Very good location, just 5 minutes walk from Los Boliches train station. There are two supermarkets and a greengrocer around the corner.
WiFi abysmal. Back room in a 2 bed apartment has no reception at all, and if you did, it would drop the internet connection every few minutes or seconds. Basically unusable. Turning it off and relying on mobile internet proved much more reliable, which is a shame considering the obvious additional cost.
Could do with more towels being provided, a bin in each bathroom, and more consistent addition of shower gel/shampoo.

Perfect location within a short walk of Los Boliches Train Station which has a direct connection with Malaga airport.. Reception staff excellent - really friendly and helpful. Pool area perfect to enjoy the really lovely sunshine we were so lucky to enjoy. Supermarket very near the apartment for basics. Pleasant walk to promenade.

It was good! We're staying at 8th floor and got this very nice view over sea and beautiful mountain view.
Reception 24hrs is good too, kind and helpful staff.
Toilets/baths were tidy & clean, nice with the cute basket w toothbrush , paste, soap etc. And toilet paper at least 2 rolls.
Bedrooms are in good sizes ?
Beds are ok with 1 pillow , though i needed more than 1 pillows .
There is restaurants beside and also inside the place itself.
The place is only few minutes from the beach which is very good too.
There is only one kitchen knife which is very dull makes it hard to cut fruits or veges
There is no dishwasher machine tablets or dishsoap for handwashing.
There is no single piece of wettex rugs or alike or papper to wipe in the kitchen, makes it hard to keep the kitchen top dry & clean.
The AC in rum1 is a kind of broken coz its sounds very loud and noisy everytime i turn it on...so i could'nt and have'nt use it.

The building was well built and with taste , stone work and real wood. Poor maintenance, door handle were difficult to maneuver which caused echoing sounds throughout the hallways and into the apartment. At all hours of the night and early morning you could hear guest coming and going. Mostly very clean except for the outdoor patio.
No information on how to operate the kitchen equipment and the washing machine. Kitchen poorly equipped with cooking utensils, cookware and dishes. No cutting board . Beds were extremely hard and very uncomfortable. Cleaning lady lady and night male receptionist although they did not speak English went out of their way to communicate with me. They were very pleasant.

The apartment was large and situated in a good location 10 mins to sea front of Los Boliches . The apartments have a nice bar attached to it providing meals and snacks including breakfast if required. Car parking on the street is free in this area which is a bonus one of the few areas you can park for free. Swimming pool area good for spending a couple of hours around after a day out sight seeing . 2O mins walk to Fuengirola main town.

I asked lots of questions of the property before I went and they answered well and quickly.
I had specific requirements for sleeping arrangements and these were all met, this I was very happy about because in the past I have asked for these and they have been ignored on arrival. This property met everything I asked for :)
This apartment was clean and comfortable. Everything worked as it should and happily the beds were really comfortable. Our Sofa bed was already set up ready to sleep in - great when we arrived late at night.
Air conditioning was very good and powerful, we only needed the one most of the time as it was enough with the bedroom door open.
Proper shutters on the windows kept the heat out and also made the rooms really dark for sleeping.
Cleaning, towel and bedding replacement was very regular and good standard.
Pool area was clean and out of main season, plenty of space.
Liked that there was mix of tourist and residential so for the most part very family orientated and quiet. (it should be noted though that the residential apartments and families seem to take precedence over tourists !
Location was really great just a short mostly flat walk to the beach and streets are clean and well lit. Los Boliches is far nicer that main Fuengirola, much more of a Spanish feel, quieter and generally felt safer. Being next to a proper non tourist supermarket was really great too, everything you needed and you can grab some ready cooked food, note there is only a microwave, no oven in the apartment.
The little sports bar and Pizza place just outside is great for a quick snack /drink and prices are reasonable, they are associated so you can order food and eat it at the bar.
Finally this is great location to explore from using a car, Mijas, Malaga, Granada, Cordoba, Gibraltar, Ronda - all within 2 hours drive and roads (at least outside of the towns are super easy). You can pop on the main road within 2 minutes from the property, if you are parked close by.
The night reception do not speak English so had to use a translation app to get parking at the hotel, this cannot be pre-booked which is unfortunate if you arrive at night, this is something I think could definitely be improved.
Some of the day reception team were a little rude in their attitude and we felt like we were bothering them, the others were really lovely though they weren't really able to help with our touristic questions.
Parking is AWFUL in the surrounding streets (mostly residential area so obviously they want to park close to their homes) and to use the hotel parking is very expensive 15 eur per night with no guarantee they have space. As I didn't want to pay for parking every day, we often had to park over at the fairground (free parking) which is quite a walk, we had been previously told by the staff there would be plenty of parking locally, there isn't unless you are lucky enough to catch someone going out. Best time seems to be between 8 and 10 am to catch a spot near by. The fairground did however have plenty of parking once the fair left, it was more tricky when it was there - this was the biggest issue as I had a car booked for the duration and after a long day sightseeing in the heat, 20 mins walk back wasn't great.
The pool needs some maintenance to replace the missing tiles which I found a little off putting as I'm always scared I will catch my feet on something sharp, nobody did though in fairness.
The pool bar was often not open, it was a nice basic little outlet and lots of people used it when open.

There is definitely a lack of parasols though there seems to be enough beds, some of which need replacing as they are in danger of collapsing, check before you sit down.

Big and clean appartements. Good location for Fuengirola (if you like Fuengirola, a bit touristy), 10 minutes from the beach, and plenty of restaurants nearby.
The pool area is OK but not wow. We didn't feel very welcome on arrival, and the person at the desk didn't want to help us find parking, only suggesting their own paying parking. However, we found plenty of free parking close-by (september) and didn’t to book one.

Great location, few hundred meters from the beach, with Mercadona and Gym nearby. Futhermore, only few hundred meters from Los Boliches train station. Nice view from the 9th floor balcony.
I had nothing to complain about.

Rooms were good, clean.
the washing machine worked ok for 2 days then stopped draining the water & not spinning. Lucky my husband was able to move the machine into the shower so we could drain the water out without flooding the apartment. Had to wring out the washing by hand. Maintenance came out twice but didn't fix the issues. New machine required in Room 307. Residents of the building didn't like children playing in the pool. Would take their things away from them & refuse to give it back. They took pictures and videos of them playing. When confronted they refused to delete the images & videos of our kids. ? if you were chatting in a group setting they would walk upto your face and Shhhh you. Residents are extremely rude, aggressive & arrogant. Zero noise or fun is allowed poolside. Pool definitely isn't heated either.

Good location . Been before always good service
Sofa bed was changed midway through the trip with one days notice . A bit inconvenient especially as the place was less than half full
