We didn't get the same apartment which we had seen in the pictures before, during the reservation. This one situated on the ground floor with windows facing the inner courtyard which made it very-very dark and cold. (Of course, this can be an advantage in summer, but in March it was particularly unpleasant.) To put it mildly, the place could not be called clean, the walls and furniture are in a rather run-down condition. We were reluctant to sit down at the undemanding dining table. I think that they should also spend some money on the place, not just to take the profit out.

The host provided all the information by WhatsApp. Good AC throughout the flat. Nice location (10m walk from Isla Magica and 40m walk from city center). Several restaurants and shops nearby.
Parking won't be easy. If you are lucky enough (we were), you can get a parking spot on Sta Clara street right next to the apartment for the whole time (it's not paid).

The safe never worked and no instructions how to open it, the cleaner said I'd get a phone call to fix, but never did.
The Television wouldn't work until I fiddled with the batteries, and last 2 days no signal, which I presume was down to the weather. The bed had a very hard mattress, which is not my preference.
It would have been nice to have some milk and water left in the Fridge

Personally I didnโt realise that you didnโt see daylight from ground floor , which was a little disconcerting as you couldnโt gauge the time of day . Obviously design is to help keep cool and it does the job as does the air con . Would have liked a second key and separate key for electricity ( again understood tht air con is not left on unnecessarily) .

Almost constant noise from the road outside caused by busy traffic on the cobblestone road, this didnโt stop even at night, also lots of other noise at night and not told about the building site opposite, I would certainly not book this accommodation again.

The person that welcomed us wasnโt very kind, We booked for two apartments and they were really dirty! Even the bed sheets! In the bathroom We had just 2 toilet papers so they werenโt enough! The toilet had no shampoo or soap for hands!
In adding to this they asked me for a cash deposit and I was told that I would have recive it back in 4 days, for the refound I needed to call them back multiple Times! This behaviour is not accettable !
We had the opportunity to travel a lot and We never experienced this tipe of situation!
I am working in this sector and I can say that this is not the way to treat a client!

Good location to visit Seville, close many lively good bars and restaurants, 5 mins walk. Hop on hop off bus 19 mins walk.
In the apartment had everything you need. Beds comfortable with crispy linen. Helpful and attentive staff. Special thanks to the handyman who sorted out the heating in no time.
Unfortunately you cannot have a good full night sleep. Noise comes from the other apartments, corridor and from the street. Also people tend to smoke in the corridor so the smell comes into the apartment.

Location was great, within walking distance of most of the main attractions, breakfast was external by use of vouchers which was very good in a local cafe nearby.- Bar El Badulaque - very friendly staff. The Apartment was comfortable and well aired with good facilities..the location was very safe.
A few minor negatives but nothing too serious such as noise from the apartments directly above ours late at night, also it would be a good idea to have a minimum supply of perhaps milk in the fridge, tea bags, etc., shampoo in the bathroom perhaps but only as an added bonus for late arrivals?

Overall, the apartment met our needs well. The facilities are basic but well equipped and clean. We felt safe in the area and only walked a short distance to restaurants and bars. The hosts were friendly and communicated well by WhatsApp and anserwed any questions we had really quickly.
There was a lot of noise during the first night which kept me awake as other tenants returned home from nights out, loud footsteps, keys opening and closing doors etc. To be fair, there was no nonsense or anything it's just badly insulated and echoing in common areas so every noise was amplified. At one point, it sounded like someone had entered our front door which gave me a fright but it was just a neighbour. Thankfully the 2nd night wasn't as bad and I would still recommend staying here. The only other small thing is the sofa could do with a steam clean or new cover ?

It's a stones throw from the river and an easy walk into the centre of the city. There's plenty of places nearby to eat and drink, and bus stops are almost on the doorstep. I'd definitely stay again, and have already recommended it to family

Almost everything was perfect ,
Even when I asked to have a late check out , they accepted
The home was really good with a balcony and even all the rooms had air-conditioning
The street smell was not good and because of that we couldn't open the window or use the balcony!
And one of the beds was not clean , and the bathroom downstairs does not have a really good hot water

Flat is relatively new and has everything that you need for your stay. Around you have plenty of cafes and places to eat.
Could be cleaner, also the mattress is quite uncomfortable. It's not as close to the main attractions. So you might want to use public transport.

Property location is good.
When we checked in, we found the bedding sheets did change, even some hair on it. Once we open the cabinet, the bad smell almost killed us. Contact the owner, they promised to change bedding sheets, but they don't do anything.

Very central and very good communication with the landlord. The breakfast at Bar el Badulaque is a plus, the staff there is friendly and nice, although not all speak good English.
Some facilities are outdated (furniture, air conditioning), but since we stayed more on the outside it was not that big of a problem. Wi-Fi did not work, the more far you got from the entrance, the weaker or non-existent the signal was. No signal in the bedroom.

Very good location to central curiosities, personal are very friendly people.
Relatively old equipment, beds are not comfortable, toilette papers could be more for 2 persons, flash was not working properly in bathroom.

Great location - street scene at alameda de Hercules was excellent. And just 2 blocks from the river/canal. Spacious apartment with decent kitchen facilities
Needed a dehumidifier as with the rain it felt damp inside all week (only interior access). Had to take damp clothes and towels to the terrace next door to dry them.

The staff were helpful but the accommodation wasn't as expected. . It was in an ok position, a good walk into the centre of Seville.
The apartment was a bit tired looking. There was a lot of black mould in the bathroom and damp patches in the kitchen and the bedroom. It was very noisy, not much sound proofing between apartments. The aircon in the bedroom was ineffective, the light came on but had no effect on the temperature. It worked in the lounge area. Wouldn't book this again..

Large apartment. The city center is about 2 km away, you can walk there.
Breakfast time was from 9:00 to 12:00, which is inconvenient. Because of the time, we missed 2 out of 3 breakfasts, but we paid for it.

It was clean and had 2 bedrooms with cupboards/ drawers to keep your stuff. Had a well equipped kitchen and crockery.
The fridge seemed to have a cooling problem. They said they will get it fixed

The property was in the city centre and has a very beautiful architect style. We could reach the attractions easily in 15/ 20 Min by foot. Bus stations were nearby in few Min.
The owner of the property was so nice and kind and responses sofort. We forgot our belongings in the apartment and he helped us a lot to get them back.
Family friendly.

Location is great. About a 20 minute walk to the main area which was perfect for us. On a quieter street with restaurants and groceries within a 5 minute walk. The rooms were comfortable. Clean. Had all the appliances needed.

I was perfect.
The instructions to get inside were not the clearest, but with little looking around we got in. We were also a bit confused where to leave the keys when checking-out, because one part of instructions said to never leave keys inside on check-out, and the other part said we mustn't leave it in the outside packlock.
