The location. The staff were friendly, Except for one of the receptionists as she accused me of lying and she had zero knowledge about booking.com application. I escalated this to the management and the situation was fixed.
Beside the fact that one of the receptionists was super rude to me. And the service was too slow.
Pictures on the listing is whey different than the reality. Very expensive for a 4star hotel. A lot a lot better can be booked for a less price.
The bathroom smell was super stinky.
And please be aware of getting spammed. The โAll inclusiveโ is not actually all inclusive. Meals are included but for the alcohol on the beach for instance you will have to pay for it. And the draft beer, is not actually poured in clean glasses. I took pictures of the dishwasher at the bars. Very disgusting and gross.
Adding to my point above about the bathroom, when we first checked in, there was a tissue thrown under the sink. We stayed for 5 days, and that tissue was never removed)) also the water flow is too bad and the shower curtain was not clean.
I wish I can tell more details, but I will add all of the details to other platforms just to be an eyeopener for anyone who is thinking to book here.
And a pro tip, always book the hotel from booking.com because in reality they charge super duper expensive prices.

Our stay was exceptional. Comfort, hospitality, good food, nice location and the main thing is the best beach. Biggest and most comfortable beach in Naama bay with the breathtaking views of coral reefs.
The room was cleaned everyday. Overall territory of the hotel is very green with a lot of palms and flowers. Gorgeous!
There is also Naama walking promenade that takes you to the center full of shops and restaurants.
We would like to thank staff members, especially Mahmoud from night security for being extremely kind! Give Mahmoud a raise!!:)

The resort was good, we enjoyed the facilities and breakfast. It had a private beach which was clean and fun to use. Many shops nearby to buy any swimming equipment. The resort is also walking distance to a shopping street which is very convenient.
The rooms and furniture were old so if it was renovated and had more modern furniture, it would have been even better.

The rooms were great.
It's very quiet. The reason we chose this place was, it's arranged as an array of small houses, very naturally and harmoniously placed together, each being a one-story building (for the suites / deluxe option, please check with personnel when booking), each room having an individual entrance. The place is very quiet, good selection of calm music is playing, you don't get bothered by suggestions if excursions etc., so you can JUST REST :) Absolutely recommended!
At times, we had to chase the personnel to get certain things done, however this was fully compensated by the fact that the room offered to us was new and certain things needed improvement. Again, staff were super helpful and friendly and we were happy with the visit.
One thing to improve though is, beach seat availability. Unfortunately these were often not sufficient in number during peak times e.g. at 11:30.

A 2-Star Hotel with an 8.8 Rating? Impossible.
Staying at Jay Fayrouz felt like being trapped on a budget cruise liner from the 1970s. The buffet served low-quality, artificial food; the rooms hadnโt been updated since the 1980s, complete with filthy floors, musty AC, intermittent hot water and very old linens. The guy at my checkin was robotic and not very helpful, gave me a twin when i asked for a Queen room, other restaurant staff were nice. No WIFI in rooms like 1970, the WiFi was only available in the reception area (despite claims otherwise), and the overcrowded beach with tacky crowd was its only redeeming feature.
But the most baffling part? This disaster of a hotel somehow boasts an 8.8 rating. Be warnedโthis place isnโt worth more than a 2 or 3 on any reasonable scale. Avoid it at all costs.

The location is great, 15 min walk from Naama bay tourist center, 15 min by car to the old market. We also loved the low rise set up with the small chalets and the garden. They take a very good care of the garden. The room is of a good size for a family of 3. The beds are comfortable. The small sofa bed good for a small child.
The staff are very kind and friendly and if you have a request they react quickly. Special thanks to Moheb, FO assistant manager for his hospitality. We had an issue at the restaurant once and the staff went out of the way to make it up for it. It was my dadโs birthday during our stay and the hotel arranged for a lovely chocolate cake and the restaurant staff congratulated him. We loved it!
The beach is amazing. We absolutely loved snorkelling. The wind was strong sometimes but in the water it was nice, even though a tad chilly.
The food was good, definitely much better than what we have experienced in some even 5 star resorts in Egypt.
The rooms are tired and the bathrooms are terribly run down. The hotel is slowly renovating and the deluxe rooms look much better but they are also quite expensive. We did change the room in the beginning and the second one was a bit better. After all we got used to it. The cleaning is ok but the floor often is not cleaned well. At the check in we did not receive any info about the fact that we could use the water park of Jaz Sharm Dreams and join their evening entertainment. We also did not like that one employee was pushing guests to leave 5 star reviews on Google. This should not happen.
All in all we had a lovely time. The positives have outweigh the negatives for us.

