The location was fantastic — just a few minutes’ walk from the Cathedral of Granada and close to many restaurants and main attractions, all within walking distance. The property itself was excellent, with a very secure entry system requiring double security cards. The suite was spacious and comfortable, featuring a well-equipped kitchen, a nice living area, and a fantastic room. Having a terrace was a great bonus. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Overall, a truly fantastic stay!
There was nothing I didn’t like — everything was just fine and met my expectations perfectly.

Great area. The staff was helpful. Very nice and modern apartment. The alley behind the building has lots of souvenir shops, mom and pop restaurants, small grocery stores, and a laundry mat where we left our clothes and picked them up later in the evening.
I liked it all.

I had tons of poor experiences, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had staying in a place, though most employees tried to help...
On a short: the crib they left for my child was broken, had to be around 11 pm looking for them, so ny daughter could sleep. First person on the phone said it would only be able to fix it on the next day... gladly, the person who picked up the phone next time was dilligent and made sure we would get at least something temporary that day.
Next day, elevator broke... not easy to go up with a baby and trolley over the stairs on third floor...
To crown my experience,they sent someone to clean one day, and the cleaning team managed to get my daughter"s towel (a child towel, very non-hotel alike) that we left folded in the bedroom. Enployees tried but I nevet saw that one again...
Decided to lose money and just leave the day before to avoid anyrhing else... truly a poor experience...

It's an aparthotel and NOT a conventional hotel, even if Booking.com lists it as such. No cleaning took place and no towels were changed or beds made during our 3 day stay. Reception closes at 7pm daily but a mobile number is provided for assistance if needed. Parking is not easy - it is available for around 20€ daily in public car parks about 10 minutes walk away.
