We love returning to Long Beach (this was our 6th or 7th visit), all the staff remember you and make you feel like you are in your second home.
From the minute you arrive, the concierge staff take every care away ensuring you can begin your holiday immediately.
We spent our days round the swim up pool and then moved to cascade pool which was perfectly designed with amazing staff.
Our evenings were spent at Cascade enjoying the entertainment was always great.
Our meals were a mix of areas our favorite Buddha. The staff are amazing and truly remember your preferences great service. We also loved the Italian again great service. If we were not in one of the swops outs, we would be in Breeze at Cascade for both breakfast and evening meals. The food is plentiful and there is always something to eat. Remember you are in Egypt. There are many nationalities at the hotel and the hotel cater for all, a difficult thing to do.
We can’t wait to return and are already working out leave, we will most definitely be back. Work just gets in the way!

Room size was really big, clean, nice view from the room and the room was nicely furnished. My partner and I went to Hurghada for 5 nights to celebrate his holiday. We checked in at the front desk and the staff were very professional and friendly and made us feel special and looked after. I requested for the room to be decorated and for wine to be in the room for when we arrive. The decoration superseded my expectations and there was cake! Thank you to the amazing housekeeping staff, special shoutout to A.Rahim Mohamed.
We were told that we are VIPs because we booked with booking.com and this gave us the privilege of eating at the A la Carte restaurants without a reservations so we ate at the many restaurants in the resort every night. Our absolute favourite was Podium and the Chinese restaurant and the La Casina, Italian Restaurant. The service at all 3 of them was fantastic and all the staff went above and beyond for us. Without them, I don't think our experience of Hurghada would have been as good. Shout out to the gentleman at Podium who brings people to their table always and the waiter Diyaa Mohammed.
There are so many amenities and things to do in the holiday. We played volleyball with other guests, we made friends and played a doubles tennis match which was fun. My partner also used the outdoor gym. Loads of bars and snack bars. Plenty of sun beds.
At night there is always a show on at Cascade, which is a bar and pool area at the other side of the resort. There was a Brazilian dance night when we went and it was absolutely amazing. There was a shish lounge that we went to everyday that is on the beach. The staff there are extremely nice and friendly and accommodating. He gave us a great deal and recommended really good flavours and we had tea and dates with it. The shish lounge is stunningly decorated. They stayed open longer for us as they could see we were having a good time and didn't pressure us to leave when we said we don't want to keep them up.
I would honestly come back again to this exact resort.

An excellent holiday from start to finish.
Long Beach Resort is a hidden gem. The 30 minute journey by taxi from the airport to the hotel takes you past majestic over the top hotel buildings and hundreds of tourist trap shops all selling the same thing. And then suddenly you turn off and nestled down by the beach is Long Beach Resort. A sophisticated entrance with an understated reception building minus the bling.
Registration at reception was warm, friendly & efficient. We were delighted to receive an upgrade to a Premium Deluxe room in the main building. Many thanks to Mohamed Hassan and his team for this extra attention.
Our housekeeper was great and we had everything we needed. Towel art & flowers were a daily occurance and Valentine's Day was made extra special. Many thanks to El Sayed Kahiry.
The grounds of the hotel are impressive and on our first day alone we walked 12kms without even leaving the hotel! The key is to walk, discover & enjoy. We discovered swimming pool after pool, discreet quiet pools hidden away ideal for those in search of relaxation away from the entertainment. We declined the use of the mini bus service which linked one area to another.
The dining options available at Long Beach are outstanding and we felt privileged to be taken care of by Mr Osama Marmar and his team. We were spoilt for choice with the 5 different international à la carte restaurants on an evening. Each offered a different unique and authentic atmosphere with great cuisine. Our favourite restaurant was the Nubian however it was closely followed by the Italian. The newly developed Cascade area is a bonus to the resort and the team at Cactus are simply outstanding. It is a shame that the Indian & Mexican dining is only available on a lunchtime. We would have welcomed this opportunity on an evening.

For my birthday, I decided to take the family to Egypt for a week.
After reading all the good reviews, we chose Long Beach resort Hurghada.
From the moment we arrived, we felt extremely welcome.
At check-in, it was mentioned that we could have dinner before going to the rooms.
(As we only arrived in the evening).
We booked the deluxe rooms via booking.com. Small tip to book through this as you will have access to all a la Carte restaurants at no extra cost.
The rooms located in the main building have been recently renovated.
The rooms spacious, the beds and pillows exactly how they should be and on top of that, they were wonderfully cleaned every day by the toppers in housekeeping.
Then on to the food and drink.
The resort has a wide range of Buffet and a la carte restaurants so the food will not be boring during your stay. There are also plenty of places to enjoy delicious drinks.
This is all managed by the one and only Reda Elaraby who deserves a big thank you. Reda regularly helped us with questions during our stay and made sure we always had the best places to eat.
He is always there with a smile and whenever he is around he stops by for a chat. Reda you gave our stay just the extra touch!!!
There are 2 restaurants located in the main building for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
If you like things a bit more peaceful, "Cascade" the new part of the resort is recommended. A quiet buffet restaurant that serves as an Indian restaurant in the afternoon and a fantastic bar and Mexican restaurant above.
The accompanying pool bar is also served with friendly staff who serve the best drinks....