The resort is very beautiful and is made of small houses (one per room), all with a terrace with chairs. The staff is very nice and helpful, the food is plenty and has a wide variety of dishes. My room was big, nice looking, newly refurbished, with a sofa, a coffee table and a big closet that included robes, an iron and an ironing table and with a small but luxurious bathroom. My terrace had 2 chairs, a sofa and a coffee table.
The amenities were good (soap, showering gel, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, slippers, 2 apples and 3 small cakes, and daily two bottles of water of 1.5 litres).
The resort's private beach is the best of Naama Bay. It is next to the hotel and is longer than the ones of the neighbouring resorts. The water was warm, the umbrellas were big and with space between them, the chaise longues were fine, the sand was clean but dusty, specially he parts away from the sea.
Sometimes there was extremely loud music on the resort at night (and also on the neighbouring resorts) that we could hear in our room.
The part of the beach near to the resort main restaurant smelled (I supposed that after some days there was less smell), so I always went to the part further away from there. The music on the beach was extremely loud, all day long, that we could hear even far away from the spot. The sand was clean but dusty, specially he parts away from the sea. The beach closed too soon, at 5 pm (maybe because of the Ramadan).

The rooms are new and decorated well. The beach is perfect. The staff is very friendly. The location is very good. In the center of the Naama Bay.
We spent only one night here. I couldn't see the dinner but breakfast was not fit with to our taste. It was not near to Turkish cuisine. Omlet was good. Thanks for all.

Staff couldnโt do enough, all friendly and helpful. Perfect location on beach with short walk into centre. Beautiful well kept grounds, hard working staff and very chilled vibe. Room has all facilities needed, including toiletries and large bottles of water and cleaning daily.
Beach and pool bar did get very busy sometimes as shared with sister hotel across the road, so extra people using facilities. But staff always helpful in finding sunbeds etc. and that you were served with a drink. Special thanks to hussein at the bar, Abdul and Mohammed at the beach, osama and hassan in the restaurant and hassan in housekeeping!
As above beach did get very busy, and thought it would be great improvement if swim up pool bar and one of the bars on the beach not part of the all inclusive. It made the other bars and the staff working them unnecessarily busy, with sometimes queues for drinks and water. Our room hadnโt been renovated but was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our stay

Compact hotel with a couple of swimming pools, excellent evening entertainment, food was OK. Location is excellent for Naama Bay center with all its bars restaurants night clubs etc. Only a 3 minute walk no need for a taxi. Sandy Beach good for swimming, sunbathing.
There is No coral reef here so don't come if you like snorkeling, Its more of a beach / nightlife hotel

I like the location, food and it was a convenient stay.
1- Dilapidated and old furniture
2- some staff not very professional
3- cleaning service not as expected to be.
4- towels are only inside the room and not available to change all time. It should be beside pool and sea.
5- no entertaining activity nor animation even at night.
6- Mexican resturant is more like Italian, and Italian resturant is more like Egyptian.

Itโs beautiful, conveniently located on the beach and near shops and night life.
Bring a lot of small bills in euros or dollars. They donโt like Egyptian currency and even the hotel reception wonโt provide change.

The people here took care of me the way my parents do. I canโt express enough how generous and careful they were with me. Thereโs a good mix of people. Couples some families and groups of friends. I came by myself and felt comfortable the whole time. Amenities were as described, rooms spacious and clean, property gorgeous and if youโre looking for a dreamy beach you found it. Definitely book
