Nothing. We did not stay. After checking in, we went to the car park and were disgusted with the state of the back of the hotel where the car park? was. Went in the bedroom and came out again.
Over 1500 hotels used all over the world and this is the first time I have refused to stay. I would rather sleep in the car. Often you see the word tired to describe a hotel. Well this one died many years ago.

There is no appropriate table in the room, only a plastic one on the balcony. So no space for cutting some salad or putting some vegetables.
No double bed, just uncomfortable twin beds put together.
The refrigerator was turned off when we arrived so there was a lot of melted water on the floor.
Smoking neighbours are really a disaster! All the smell comes to the room. And if you close the window - there is no fresh air to breathe.
Still it was cheap enough.

It's a budget friendly accommodation option in the north of Tenerife, which has the brighest years of its existence far behind. The staff was friendly and the room was clean tho.
You get what you pay for, do not expect any luxury. The apartment was worn out and the whole hotel needs a big renovation, so we were happy we stayed just one night as it was not the coziest place to be.

We were absolutely delighted, good Wi-Fi in the rooms, comfortable beds, snow-white clean towels, pleasant staff, it is very convenient that there is a kettle in the room, the hotel also has an incredible view of the ocean, there is where to walk on the hotel grounds and a good pool, I definitely recommend visiting, we were delighted!!!

Breakfasts were unfortunately cold and some foods looked like they had been put out several days running. There was a good choice of fruit, cereals, etc. We were told on the website there would be food available in the evenings but this was not so. Also there were no parking places. I counted three cockroaches whilst I was staying there in the communal areas not in our room. The shower was hot but not very easy to control and the whole room ended up wet and rather slippery.

I had to purchase a heater to keep warm.(However, its was January and the coldest Tenerife North has been for several years). The swimming pool is not heated plus there's loads of bird poo at the bottom of the pool the games room is dirty do not use the steps as there rusted away they have closed the top of the ladder by the pool but once you climbed the ladder from the games room you find that out this hotel needs health and safety visit, the pool is not clean myself I didn't use it ,I'm disabled and couldn't use the disabled parking outside of hotel as the staff were using it for there own use plus I had to pay for parking at a cost of β¬35 and had to climb many steps to get to hotel being disabled I thought it was out of order would I stay there again no chance wouldn't recommend it not one bit

Alright, so the rooms may be a little dated, but ours had a lovely balcony with a view of Teide and lovely flowers. The rooftop pool is fabulous with great views, as is the viewing area of the sea on the fourth floor. The guys on the front desk and cleaning staff are very friendly. About 20 minutes, pleasant downhill walk to the sea.

The details on Booking.com website said the place had free parking at the property which is why we booked this hotel. When we reached at around 2100, the receptionist said we needed to park roadside. We struggled for hour and half to find roadside parking but none available. We went back and requested a feasible solution after which he allowed us to park in the disabled space for the night and promised a space in their nearby parking lot for the remainder of the stay. The gentleman at the reception did help us out by sorting out the parking. The description on booking.com is misleading. There were multiple customers who were facing the same issue. Lessons learnt, parking to be confirmed directly with the provider rather than trusting the description. Walk to the promenade is 15 minutes.

Very friendly stuff. Despite being very old, the kitchen, bathroom, and bed was very clean.
I could not park near the hotel so had to take a 10 minute walk from the closest parking place (annoying since this was a big factor for me choosing this hotel). Also, furniture and room was super old and in a quite bad shape. Whole room smelled very strongly as lemon, I suspect they used a strongly smelling cleaning product.

Not much to like actually, beside that it fitted my budget
Plastic covers on the mattresses, not comfortable to sleep on as a result.
Their booking.com page mentions the option for parking, but this has not been the case for quite some time according to the staff, but the owner refuses to update this info. It was the main selling point for me. Parking is a nightmare in that area and would only find spots 10-15min walk from the hotel.
They mentioned a restaurant with breakfast offered, but wasn't open on the one day I tried to go (didn't check the other days).
Building would need some upkeep, seems like it was built 30+ years ago and never maintained since. The grill for the ventilation in the shower fell off randomly with some dry wall along with it... There is actually no fan so this is just for show.
Having known all of this, I would probably have preferred to pay 20$ (orβ¬) more per night for something better.

