Very nice resort with lots of activities to do. The kids loved it. The beach is not very big or seemed over crowded but still very nice.
The night entertainment can be improved. Aside from the flyboard show which was absolutely amazing, there were night with just a singer and it seemed boring.

The staff were quite hospitable and cheerful. They make anything possible for you. They were actually the best thing about the place. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beach and water slides were magnificent. The food was tasty and variable. I would definitely come back.
The centre responsible for boat trips are not good. They gave us very high prices compared to other places and when we agreed, they increased prices again last minute. I would not recommend them for anyone. Very bad way of handling customers too.

The room was very spacious with a lovely view of the sea. Staff is really nice and friendly, and made us feel welcome. Special shoutout to housekeeping, they do an impeccable job folding the kids own blankets into swans, bringing fruits and soft drinks to the room in the afternoon and so on. :)
Food options are quite repetitive, very similar flavors every day, so its easy to get bored in a few days and crave something other than hotel food.

Food was great with a wide variety every single night, all the restaurants were outstanding. A la carte was a pleasant experience, but not really the best - any standard dinner in the other restaurants was probably the same (maybe even better).

The hotel was very well treated and the surroundings were always being taken cared of. You have lots of pools, so we didnt feel crowded.
The room was spacious and the shower was amazing. The staff was also very nice ( the guy that was making the pizzas at Le Marche for dinner was amazing )
The animation was very entertaining and the beach area was clean, but you are constantly being approached by someone trying to sell some kind of tour, spa treatments, etc which was annoying and not very relaxing.
Also, the beach chairs where always reserved by people who just woke up early and left their towels there , and then went for breakfast or a walk. No one on the staff seemed to care ( even though there were signs saying that was forbidden ) so we never got to stay in one of the front chairs of the beach because we refused to do the same
PLEASE DONT BE FOOLED BY THE GOOD RATING THAT THEY HAVE ON BOOKING! HERE IS WHY:
When we check out , one of the managers asked us how everything was and made us fill up a paper satisfaction survey. My boyfriend was filling everything but the manager was always on top of him to see what he was writing. In the end, he told us to wrote our booking review on our phones in front of them, pressuring for us to give the hotel a 10 rating. When I refused( I felt very uncomfortable) they got confused and salty, and said ok but you are reviewing a 10 right?
And that was when I realized how the hotel has such good rating. Whenever they know you booked through booking, they make you review your stay within their presence so they can make sure you only write good stuff.
I left the resort with a bitter sweet feeling. The manager must of noticed that because after he came after us and tried to offer us a lunch box for the trip , which until a point was nice
Also, the 4 restaurants that they claim they have, are not so different. 3 of them share pretty much the same menu/buffet and the 4th is a Mediterranean restaurant where the pasta was the same as of the other buffets which is weird for the price I paid for my stay

The hotel is extra clean and cozy, staff are very friendly and professional especially Mr. Hazem Shehata and Ms. Haidy Mansour, the restaurant has various dishes, and the location is outstanding. It worth every penny spent.

Excellent location with access to the beach and swimming pools. Rooms are super clean and clean them every day. Exceptional service and a great host named Hazem Shehata to help you have the greatest experience. Whatever we requested Hazem was there for us. Food is very good and freshly cooked every day. It was our honeymoon stay and Hazem made us feel so special cannot thank enough