Cascade also has a heated pool where children under 12 are not welcome. For your peace and quiet, this is the place to be. Should you have children you'll be fantastic at the main pool.
Entertainment at the park is also well catered for. During the day with various games, sports and dancing lessons.

Very clean, every morning to night you can see workers cleaning every single facility, the pool, gardening, cleaning the toilets. All workers are so accommodating especially the house cleaning staff, they always welcomed us each morning. So much to do and see the hotel is massive, had to take a shuttle bus to the other side of the hotel for the night entertainment but these come regularly. 7 swimming pools all over the hotel, best one at Cascade. The food was amazing and all the staff ensured we were always well looked after.
There was no push for tips, which made me feel so much more comfortable. Of course we did tip though, but in our own time.
We stayed in the main building and it was....old.
There could have been some easy fixes like replacing pictures that lost their colour.
There were some broken fixtures in the room.
However all in all it was very clean, the room was spacious and the bed big and comfortable. We did not complain about the things mentioned above as they were first impressions, but did not impact on our fabulous holiday.

The owner Ahmed is very friendly and eager to help if you need anything. The location is quiet with a view over a banana plantation. The apartment is spacious with comfortable beds. There is even a washer which was a bonus.

Wonderful experience. There was very nice and polite staff, great food and a pretty and clean room. The outdoor heated swimming pool was outstanding. I was expecting way lower temperature but the temperature of the water exceeded my expectations. Very comfortable for swimming and relaxing as well.
Suggestions for improvement:
- to change doors at rooms in the main building (not soundproof at all)
- to reduce the amount of sellers at the pool area and at the beach

Hotel is okey, a bit dated, and very confusing with all the restaurants and pools. Theres a shuttle but no one explained it to us. Gardens of the hotel are nice, housekeeping and waiters also lovely. Staff at Cascade bar were making amazing cocktails. Our room was very clean.
Hotel has 0 communication with the guests, I asked for early check in or 'day use' of the room prior to our arrival, but no answer on emails, I was willing to pay extra. On check in they just tell u to download the app with no explanation. Lunch boxes we requested for our trips were just bread and a bit of cheese, even tho we asked for salami. Food was very bad and poor with no choices. There was mostly sea food, no beef and only chicken curry. Also it was difficult to find a place to sit for dinner, and every time we would find a table, it would be dirty. Heated pool was heated only one day, the rest it was cold. No nice cappuccino for breakfast, only brewed coffee and milk on the side. A la cart restaurant they are advertising so much, was booked a week in advance, so no way to try it out. I guess you have to book before u arrive to your vacation. Nothing much was happening in the hotel. Thankfully our stay was short.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Facilities were great. Booking guests can use any restaurant without a reservation which was great. Can’t fault anything! Beshoy at reception very helpful, Mohamed Roshdy and Mohamed Atia. Rooms division manager Mohamed Hassan gave me lots of info about facilities, let me stay late free of charge and invited me to the Mexican restaurant too!

Staff was attentive and helpful. Stayed at one of their villas, and the experience was amazing. Variety of food available at their different restaurants. All in all, it was a very good experience.
The experiences offered by some of their partners are way too expensive than offered by other providers outside the hotel. The spa inside the hotel will sell you a catered programme but when you arrive it's nothing special.

Huge resort and very well maintained. It was busy but not so much that it felt crowded. We stayed a total of 6 nights and it was a very nice break after a long week of touring Egypt.
The staff were very attentive and friendly. The hostess at the Dwhite restaurant, the manager, the pool staff, the manager and staff at the Mexican, Chinese and Italian restaurant and our housekeeper all went out of their way to make sure we had great service. We did make sure to tip the staff that treated us so well which was nothing compared to the amount of service we received
We booked through Booking which was the only way we could find to book it from our area and it turned out that we got a special VIP pass that allowed us to go to any restaurant without a reservation and had a premium view room
It’s quite a trek for us to get to the Red Sea but when we do come back we’d love to stay there again
The food at the buffets were a little repetitive and geared towards Eastern Europeans but that is their main cliental

Excellent place to stay. You can find on the resort everything what you need. Shops, pharmacy, gym, spa Center, tattoo studio, 9 restaurants, bar sets. Lots of entertainment like fruit festival, Zumba, aerobic, fire shows and many more. Every evening is different and Cascada place is just amazing during day and night. 2 heated swimming pools. Variety of food is amazing. Every day you can find different options. Reception team was very supportive specially Farag Saad and Mohamed rouchdy. The room was clean and staff was very polite and smiling to us. View from balcony amazing. It was a big pleasure to stay at this resort. Thank you for fabulous help from room devision manager Mohamed Hassan.

