It was clean, close to city centre. Staff were incredibly friendly.
The garage is quite limited to accommodate the car, and it could potentially be damaged. Furthermore, they even charge for parking spots, which is not ok for that service. I would kindly advise against parking there. The rooms were somewhat limited in size.

The staff was polite and helpful, but I think the hotel should improve its cleanliness standards, update the bedding, and offer better value for money.
The bedsheets had some small stains, one of the towels had larger stains, and the pillows were quite old and lumpy, which made them uncomfortable. The room itself was rather basic, without amenities like a coffee machine/espresso maker, and it felt expensive for the level of comfort and facilities provided.

good location in the centre of town, close to everything.Good secure car park.Friendly helpful staff.
Our room was by the lift and the noise was really annoying till late evening,& starting early morning about 6am.The pillows were the most uncomfortable, just lumps of foam.there were six pillows in our room, all of them uncomfortable. The room looked over a the back of a block of flats just metres away, lacking privacy and ambience.Paper cups to drink tea/coffee from was very poor given this hotel is meant to be 4 star.Basically it was like an Ibis but with posh soap & shower gel!

Great location near the railway station and on the edge of the old town. Plenty of cafes and restaurants close by with an excellent breakfast option next door at the kiwi inspired Slake Cafe.
We upgraded to a larger room in the hotel which was spacious and comfortable. The bed was good, there was an opening door and window to a balcony, so plenty of fresh air at night time. Bed and bath linens were good quality and the room had adequate storage and was well designed.

Central location. Recently renovated modern and fresh. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Breakfast was extensive continental style.
Onsite carpark is a plus however extremely tight entrance even for medium car. Had to fold in mirrors to get in.

Great room - very large with access to an outside deck. Close to everything (great cafe next door!) and the staff were really friendly. Would recommend this hotel for it's location. It was close to all the attractions, without the crowds. It's close to several shops were you can rent bikes - highly recommend biking around the lake.

The hotel has a really good location, very friendly staff, and they also offer a garage in the hotel for good price. We enjoyed our stay here.
Nothing, everything was great, but there might be a bit better explanation on how to reach the hotel.

Really nice hotel in a great location - close to the park, the beautiful lake , the shops and restaurants. Our room was spacious and perfectly clean. Parking was great, under the hotel. The gentleman at reception were friendly, professional and lovely! Beautiful in room toiletries. On the whole, a good place to stay.
My only complaint is that the aircon was not turned on. We found the room a bit stuffy and when we asked about the aircon working (or not working) we were told that it “might” be turned on later and to open the window. That was fine but it was very noisy due to traffic and people out in the streets well into the early hours of the morning. Maybe request a room that does not overlook the street.

Location, comfortable room and friendly staff
Very tight parking but what really caused an issue was the lack of reliable internet. Our room allocated internet was not available so had to link into other rooms. Also the general mobile internet service did not work in our room. This is a real handicap when trying to research your trip and Annecy.

Beautiful room with comfy bed, quality bathroom fittings (Villeroy & Boch and Hansgrohe) and gorgeous L’Occitane toiletries. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Underground car parking (at additional cost). Minutes walk from the old town with its plethora of bars and restaurants and the beautiful river.
Poor selection of in-room beverages. Disposable cups.

We had a suite which was very spacious and super clean and which included a full-sized fridge, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, sink and electric hob. The bathroom was spotless, had a big bath and shower, and included good quality soap, shampoo and bodywash. The bathrobe and slippers were a welcome touch. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The hotel was perfectly located close to the train station, supermarkets, shops and restaurants and only 10 mins walk from the lake.
The staff were very friendly, helpful and very sympathetic towards us as a result of our flight delay. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were cleaned every day, so you always ame back to a spotless space.
The hotel was very quiet and I would definitely stay here again. Annecy itself is beautiful, and this hotel was a perfect base to explore the area.
The hotel was very difficult to reach by car due to a complicated one-way system that Google maps could not fathom. (Not the hotel's fault) We had to get a map from the tourist office, walk to the hotel, and ask them to plot the route so we could access the carpark. The carpark is underground and quite tight to manoeuvre.