Iβd liked mostly the view from the balcony and bathtub. It was nice to have small kitchen where I was able to do some meals.
I didnβt liked the small fridge and the smell of the room. The beds were absolutely not comfortable and there were pieces of ceiling falling down.

The view from the terrace was phenomenal, the room was large and spacious. Everything was clean, sheets and towels were changed every day. The kitchen area is equipped with all necessities. The people at the reception are very friendly and ready to help you with any concerns or questions.
The hotel is on a hill, so you'll have to climb, but at the end of the day you'll be in good shape throughout your vacation. And keep in mind that the terrace door locks when you close it all the way, so you can't enter the room from the terrace.

It was comfortable and quiet, the room was big and had a big balcony with a view to the sea and the mountains. It had a small kitchen that was usable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Any issues were solved immediately and we really appreciated that.
There was a bit of mold on the bathroom ceiling, yikes. The kitchen had no countertop and almost no equipment. The bathroom had no shower curtain or shower cabin so the floor was constantly wet. The building is quite outdated and could use some repairs.

Location and cleanliness.
Pool bar didnβt open until 1.30ish so couldnβt even get a coffee when around pool. Also there were not enough umbrellas around pool area to protect from sun, and the 4 they had were old and falling to bits.

Was up the hill but 10min down into the square, taxis easily available for less than 4 euro to bring you back. Its basic as you'dexpect for 3 star, but , quiet , very clean establishment cleaners around every day, pool was good and food served there aswell, , ideal for March but if was really warm remember you don't have air conditioning, my room had a little walled terrace, mini market literally within 200 metres of the hotel , and a fabolous cafe within 5 mins walk
The water in morning was below Luke warm for a shower, no electric kettle in room ,only a coffee maker

I picked that hotel because they advertise on your app they have a car park. That's not true. I were forced to find place to park my car and walk about a 1km every day. Definitely I take different hotel if I know about car park. You need to put correct information. All the rest was good.

The only thing we liked was the rooftop terrace with a pool overlooking the city on one side and facing the Teide on the other one.
The room wasn't particularly clean in the beginning, during our stay we found a lot of cockroaches, dead and alive. When we escalated the issue with staff members, they said that there isn't anything they can do and they cannot change the rooms, because the hotel was at full capacity, even though it didn't look like it. The only thing they gave us,was a spray for the cockroaches, which we had to do ourselves and the fact that they have the spray, means that they know about the issue, even though the receptionist swore that it was the first time hearing about this issue. The room was quite run down, bathroom door did not close properly, the balcony of the room was literally inside of the building facing another balcony, so we didn't have any view at all. We do not reccomend staying here.

The hotel was a good choice for night stays only. It was the cheapest option for us at the time. Very nice staff, rooms are kept clean and are good size.
Breakfast is only basic with cheap products but staff very nice.
No parking space at the hotel although weβve been shown where to park near the hospital and we found space every night when back from our trip.
The whole hotel remembers times from over 30 years back. Everything seems to be well used.

I liked the rooftop swimming pool and the view was beautiful.Also u can see Mount Teide from there.Very friendly staff! U Can buy water and also sponge,detergent for dirty dishes at the reception.Also there Is a drink and coffee machine if you want drinks
The hotel is far from the centre and u must go uphill to reach it.The room needs two more chairs and maybe a small table.

away the kitchen was broken a lame excuse they couldn't be bothered opening up the kitchen for me wasn't offered a refund or a cold breakfast I would have given them more if it wasn't for that
The swimming pool was on the roof and was heated that was a pleasant surprise very nice
Very steep hill going to town no problem on the way back you better be fit. The hospital is nearby in case you collapse. A taxi is about β¬5 factor that into your cost

Nothing works in the hotel, we started with no hot water on the first 2 days, the door key, no bar working, the cold drinks machine not working, the kitchen utilities so outdated and no cluttery, etc

Location was good, close to buses and pickup location for tours. The staff is nice.
The room was not the one advertised. I had a balcony, but it was covered by walls, so there wasn't a view to anything, the staff did try to change my room, but the place was fully booked.
The shower head attachment was defective, so it didn't keep the head in place. TV didn't work, the bedroom was quite cold in Dec and there's no AC. Breakfast was not so great either.
At almost 80 EUR per night, the value provided is not as expected.
