This is a stylish and quiet hotel at walking distance from Annecy railway station, historical centre and the lake. We had a smallish room just for one night, so it was fine. The staff are really very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was fairly basic but enough.
There was no wardrobe and not enough sockets, nor facilities for making tea. The air conditioner was so noisy that we had to switch it off (but we did not really need it). The bathroom was a bit too small, but had everything necessary. The free wifi is not password-protected.

Exceptionally clean rooms, good airco (it was at least +35C outside), good bed and sheets. Location was great, 24h reception, available carpark(not included in price) and very close to old center and super easy to arrive with car. New shower and everything very nicely made. Spotless.
Rooms were compact, so worked for us but maybe a little tight if you are used to more space. Really was great for us though as we only slept there anyway. Room didn’t have coffee but lobby did! We didn’t have noisy neighbours but potentially you could be unlucky, you can hear sounds from corridor.

The location is great! It’s quiet but close to the lake and old town. There’s many restaurants and cafes nearby and the tourist center is also close.
There’s air conditioning which was nice during the heat wave!
You can leave your luggage in a room before checking in and after checking out.
The room wasn’t very clean. There was hair on the bedsheets and comforter. There was also a spider in the room I had to take care of.
Housekeeping knocked over my toiletries when they came in the room to clean and just left it on the floor
I didn’t like that I had to turn in my key every time I left the hotel to go out. I felt like my things in the room weren’t safe.

Great location, walking distance to train/bus station and the city center. Comfortable and tidy room. Friendly staff. All in all I enjoyed my stay here.
First night I noticed a clipped off toe/fingernail on the bathroom floor. Would have been great with more storage solutions, for example shelving and wall hooks in the bathroom and the hall when you first come in through the door. Very expensive for what you got, felt like it was too much to pay an additional fee for breakfast. But it is Annecy where prices are higher, so I was aware of that.

Poor experience, but I want to praise the front desk staff because they were really nice. When we checked in, we arrived early, before the official check-in time, yet the front desk staff still gave us our reserved room. We were initially delighted, but during our stay, a hotel employee directly entered our room with a key while we were preparing to rest. After reporting the incident to the hotel manager, not only did he fail to apologize to us, but he also tried to shift the blame onto us for not adhering to the official check-in time. Additionally, we had to leave the key at the front desk every time we went out. It was a very poor experience. If you value your personal safety and privacy, avoid this place at all costs.
