name. So in that way they was not bad but nor was they good.
