The location was great. Lovely part of the city and close to the Oodi Library and train station. The hotel was nice and clean, friendly staff and the breakfast was excellent. The pool was an added bonus and much appreciated by my young daughter.

There were wine glasses in the room that we could not use as they were dirty, and despite leaving them out to be changed, they weren't. Not really a big issue, however.

Excellent location in Töölö - beautiful parks and lakes and bays all around, about 15 minutes to walk (or a couple of tram stops) to the city centre. The price was more reasonable than other options in the terribly expensive Helsinki. I suppose I did not utilize all the facilities of the hotel, didn't even have breakfast, preferring coffee shops and bakeries in the area as more cost-effective. The room was well equipped, with a comfortable bed, a desk with a chair, an armchair, a spacious closet with a safe and a minibar (mineral water bottles and little chocolates are free and replenished every day), bathrobe and slippers, the works. Even a view at the large park nearby and the cathedral in the distance thrown in for free.

The bathroom is generally very well equipped with ample toiletries and good lighting, but the (small) bath has a too short fixed glass screen and the water flows from the shower head regardless of the position of the selector. Not a big deal. To go up in the elevator you need to press your keycard to the reader for quite a while before pressing the button for the desired floor. It works, and isn't really a problem, but feels a little weird.

Large room allowed us to reorganize our suitcases after five days in the woods. Very helpful receptionists. Kids loved the pool, sauna was nice, too. Nice to be away from the bustle of the city center but still only a short walk into town. Parking right next door.

We couldn't get the screencasting service to work. More of a business hotel than a vacation setting but that's just what we needed.

I had a wonderful and pleasant stay, and I'm not sure where to begin. The room was spacious and provided a beautiful view. It was always clean, and I appreciated that the towels were changed regularly without my needing to ask. Additionally, the water bottles were replenished on time, which was especially nice during the hot summer. The hotel also offered a great pool, sauna, and gym.

Our room was spacy and felt recent with all the stylish decorations. There were 2 seats, a desk, cabinets, and lots of room for 2 people. The beds were especially comfortable, just hard enough for our tired backs, but not too hard by any means, and the pillows were perfectly plush. Absolute heaven after a gig. Our room had a big window, and the AC was adjustable very easily. The staff were very helpful and polite, not only at the reception, but everyone, including the cleaners, waiters etc! The restaurant was also beautifully decorated in gold and black with accent lights. We really enjoyed the bathroom with a big counter for your items, and of course, the tub. The room has closet space for your overcoats, and a raised platform to place your baggage on, so it's easier to open and search for what you need. There's plenty of parking space for 26€/day at an underground hall to keep your car safe and clean (can book via the hotel, or just drive in to P-Töölö hall and pay when you leave, the price per day is the same). There's a green lakeside park right across the street, and public transport is accessible within a short walking distance. We loved our stay and would book again.

Breakfast is superb! Location is also good. Nice staff and comfortable rooms. The view wasn't good this time but last time we had a view to the Linnanmäki, that was nice. Junior Suite didn't have this view.

SPA looks better in the pictures. Reality is that sauna is OK but SPA feels like a normal pool for swimming. There is no SPA feeling and it's cold also. Parking is uncomfortable and expensive, it's not connected to the hotel and you have to walk from the same door where the cars drive.

Overall we had a very pleasant experience. The hotel felt welcoming and comfortable, making it a great choice for a family stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options that we both really enjoyed. Another highlight was the pool, which my daughter especially loved, it was a wonderful way to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city.

The only small downside for me was the lighting in the room. While I understand and appreciate the cozy atmosphere the hotel aims for, I personally found the room a little too dark, especially in the evenings. Despite this minor point, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the hotel to families looking for comfort, good facilities, and a relaxing experience in Helsinki.

Value for Money! Very nice and modern rooms for short stays. Perfect Location as it is close to the ice Hockey hall where we attended an event. Lovely lobby bar, very good breakfast and very friendly staff from check in, service....to even the lovely cleaners.

Coffee was missing in one of our 2 rooms. Maybe housekeeping control staff should check more cautiously. I would recommend to switch off the mini bars as they aren't in use anyway. Also, i would like to encourage the option of "not-cleaning" the room during a longer stay. We were there 2 nights and it wasn't really necessary to clean the room after the first night. Couldn't find a door hanger to inform housekeeping staff about it and didn't receive information from Front Desk.
