The staff were lovely and the hotel was really guest focused. The parking was great. Breakfast was plentiful and good Vue for money. The hotel was within in easy walking distance of the old town and the lake. Loved the free coffee machine we used it several times.
The bathroom was a little cramped and the large beam in the bedroom was a potential issue when getting up to use the bathroom at night!

No ability to make tea or coffee in our room. There was a drink making machine available down the corridor and some stairs between 1pm and 9pm only, for some unknown reason. We really wanted a tea or coffee on getting up, it seemed inhospitable not to have the ability to make a hot drink at a time when traditionally most people would want one most.

Friendly staff. Superb breakfast. Unexpectedly large and lovely ground floor room - perfectly suited for arriving by motorbike, especially as adjacent to the secure parking garage without being noisy. Good central location - close and easy walk into the old town and lakeside.

Secluded and yet so convenient when arriving at the train Station. The hotel is smart, modern and cosy. The staff were all friendly and helpful, reception, cleaning and catering. We enjoyed a good breakfast each morning that set us up for all the walking and discovering the beautiful city of Annecy. It’s definitely worth paying that few extra euros. Everyone, including the other guests were chilled and enjoying the atmosphere in the Allobroges Park Hotel. I’d definitely recommend and return.
We visited early in October and the only problem was regulating the heat in the room. A little too hot. The A/C was good, too good. Then we were cold..
I think they could save a lot of money by lowering the temperature in the hotel.

Staff at reception weren't very welcoming or helpful, one in particular when we arrived gave the impression she didn't want us in the hotel, absolutely no manners and of no help whatsoever.
Room next door had was really squeaky and would definitely wake you in the morning if opened or closed. No water in room either.

Room was clean, however very small. Good Wifi. Bathroom with the smaller room is an ok size, just bare in mind that the shower is in a bathtub so if you have problems with legs or a little older you may not enjoy the smaller rooms. The breakfast is very average. I would not stay for breakfast, better to go out and get a coffee and a Brioche and a local cafe. The facilities in the room are minimu, there is no coffee making machine no bottled water and no bar fridge, (most hotels will have the facility). You can get coffee on the mid floor between 2nd and 1st floor but can't use it till 1pm which may force guests to use the breakfast room. The charge was 12 euro. I wasn't impressed with the service, they should have had a coffee machine (pod Machine) in the room. The staff were not overly friendly. While the hotel itself was fine, I felt the welcome upon arrival could have been warmer. The staff didn’t seem particularly friendly or engaged, which was a bit disappointing. I’ve had more positive first impressions at other places, and I hope this hotel can improve its guest experience moving forward.
We didn't have a coffee machine in the room and also no shower caps in the bathroom.

Location is great, the rooms are small but cosy. Bed quite comfy. Not noisy at all even though just behind the train station. Difficult to regulate temperature in the room though, the heaters don’t have a thermostat. Breakfast was fantastic! Very friendly and efficient staff.
Although the room and bathroom were very clean the shower curtain was not (pink mold bacteria). Needs to be washed more often. No water bottles in the room, but i guess it’s becoming a standard. There is a tea and coffee station with snacks but unfortunately only with limited access from 1 pm to 9 pm, outside the room on the stair landing close to the reception desk. A water fountain would be nice, tap water doesn’t taste so great.

Room was very small. On two sides it was about a foot from the wall.
The worst part was the room location. Just up the first floor of stairs above reception. Lots of noise from the lobby and people going up the stairs. The coffee bar that was supposed to run from 1pm to 9pm on the stairs just a half floor below the 1st floor (and therefore, our room) is very loud and the front desk did not shut it down at 9pm...twice we had to ask them to shut it down so we could get some peace and quiet.