We recently stayed at Long Beach Resort in Hurghada and had an amazing time! The beach is absolutely beautiful — clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing. The resort itself offers fantastic facilities, from large pools to well-maintained areas for both relaxation and activities. The staff were incredibly attentive throughout our stay, always making sure we felt welcome and comfortable. We also loved having several restaurants to choose from, each offering different cuisines, so every meal was a new experience. Overall, it was a perfect getaway, and without a doubt, on our next trip to Hurghada, we will be booking the same hotel again!

We were treated as VIP customers since we booked through Booking, allowing us to dine at any à la carte restaurant without the need for a reservation, and all of them were excellent.
The reception offered us a late check-out and upgraded our room at no extra charge, which was fantastic and really enhanced our stay. Mahmud Atia at reception was extremely helpful, and Mr. Mohamed Hassan from the rooms division was always around, providing professional and attentive service.
We didn’t enjoy the buffet food much for lunch and dinner, but the à la carte restaurants were a great alternative. The drinks were okay—neither too good nor too bad.

Our stay was fantastic! The beach is beautiful. The room was beautiful (we received a complimentary upgrade- a wonderful surprise) as we were situated in the main building and overlooking the pool, and the breakfast was excellent as well as snack bar food. The staff on bars is great as well as the towel stations, and reception. There are plenty of heated pools to choose from which are clean and spacious, plenty of buffet and a la carte restaurants. The hotel app is also useful for following the events and shuttles through the resort or making reservations in a la carte restaurants.
The lunch and dinner buffet food lacks variety, though delicious, same options of sides, meat, and salads. This is not the hotel's fault, but there are plenty of beds around the pools, they are mostly reserved by people just leaving a towel, making it difficult to find a spot unless you do the same early in the morning.

Everything was excellent, from arrival , to departure . The staff, from the front desk who were were really helpful , to the gardeners and guys around the pools were all friendly. A special Mention to Mokhless .( spelling might be wrong) who found my bag when I carelessly left it behind at breakfast. We loved Lunch in the Mexican and Indian, and also the food and service in the Happy Buddha ! Our beds were comfortable, and towels were of a great standard , Showers always had hot water and good pressure. Toiletries were decent quality , The grounds are beautifully kept ! The evening meal in d'whites was not to our taste and it was pretty hectic in there . .. but there are other restaurants available which were good. BUT .... our breakfast was great in D'whites !

Our experience at Hurghada Long Beach Resort was truly exceptional! The team went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, especially as vegetarians. They custom-made delicious meals for us, and the Indian restaurant was a definite highlight with its authentic and flavorful dishes.
The entertainment team was fantastic, with fun Zumba sessions, games, and other activities that made our stay even more enjoyable. The Pharaoh Show was absolutely stunning – a must-see!
A special shoutout to GM Hany, Executive Chef Mehfouz, Director of F&B Mahmoud, and the Room Director, all of whom I had the pleasure of meeting. I could write so many positive things that would fill a whole book.
Just a few highlights:
- The deluxe room was spacious with comfortable beds and very clean.
- The self-service restaurant Al Dante always offered a variety of delicious food (12+ years is a good idea ?).
- The a'la carte restaurants (Podium, La Casina, Nubian) were fantastic.
- The staff were polite and very-very helpful everywhere.
- The garden with the pools was beautiful.
- The bars in the main building, in the garden and on the beach continuously provided us with drinks and food.
- We would not want to stay in another hotel in Hurghada next time, because this one has already worked.
I would like to say special thank to the manager Mr. Hassan for everything, to our hauskeeper Mr. Ahmed Mohamed for the clean room, to the front office man Mr. Ibrahem Yousef for his kind help and to the main waiters of Restaurant Al Dente.

Great value for money. We were given an excellent large suite with a good view of the sea for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable and the option of 2x pillow softnesses was very welcome. We ate well in the Buddha Restaurant one night, had a good curry in the Cascade area indian restaurant at lunch. We also had an Italian supper in La Casina and an OK mexican lunch in the cascade area. We didn't book the a la carte restaurants beforehand but the restaurants were able to accommodate us as we turned up. All the staff were kind and welcoming.
There was no green tea for breakfast (or anywhere else) and as I don't drink coffee, this is my usual start to the day. Disappointed by that. The breakfasts weren't that great, there were no nuts/ seeds mix to add to a healthy yoghurt, only oats in the cereal area.
The sliding doors to the balconies are quite old in the main building and whistle in the wind. I think they should replace the north facing ones in the next capital upgrade programme.
One of two of the sellers of spa treatments/ trips pestered us a little too much for comfort and then seemed annoyed by us refusing their offers.
No guacamole with the mexican food despite being on the menu.
