I would like to leave a review of the accommodation we stayed at, Mirador Apartamentos. We stayed for 20 days.
We booked through Booking.com. The receptionist was extremely polite and it was easy to communicate with her through WhatsApp.
We arrived after 20:00; however, it was easy to get the keys for the apartment from the locker next to the entrance door, as instructed by the receptionist.
The room was cozy and clean with a spectacular view from the balcony, overlooking the sea, mountains, and sunrise. The room was equipped with an
AC, TV, mirror, wardrobe, sofa, table, and chairs and a big bed. It also had a bathroom and kitchen The kitchen had all the necessary items to cook breakfast or whatever else was needed. Please note that towels are changed every 3 days and bed linen is changed every 5 days.
The beach is really close to the accommodation; you just need to go down the stairs. There is a supermarket not far away and lots of small shops to buy beach supplies. Cigarettes are sold in special shops called Tabacos and are not available in supermarkets, but you can also buy them in bars.
The accommodation has a small library, a terrace where you can smoke, and washing machines and dryers available for use.
Overall, our experience was spectacular and we will definitely come back again.

Excellent location. The view is stunning β itβs worth booking the apartment just for that, despite any other drawbacks. The staff is very kind and responsive. The apartment comes with air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
The entrance to the building starts with a large staircase, which was a real challenge every time with a stroller (though there is an old elevator inside the building). The apartment lacks beach essentials, including beach towels.
The kitchen is quite disappointing. The fridge and appliances are outdated, and the cookware is so old that it doesnβt feel appealing to use. Itβs also a bit of a walk to the nearest large supermarket for groceries.
Overall, it feels more like a hotel trying to pass as an apartment.

Lovely rooms. Spacious and airy, Fantastic view. Staff were lovely and very helpful.
Could have done with better blankets / duvet for the winter months. Blankets provided weren't big enough to cover feet and shoulders.

The apartments are beautiful and the staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating, The location was very quiet and the view from the balcony was breathtaking and made waking up a pleasure
Please check the location is suitable for you before you travel as its at least 3km to the marina and about 6km & 17 euro's in a taxi to the nightlife. There are some steep steps to the property and in the rain they are extremely slippy.

We loved the place! Very sunny apartment with all the facilities you need. Great balcony with an amazing view, comfortable beds and super nice ladies in the reception. Just a few minutes by walk to the beach and the area was really calm. I really recommend it!

Recommend as the view was fantastic overlooking the whole of the bay. We booked a corner apartment with a large balcony with patio furniture and sun bed. It was exactly as described, bright and well equipped with a separate kitchen and beds really comfortable. It was spotlessly clean and furnished nicely.
Unfortunately l didn't realise when booking that the apartment was up some very steep steps. We booked out a day early as l have mobility issues and as it rained while we were there l found these steps very slippery and even more difficult. The lady on reception, when we were leaving, said that if l had explained this when we booked in they would have found us somewhere more suitable.

We had a large comfortable bed, sofa was a nice addition to sit, watch telly or admire the views across the bay. The terrace, was amazing, views were FANTASTIC ????
Nice kitchenette, lovely bathroom.
The whole place was VERY CLEAN.
The receptionist was extremely helpful and kind.
Throughly recommend.

The view from the apartment with panoramic views is really nice, and you can enjoy the sound of the waves crashing on the beach. The area itself is a bit removed from the busy parts of town so it is a very tranquil atmosphere, although still an easy walk to the beach promenade. Just be aware that the property is on a hill so walking access is either via hilly roads or via several stairs leading straight down to the beach.
The beds were huge and very comfy. The water pressure in the shower is amazing!

We were arriving very late on our first night, and the staff went above and beyond with the communication!
They messaged us before we arrived and gave instructions on how to retrieve our key. They kept in touch via WhatsApp and were just so helpful.
Nothing was too much bother and it was very appreciated!
We got an upgrade to a corner balcony, and wow, it's so worth it! If you get the chance , do it! The apartment is very clean, comes well equipped, and the views are absolutely stunning.
You are near various shops and supermarkets. You can catch the bus into Benidorm, just round the corner from the apartment, at the side of the hotel Bali. And you are a short stroll to La cala in Finnestrat, which has amazing bars and restaurants.
Benidorm old town (Poniente) is a 30 min stroll along the beautiful promenade. We will definitely be back β₯οΈ Thank you!

I emailed the reception before we went on holiday and asked if we could drop our suitcases off to save carrying them around with us as we had an early flight and we couldn't check in until 4pm and they said yes. We arrived around 11.30am and they said that we could have our room early as it was ready. They also told us that if we needed any extra's such beach towels or parasols etc for the beach they were all available at no extra cost. They called us a taxi every evening, they went above and beyond to help, they were wonderful.
Short walk from the apartment to the beach downhill however you had to walk back up the hill, could be tricky if you have breathing issues.
